南非林波波省的4 星級飯店

位置很棒,餐廳工作人員很友好,爲我們提供了良好的服務,不幸的是,這是我們入住的兩個積極部分。 我們到達時,前台接待體驗非常差,直到我問了才給到關於小屋或早餐的信息,甚至我們都沒有陪同到我們的房間,房間的條件令人失望。淋浴和地板很髒,以至於你不能不穿拖鞋淋浴。客房服務也低於標準。我們2-night入住期間,房間沒有妥善打掃,垃圾箱沒有倒空,碗碟沒有正確洗,衛生間和地板都保持髒,只有牀鋪,這是一次非常失望的體驗。

剛剛結束🔚在臘腸樹Safari Camp的美好三天，不得不説這是非常難忘的一次經歷。臘腸樹位於巴盧萊私人保護區，位置卓越，景色秀美，離Hoedspruit機場很近，營地所有員工都非常友善、慷慨、熱情和熱情，很是專業，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺同時，與大自然和各種生物有了親密的近距離接觸，同行的荷蘭小夥伴們都是sososoooo nice，暖心而又愉快的經歷。 不得不説下營地的嚮導司機Themba和Lite，野生動物追蹤技巧非常高超，為人熱情，驚人地讓我看到了Big 5，集齊了非洲五霸，早上的Safari很神奇，親眼目睹了獅羣圍獵野狗羣的難得場景🎬，驚險刺激，野狗屬於瀕危物種，其中一衹小狗由於方向誤判，很可惜的被獵殺了。克魯格公園就是大自然的一個掠影，這就是自然，自然界的動物們也各有各的生存奧義。此外在司機和嚮導的帶領下，還看到了罕見的黑犀牛母子，來了個懟臉的大眼瞪小眼，實在是太難忘了。另外營地旁邊的飲水池也可以有各種動物來喝水，看到了羚羊 長頸鹿🦒等等。 還得一提的是營地的工作人員還貼心的準備了暖水袋，真是太暖心了。想説的有很多，總結就是這是很值得來體驗的一個地方。我想我還會再次歸來！

The place was exactly what I needed- peace and quiet. I was however a little lazy to walk all the way to the pool. I love how the pool “looks” dirty but in actual fact is the colour of the pool itself. Definitely coming back here to stay longer.

This is the perfect place for nature lovers who also want real comfort and luxury. The lodge is exquisitely decorated and it was a pleasure to sit with a coffee and watch bush bucks, warthogs, kudu and all types of birds come into the garden. Walking around the lodge I came close to giraffes, zebras and more. It was breathtaking. I stayed for 2 blissful nights and enjoyed delicious home cooked meals, a wonderfully comfortable bed and hot baths each day. I hope to come back in future!

一切都很高,遇到了非常友好,美麗的地,舒適的房間,裏面有所有需要的。茶、咖啡、無限的水,全天候。房間的價格包括兩個。我們的導遊(悉尼)儘量展示了南非的各種野生世界。單獨感謝廚師,一切都非常好吃,並用靈魂做好。特別是晚上的燒烤。還有,非常感謝,這位經理的女朋友,她遇到了我們,一直準備迴應我們的要求,解決我們的問題。我們很高興再次回到你身邊,因爲你給我們留下了難忘的印象!

入住方便;有很多隱私;豪華房間比網上宣傳的要小,但需要非常舒適;位置優越,因爲它靠近所有設施;游泳池很好很乾淨

這是一個非常酷的假期。經理總是隨叫隨到,支持我們。酒店很乾淨。我們喜歡早餐和游泳池。

這家旅館位於克魯格公園附近。工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。我們在那裏度過了一段美好的時光。

The reception desk was hardly manned and would struggle to get hold of anyone on the phone ( even when I was calling from my room). My bed cover was not clean, it had dirty stains on it including tiny blood stains on top. The room and the bed were lovely and spacious but the shower door wouldn’t close completely and caused a lot of water spillage on the floor. During load shedding, the lights would go off and the hotel staff would take long to switch on the generator ; long enough to cause a panic attack! which was unacceptable as they should follow the load shedding timetable and always be on standby and make sure that the generator kicks in as soon as the lights go off.
