這家飯店離機場超近，非常適合中途停留。他們有接駁車，這對我來說很方便。我非常喜歡這裡的早餐和晚餐，因為我很想念南非美食。大多數員工都非常樂於助人（尤其是廚房的Lily），她竭盡全力幫助我，因為我帶著孩子。她確保我住得舒適，一邊抱著孩子一邊幫我吃飯。我真的很感激，謝謝🙏。我也觀察到她和其他顧客相處時也總是保持著同樣的活力。我的房間每天都有人打掃，很好。我的建議是，有些服務員應該對每個人都提供相同的服務，無論他們是誰，外表如何。

我在這家酒店度過了一個美好的住宿!從我到達的那一刻起,工作人員讓我感到無比的歡迎。他們很友好,樂於助人,總是準備微笑協助。
房間寬敞,乾淨,舒適 - 完美的放鬆一天後。我特別欣賞寧靜的花園區。它維護得很好,提供了一個可愛的空間,可以喝一杯咖啡或只是享受綠化。
我住宿的一切都很順利和愉快。如果您正在尋找一個服務很棒的放鬆場所和充足的呼吸空間,我強烈推薦這家酒店。我一定會回來的!

開車到機場十分鐘左右，看網上評價有的説附近治安不太好，但我們是自駕進出，倒是沒大有感覺。硬件尚可，正常水平。但是服務真的不怎麼樣，效率低下，辦個入住搞了半個多小時，不知道在鍵盤上搗鼓什麼，慢的匪夷所思，這也就罷了，畢竟確實這邊整體效率都不咋地，但是在反覆書面和口頭都溝通了需要遠離電梯的安靜房間的情況下，還是給安排了電梯口角落的房間，窗下就是很吵的設備，而且是個錯層，我們幾個箱子還得一個個抬上去！後來去前台換房，一開始竟然還企圖説謊説這個房間就剩這一間了，問題是網上還在賣啊！當時是淡季空房很多啊！簡直又壞又蠢！

Location is great and I like that it’s secure. The staff are really friendly.
Traveled with my daughter and she was very happy.

房間很乾凈舒適！外賣點了可以在樓下吃，有桌椅很舒服！服務員很熱情！酒店對面有兩家餐廳，鴻運樓看上去豪華，但服務不行， 加個歺給忘了，催了竟然還會給錯歺！ 對面簡歺衹吃了碗餛飩，味道不錯！

我常住的飯店在桑頓，據說那裡是約翰尼斯堡最安全的地方。這家旅館也兼營公寓，而且似乎有不少日本人住在那裡。大部分客人是中國人、飛行員、空服員和當地的新貴。員工通常都很熱情友善。房間寬敞乾淨。不過，偶爾會停電、斷網，而且只有自來水供應，所以雖然有一些小問題，但總體來說還是值得的。飯店後面就是購物中心和餐飲區。酒店樓下還有一家超市，這使得它成為在約翰內斯堡享受寧靜假期的理想之選，因為在約翰內斯堡出行不太方便。

位置一流，紅色一日遊巴士就停在大門口。酒店有電梯直通mall，吃飯購物非常方便。非常安全的區域。前台非常客氣，早餐也很棒。對於遊客來説住這家酒店非常合適

訪訪客用戶Upon arrival, check-in at reception was smooth. We were provided with our room key and directed to our accommodation, which required us to drive to the other side of the estate. However, when we reached the room, the key did not work. We walked back to reception, where we were informed that a network issue had prevented the key from being properly programmed. The receptionist, who was very helpful, offered to accompany us to the room and opened it using a master key. She assured us that a functioning key would be delivered as soon as the network was restored.
Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that it had not been cleaned. The window sill was sticky with what appeared to be beverage spills, the floor was dirty, the bathroom mats were not fresh, and most concerning, there were rat droppings on the window sill, on the floor behind the curtains, and behind the door. I contacted reception to request housekeeping and asked to speak with a manager, as the condition of the room was unacceptable. A housekeeping staff member arrived, but I requested that cleaning not proceed until the housekeeping manager assessed the situation. The manager quickly confirmed that the room had indeed not been cleaned and that there were clear signs of rodent activity. She apologised sincerely, asked us to wait while the room was cleaned, and said she would escalate the matter to the rooms division. While waiting on the terrace outside, we noticed a mouse in the bushes, which explained the droppings found inside.
After the room was cleaned, the manager returned, apologised again, and informed us that a complimentary bottle of wine had been arranged for us. We told her about the mouse we had seen and expressed that we did not feel comfortable staying in that room. She went back to speak with the rooms division, and we waited in the bar. An hour later, she returned with keys to a new room and directed us there. The replacement room was clean, though the entire experience made for a rocky start to our stay.
The following day, after breakfast, we returned to our room to find that the terrace doors had been removed and two maintenance staff were working. This came as an unexpected surprise, as no one had informed us that repairs would be taking place. We decided to return to the bar to allow the work to be completed. As we were celebrating a birthday that day, the housekeeping manager kindly arranged for our room to be decorated with a birthday message.
From that point onward, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay thanks to the exceptional customer service at the restaurants, bars, and spa. In particular, we would like to recognise Moses, Regal, and Tebogo at Kingsley Restaurant; Sibongile at Granatas; and Mandy at the spa for their outstanding hospitality. They truly made our stay memorable.
Overall, despite the challenges we experienced upon arrival, we had a lovely stay. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making my mother’s birthday special.

