We stayed just one night at this hotel and it surpassed our expectations. We don't normally stay in larger chain hotels but the staff here were very friendly and the service was great. The executive room we stayed in was on the third floor with a balcony. We had a large comfy bed, seating area and desk. The bathroom had a lovely large shower and I appreciated the L'Occitane products. The breakfast was superb with a huge choice of items. All in all a great hotel choice.

We spent two nights here recently and fell in love with this property. We chose it because it is just a 30-minute drive to Vaduz, Liechtenstein, which we were in the area to explore. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a room with a balcony and a view. This was the biggest hotel balcony I've ever seen! It was a beautiful room. We ate dinner in the restaurant one night and found the food to be delicious. The portions were large enough that my husband and I wished that we had ordered one entree to share. The staff was friendly and helpful. We walked all around the property to see the spa, pool, meeting area, sauna and more. The bathroom in our room was huge and the shower was terrific after a long day out. It was just a beautiful property, and we would gladly stay here again any time. It was a peaceful two-night stay. Thank you.

Angenehm zentrale Lage, ruhige Zimmer und Wasserkunst an der Rezeption (ein riesiger rosa Kübel/Eimer, in den alle paar Sekunden Wasser aus dem 3. Stock hinuntertropft). Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend, allerdings wird, wenn man sich irgendwas nachnimmt, das noch am Tisch verbleibende so schnell abgeräumt, dass wir nicht mal unseren Tee und Saft austrinken konnten. Schöner vom Zimmer aus einsehbarer begrünter Innenhof mit wunderschönem abendlichen Vogelkonzert.

Gebäude und Zimmer versprühen ein wenig Jugendhergergsatmosphäre. Dennoch war das Hotel für unseren Zweck (verlängertes Rennradwochenende) eine gute Wahl. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen und der kostenlose Zugang zu Hallen- und Freibad sowie zur großen Saunaanlage relativieren den im ersten Moment etwas hoch erscheinenden Zimmerpreis. Ebenfalls kostenlos W-LAN und Parkplätze im freien (Tiefgarage € 3,00 / Tag).

My wife and I chose this hotel purely because of it's location. The hotel could not be any closer to the train station, it is literally right at the station. We don't speak German, so we were very happy to be met at check-in by a young woman who spoke excellent English. She was very helpful and check-in was very easy. This place is very new and very cool. It was Friday night when we arrived and both restaurants in the hotel were booked out. We left our bags in our very modern and clean room and made the short walk into town for dinner. After dinner we walked back to the hotel and had a couple of drinks in the bar, which was buzzing. We then went to our room and could hear neither the music from the bar nor the adjacent trains. The sound proofing is very impressive. Next morning breakfast was tremendous ! We would happily stay here again.

The bed is very comportable The bathroom is huge. The breakfast is rich. They have a full buffer breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is the best in Bregenz. The front desk lady was very friendly, professional, warmly welcoming us. The room is big and superb. Very clean everything. The bed is very comportable The bathroom is huge. The breakfast is rich. They have a full buffer breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

Ein wunderbares Hotel, schöner Platz, ruhig. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer, sehr ruhig, gute bequeme Betten. Tolles Essen, großes Frühstücks-Buffet und eine fantastische Massage. Toll. Das Hotel verfügt über ausreichend Parkplätze.

Very nice hotel with excellent customer service! We stayed for the Bregenzer Festspiele in this Hotel. The hotel is roughly 15-20 minutes walk by foot away from the city center and about 30 minutes walk away from the Festspielbuehne. However, there is a free shuttle bus to the opera festival. A big plus is the very large and free parking at the hotel. Rooms have a very nice air con, in hot August days a need to have feature. We enjoyed the stay and the Phantastin breakfast and will come back next year!

Mega tolles Hotel. Super freundlich. Ich kann es garnicht im Worte fassen wie toll das Hotel und das Restaurant ist. Vielen Dank für die vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten. Das Frühstück ist unschlagbar. Der Service ist perfekt. Es wird an alles gedacht.

We were impressed by the built-in amenities and meals offered by the Best Western Premier Central Hotel Leonhard. Hotel was very comfortable and was located very close to the old city and within manageable walking distance from the railway station in Feldkirch. It was very close to the Schattenburg castle. The breakfast layout was very good and the restaurant was specious. They had a reasonably good choice in the breakfast layout to select from. Room was cozy and we could take a bird’s eye view of the old town. Staff manning the reception were very courteous and helpful and catered very well to our needs. We experienced that the seats in the reception area inadequate if a group of guests wished to stay in that location. Even though seating facilities was available in the adjacent area a hotel employee did not allow us sitting in the adjoining lounge where there were sofas and seats. We were enjoying our stay very much until this employee behaved very discourteously harassing us just prior to our departure. Reception staff intervened and apologised to us as a measure of damage control but management of this hotel should take note of this harassment we faced, which we have already reported to prevent such incidents that would tarnish the reputation of their hotel, Consider increasing seating facilities in the reception area for guests. This incident compelled us to rethink seriously about the number of stars that we could give to this hotel.
