因為飛機航班，連續住了六天，航班延遲到半夜十二點半，問酒店是否可以延遲退房，原本是12點應該退房，然後延遲到五點，是58馬幣延遲到六點再加11馬幣，也是可以接受的，七點以後就要算一整天房費了，因為離機場近，所以送去機場的車沒有時間限制，提前跟前台説，就會安排車送你去機場，在三號等喔，也是在三號下

除了提前退房，不能退款，其他的無可挑剔，房間夠大，服務也很好，前台還幫忙找了插頭，英語説的很專業，大廳玻璃門出去就是商場，方便去超市，也有ATM取款機，還在商場3樓做了一個美甲，都是華人，

If you are planning to enjoy Miri as a local, you can consider staying at Imperial Palace Hotel, as it is very near to several famous local eateries. 上次旅行入住Mega Hotel,是290間客房,位於市中心的4星級酒店。它靠近餐廳、酒吧和零售店,交通便利。入住時,入住寬敞的雙牀角房329間,感覺輕鬆。房間設備齊全,配備了最基本設施。早餐在聊天箱咖啡廳供應。早餐選擇範圍廣泛,從西餐到當地菜。早餐符合烹飪標準。酒店在11樓設有弧形佈局游泳池,日夜可以欣賞到城市天際線的美景。4樓設有功能室和健身房。儘管街對面的迪斯科舞廳有些噪音,但酒店由於中心位置,總體還是值得推薦的。

I did not have high expectation about Kingwood Hotel Sibu so I don't have much disappointment during my stay. There are not many options in Sibu so this one is consider moderate. I was lucky enough to be given a quiet room since it was quite peak and high occupancy during my stays. One thing I dislike is that the housekeeping did not clean the cup that I used in the morning.

付了RM421/nite/room,每個臥室1張特大牀,2個臥室1個家庭房。但是下午2點入住的時候,給了一個1張特大牀+2張單人牀的房間,在13級價格更低(RM370如果沒錯的話)。意味着降級。我要求換房,前排小姐把它重新安排到10層。13層的房間有水槽,12瓶免費飲料,房間佈局不錯,但我的新房間10層很大,但感覺空蕩蕩的,感覺長時間無人居住。沒有什麼特別的,一點也不令人印象深刻。甚至免費的飲料地板上有污漬(可能是血跡,巧克力飲料還是咖?我不知道),滿是灰塵的桌子,熱水問題。臥室裏的電視只是用來表演/裝飾的,沒有頻道。很抱歉,我對我的體驗感到非常失望。房間完全不符合我的期望。我仍然認爲13號的低米的房間更好。打電話給前台2x請他們安排技術員修理電視和熱水。只在晚上8點來,但除了熱水沒有解決,我相信這是自己解決的(打開水龍頭5分鐘,它會自己熱)。他提出要換房間,我高興地同意了,但直到退房才發生。“特大牀”對2個成人+1歲大嬰兒來說,無疑太小了,只有4條毛巾(黃色),舊牀墊和非常柔軟(不工作),骯髒的墊子,無聊的11個電視頻道,主門很難關閉,我必須買迪特爾噴霧來讓房間充滿活力,並去除黴味。工作人員很友好。自助早餐也沒什麼選擇&不符合我的期望如果以後必須再次住在這裏,不會浪費錢去它的家庭房間。

這個地方也適合家庭住宿和商務出差。飯店有健身房和游泳池，旁邊還有購物中心，是您需要的一切的絕佳一站。 房間：廚房櫃子裡裝滿了可以煮飯、加熱便餐的物品，可以放在房間裡，還有平板桌子。 浴室：淋浴間和衛生間（如果您不介意空間的話，最小尺寸）。在進入廁所/淋浴間之前，他們將其與鏡子和餐具部分分開。

