這間酒店簡直好的太過分，賓至如歸的服務，房間很大很乾淨，入住兩晚都住得非常舒適。早餐晚餐選擇非常豐富，也很好味。入住兩晚所有事情都很滿意。
與酒店合作的停車場位置有點遠，但酒店都會提供免費接駁車。

它位於市中心,我們找不到其他好的酒店,房間很小。早餐很簡單。停車滿了,所以我們不得不找另一個停車場,這對我們來說是半夜時分的一大麻煩。

酒店服務很棒,我們度過了一個非常快的週末,房間很乾淨舒適,游泳池和沙是入住期間的真正積極點。
工作人員非常歡迎和歡迎。
唯一的負面點是地點,因爲附近沒有貿易,但景色很美,山地和一個有資源的地方。

房間還不錯，早餐也還可以。但他們的服務態度極不好。晚上6點多下飛機出關後，前往擺渡車停靠點。因出關時間較長，沒有趕上擺渡車。在停靠點等候近40分鐘。在等待期間給酒店打了4個電話，每次等待長達近5分鐘，想問一下是否還有擺渡車以及下一趟的時間，但4次電話都沒有人接聽。最後放棄等待叫出租車前往酒店。到達酒店後，問及為什麼沒人接聽電話，回覆時，他們在忙沒有時間接聽並且態度極不好。第二天早上跟他們大堂經理反映情況無果。他們的服務態度着實不敢恭維。

No es la primera Vez que venimos y està a sido sin duda l peor de todas, la Habitacion Muy pequeña, hacia mucha calor por la noche y no estaba Muy limpio y està viejo.
Tambien comentar que no sabiamos nada de que la parte exterior estaba cerrada.
Las anteriores veces hemos estado mejor.

住的不錯,我們玩的很開心,住了4天三晚
優點:看起來不錯,比較乾淨,位置如果喜歡離馬路有點遠的話會考慮很棒。在泳池附近的陽台可以看到海灘,如果想在海灘邊走走,不好,因爲要走15-20mins
缺點:早餐太貴了,每人17歐元,我們在整個住宿期間吃早餐,都是一樣的://他們什麼都沒改變,甚至沒有添加任何東西,所以如果我是你,就跳過這裏的早餐

大玻璃窗不能打開，個人喜歡通風和新鮮空氣；
隔音不好，樓上小孩跑，隔壁咳嗽，一上午打掃臨屋乒乒乓乓不停，附近可能有個迪廳，動感DJ一直持續到下半夜…
按了免打擾燈，還是被打掃；被打掃但不放飲用水；打電話叫水後等了近一小時才拿到；毛巾有發黴帶黑點的…
這個定位的酒店不該出現這些

Love the pool area, breakfast was amazing and we like the range of food on the menu, also yummy. Relaxing music while you are hanging around the pool as well. Make sure you ask for a room overlooking the pool and sea. Gym is pretty good as well.

訪訪客用戶A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured.
Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel.
As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you.
Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.

對我來說，這裡比文華東方酒店舒服多了。如果你要來巴塞隆納，這家旅館絕對適合你！它會讓你的旅行體驗加倍滿足♪

訪訪客用戶This apartment was all we hoped for, the location suited us very well, right next to Sagrada Familia and close to a good supermarket, cafes, restaurants and bars. We can definitely recommend an Italian restaurant a few minutes walk away, Paisano Bistro where we ate a couple of times, along with a fast food pasta place for food on the go (quirky, write on the walls) Pasta Lucia. Most places in the area did close around midnight.
The apartment 306 was perfect for our needs, a family of 4 including 2 daughters 25 & 21, we were celebrating my Husband’s 60th Birthday. It has a great living area with sofa and dining table/chairs modern kitchen, a full shower room and another room with WC and sink, along with a small balcony over looking the street below. There are two reasonable sized bedrooms, the view from the master room is nothing to speak about, onto the inner courtyard. Lots of storage / wardrobe space in the main bedroom, a little less in the twin. I did take a dining chair into our bedroom to sit in front of the long mirror as there is a socket there for hair appliances, but there is no dressing table.
There were little extras included like dishwasher tablets, dishcloth, tea towel, washing up liquid, hand soap in the bathrooms, shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with tea supplies etc…There was a coffee machine but no coffee pods. Bottled water which would be replenished on request to reception. The air conditioning in the apartment is great, inside the apartment we would not have known that it reached 36 degrees outside on some days!
The roof top terraces are a great bonus, with loungers and terrace furniture. They are open until 10pm. Note it is only a plunge pool, not a swimming pool. The view of the Sagrada Familia from up there was amazing! We didn’t use the gym, apart from my daughter booked it privately to take advantage of a special offer “Monday full body massage” for 40 euros.
We arrived mid morning and called to leave our luggage, check in was from 3pm, but they were happy to store our luggage so that we could spend the day exploring the area. Irene and Tamara on reception were both lovely and really helpful, as was the English gentleman who later showed us around our apartment, sorry I didn’t catch his name.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and there was nothing that we would have changed. Thank you to all the staff for a great stay!
Note- you cannot leave your luggage after checkout, however I booked luggage storage a few minutes away costing around £20 for two large cases, and 4 under seat bags. I sourced this myself as there are companies advertised at reception and in the lift, however they worked out more expensive. The storage we used worked perfectly.