MMotheletsi離桑頓城購物中心很近,方便購物和四處走動。房間也乾淨衛生,維護得很好,每天都有家政服務,我很感激。
然而,我確實遇到了房間門卡持續存在的問題,每次回到房間,卡都不會打開門。這在我入住期間多次發生,變得相當令人沮喪,特別是當我有購物袋或行李時。我不得不把所有的東西都搬到樓下的接待處報告問題,只有被告知有人會來協助。然後我不得不回到樓上等待,有時相當一段時間。偶爾,清潔人員之一很友善地爲我打開門,這有助於,但不一致和不便肯定影響了我的整體體驗。

訪訪客用戶最近住了兩晚,總體來說,是一次一般的體驗。入住過程很順利,工作人員很友好,我很感激。不過房間本身本來可以更新一點。雖然很乾淨,傢俱似乎有點磨損,浴室雖然功能齊全,但有一些小問題,比如漏水的水龍頭。
牀足夠舒適,但我確實發現比我更喜歡它有點硬。酒店設施是標準的,有健身房和小游泳池,雖然我也沒有時間使用。Wi-Fi工作得很好,在入住期間沒有遇到空調或暖氣的任何問題。
突出的一件事就是位置。對於我的需求來說,這很方便,靠近幾家餐館和商店,雖然不太特別。我希望從酒店的餐廳裏多一點,因爲菜單有點有限,食物也很好。
總之,這不是一個糟糕的住宿,但它也沒有把我吹走。如果你只是在尋找一個睡覺的地方,而沒有期待任何非凡的東西,這家酒店將做這項工作。

Holiday Inn was full so this was a close alternative.
Had amenities but their outlets were in the kitchen far from the bed? Not very business traveller or relaxing traveller friendly.
I booked a queen studio which had a kitchenette which was great for warming food etc. Decor a bit tired so could do with some love. But apart from a very dirty bottle left on the balcony it was clean.
Location is excellent for Rosebank Mall even if you have to play chicken to cross the road 😆
Customer service was severely lacking. I thought Radisson Red staff were slow but at least they were always there. You can't call frontdesk . It's all QR codes and WhatsApp. Late check out would be the cost of another night R1980. Staff had a, I dunno attitude and werent very helpful. 1 security guard and 1 young lady in the lounge are the only exceptions. Outlets in the lounge and office were local only and I had to really ask to get where I could buy adapters / converters.
Next time I'll go elsewhere. They're not customer focused enough for me.

酒店的歷史悠久了。
衞生：很乾凈的 不錯 房間和酒店都乾淨
環境：不錯。 機場過來很近 他們的小巴車就在洲際酒店後面 有5-6 支旗桿的那裡。 每15分鐘一班車。 很好的。
他們 的餐廳提供一天三餐。 晚上去吃的時候可以吃自助餐或者點餐！ 自助餐蘭特幣290/人！ 我認為性價比非常高！！ 羊肉有烤和燉，都非常好吃！！！ 其他的配菜也很美味。很適合我們中國胃。同時看得出來廚房班底是會煮菜的。很好吃
早餐呢也很豐富 雖然選擇不是很多很多 但是每個出品都好吃哦

NNKAYIt was lovely. Staff were friendly and accommodating and arranged airport pickup. The breakfast was lovely as well as room service. Will definitely stay here again if visiting Jhb. 💕❤️ The rooms were clean although amenities needed to be requested suxh as robes, slippers, shower gel, shampoo etc - not really nice after a long flight. As well as water, so if this could be provided first that would make it even great.