The good: The concierge could print your boarding pass for you upon request Bidets in the washroom Nice view and able to keep the windows open for smoking room even if u don't smoke cause the wind in kuching is really nicer than the aircond The bad: The stay has not been as pleasant as the advertisements have described. Despite the plus point on having bidets in the room's washroom and enable guests to email their boarding pass to the concierge to be printed, there are a lot of room for improvements especially on housekeeping! Do your management and service team has anything against the local? It's so substandard! Breakfast is bad although u have omelette and sunny side ups prepared on the spot. Just walk out nearby to eat. Towels were yellowing and needs bleaching. Please do not leave the towels on the desks next time. Leaving on the bed was still fine! During my first stay in December 2022, my husband needs to tell the reception counter 3 TIMES to provide another set of toiletries from the moment we checked in (verbally over the phone) to the moment we return to the hotel at night (physically twice). During my second stay in Feb 2023, i understand there is a huge corporate check in but that doesn't give you the chance to discriminate local check in and give us a room where its slap in between the lifts which is noisy. I specifically wrote I wanted the room I stayed in December. If I can't at least tell me so and negotiate with me but no one acknowledge this point. Instead you send me into a room with a broken fridge, the aircond timer kept auto off itself then the room's wall is really thin that I could hear next door or even the background music at the lift lobby. One of the downlight wasn't even functioning and the room was dim. Another downlight needs to take time to warm up by flickering for a long while before it works. The wardrobe light wasn't even functioning either! I had to tell the reception that I want a change of room 3 TIMES! First night I already indicate my intention so why isn't your receptionist telling me that it will be done instead I was told about the large corporate check in. Fine, you told me Friday morning to go down myself to the counter to request and on Thursday night I already call the second time. Why isn't the receptionist arranging this?! Instead i need to tell him to give me a call next morning to tell me if it's possible to change at 8-9am? Why aren't your staffs not proactive at all?! This is not the worse! What's worse is on Friday morning 8-9am I once again do not have any news at all from your Recep! I had to walk down physically to the reception to ask on the same freaking question! Do you really love to listen to your guests harping on the same freaking question every single time?! Only then did I get a confirmation on the change of room BUT again, if I don't ask what time, when is the Recep going to tell me? NO! Fine you tell me at noon then I again had to call your Recep and ask what ti

i has make the reservation via Agoda with some request such as high floor, twin bed, non-smoking room. before my travel date, i'm unable to get reply from hotel after I message via agoda and drop email to hotel. I asked front desk during my check-in time, front desk said that not manage by front desk and he cannot do anything. and i got the room with queen bed which i request to get twin bed. Front desk said unable to do any arrangement for us. end up, some one look like front office manager show and help to arrange for twin bed room for us. for room key, it been disactivated for 2nd day stay. i have to go front desk ask for new card to enter my room

Best service, got few problem with parking system but solved in a minute.Owner and parking staff really helpful .

Exceptional hospitality! First of all, there was 4 of us traveling. Two of our friends couldn’t make it to the trip. The rest of the two of us were given an upgrade to suite room!! Room was very clean, beautiful and everything we needed. We were so given a front entrance parking- which was amazing for us. Second of all, the staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We appreciate the warm welcome, the complimentary drinks upon arrival and damp towel given for us to wipe- it makes us feel very royal lol! Overall, we want to thank the general manager and staff for the great experience and comfortable stay. Definitely looking forward to staying at this hotel next time. I highly recommend!

您能不能在牀邊再做一個空調控制器呢?客人可以輕鬆地換溫。如果太冷或躺在牀上時太熱,起牀走到控制器旁換溫會很煩人。我通過agoda預訂了房間,並要求了很多東西,如高樓層的房間,浴缸,海景。我很驚訝他們實際上給了我所要求的。這是一個很好的住宿。廁所很乾淨。

I have stayed in this hotel before and decided to return on the next trip because of its strategic location and comfortable stays. Eateries and a supermarket are just a few minutes away. Rooms are very good with well equipped facilities. Breakfast was good. Room service was excellent. Staffs were friendly and helpfull.