房間：25平左右，基本設施、洗浴用品齊備，有保險櫃。親子房型會有額外的衣櫃床，面積也會更大一些。酒店有門禁。
服務：比較熱情，會有行李員幫忙提行李，一些小問題反饋後也能及時處理。
不足：有些設施還是有老化現象（410房間淋浴水壓偏小，空調似乎需要電話前台控制）。

但是我遇到一個非常不好的體驗，我住2天後要換房間續住（單人房換去三人房）提早兩天和前台溝通希望可以無縫對接另外一間房，居然在家人到達的時候説還不能換，而且如果12點沒房間我們得退出來等房間。。我之前已經檢查了網站酒店是有房間的。。之後酒店説有房間了可以換，要求把房卡送上來我們好換房間，居然説一定得本人下去簽名才能拿鑰匙，下去問説酒店的流程必須如此。。這讓我非常失望，非常非常掃興，就決定不續住了
I hope hotel management take note on this issue, hotel guess is smart nowadays, dont simply give excuse to us and this will spoil the hotel branding
overall my staying experience is perfect but due to this case i thinking should give bad feedback on the service, this may not fair to most of the hotel good service staff, but this are important for us to let u know those superb bad experience

訪訪客用戶飯店距離巴塞隆納稍遠，但可搭乘火車抵達，從飯店步行 5 分鐘即可抵達馬塔羅地鐵站。車程 40-45 分鐘，票價約 5-6 歐元。如果您想放鬆身心，這裡是個不錯的選擇，附近有很多小餐廳、海灘，火車站附近還有家樂福超市。
飯店的早餐非常美味，飯店餐廳的晚餐也非常棒。
淋浴間有點漏水，但沒什麼特別的。
P.S.：餐飲方面，我推薦 La Vue 和 Docle Vita 披薩店。

DDr. Julio Bernal起初我有點擔心飯店的位置。但事實證明我的擔心是多餘的。飯店離火車站很近（步行20分鐘）。酒店周圍有很多餐飲選擇。設施維護得很好（桑拿/泳池）。房間寬敞舒適。酒吧的營業時間需要改進。他們晚上11點就關門了。除非你走至少10分鐘，否則連瓶水都買不到。以下幾點可以改進，方便往後的旅客：1. 大廳工作人員的態度應該反映飯店的品牌形象。前台有一位員工（我不知道他的名字，大概30多歲的男性……）對著另一位同事大聲嚷嚷，完全不顧周圍有沒有客人。真是既不友善也不專業。 2. 大廳的洗手間需要好好維護。有些馬桶和水龍頭是壞的。除了這些小問題，如果你想住在巴塞隆納郊外，這家飯店還是非常不錯的選擇。

AARC5555這家飯店很新，高層客房視野極佳，陽台尤其令人心曠神怡。房間寬敞明亮，配備保險箱、吹風機等生活必需品。如有需要，例如熱水壺等特殊設備，只需向前台諮詢即可。
入住辦理快速方便，搭乘電梯即可快速抵達客房。飯店設有餐廳和咖啡廳，餐廳的自助早餐豐盛美味。
屋頂酒吧設有室內外區域和一個小型無邊際泳池，非常棒，但我想旺季時可能會比較擁擠。
飯店位置尚可，但並非完美。步行約 5-10 分鐘即可到達最近的電車站或地鐵站（可能是 El Maresme Forum），附近還有一個大型購物中心。步行 20 分鐘即可抵達海灘，或者您也可以搭乘距離酒店僅 5 分鐘路程的 H16 號公車前往沿海的大部分海灘區域。酒店附近也有一些小商店和酒吧，但品質一般。缺點是，飯店旁邊似乎是一個破舊的居民區，經常有形跡可疑的人出沒。
從飯店搭乘地鐵或電車前往市區大約需要 25-30 分鐘。
服務人員很友好，房間每天都打掃得很乾淨。只有一次，大約在上午 11:30，一位酒店員工粗魯地敲門，大聲喊著“退房”，但我們明明預訂了好幾天。我告訴他之後，他道了歉，顯然他拿錯了房間，但這種溝通錯誤在一家四星級飯店不應該發生。還有一天，我們丟掉了之前空的瓶子，卻沒有收到免費的瓶裝水。除此之外，一切都很好。
總而言之，我會推薦這家飯店，因為它擁有美麗的城市景觀、嶄新乾淨的房間以及極具競爭力的價格。搭乘大眾運輸工具前往市區和海灘需要 15-30 分鐘，因此建議購買一張 Hola Barcelona 卡。
