Was on a Caravan group tour through Mexico's Copper Canyon and stayed at Hotel Posada del Hidalgo for two nights after arriving by train from Creel. This Hotel is amazingly beautiful. It was a mansion converted into a hotel. It is not the traditional look of a hotel. The entrance to the the hotel is a steep walk upward on a stone walkway. There is another entrance staff can take you to if your mobility is not good. It is like a maze with hallways and staircases with beautiful decor. Upon arrival our group was welcomed by staff offering us a tiny sample of a Margarita. I had such excitement just to explore all the crooks and crannies of this magnificent mansion. I felt quite privileged to be in room 49 just off a beautiful courtyard full of bougainvillea and Victorian style couches and chairs and not far from the room Zorro stayed in. I came to learn that my room entrance of an archway and high wood doors with a high arched stained pane glass window was originally the entrance to the workers living quarters. The bed very high to climb onto was king size with a flower on the pillow top. There was 2 wood side tables, a wood carved desk but no chair and a woven wicker bench for luggage. The tv was on the wall. The high ceiling has wood logs design with a chandelier hanging. The bathroom has a small porcelain sink which is quite hard to lean over for washing as it is quite high. There is soap, Kleenex, hand lotion dispenser, hairdryer and the shower is a separate stall. I did not use the shower as that night when I opened the sink tap, muddy water came flowing out at the beginning. I did not want to take a chance in the shower if the same might happen. And oh yes I got woken up at 4:15am with the crowing of roosters. I found this happening quite often hearing the roosters and dogs through my journey through the Copper Canyon. Breakfast buffet is small and staff serve you. It did not look to appealing to me except for the potatoes. I did enjoy the omelette that they make to your liking with cheese, mushroom and Mexican vegetables. Dinner at their pretty restaurant with floral flowers decorating the ceiling was very good. Tasty vegetable soup. Main dish Black Bass Fish with garlic butter, rice and vegetables. After dinner the hotel puts on a cheesy Zorro show. At 5pm the hotel bar just off the beautiful swimming pool area does a Tequilla Margarita demonstration. They give you a small sample of their Margarita drinks and their special Hotel brand Zorro Tequila. And if you want to buy their Zorro Tequila bottle it is an expensive $70.00 US. Was expecting a demonstration on how to make a Margarita which does not happen so that was disappointing. The swimming pool water is warm like bath water. The Hotel gave our group a private tour of the hotel and a short tour of the town of El Fuerte by the charming gentleman guide (which I do not know his name). He has been working at this hotel as a young boy and now is retired but comes back to help out at the hot

Without a doubt, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. TL;DR: This hotel deprived me of my peace by giving strangers access to my room, deprived me of sleep due to constant noise, and deprived me of rest by assigning me the ”homework” of conducting an analysis of their ”areas for improvement.” My coworkers and I arrived on a Sunday afternoon/evening for a 3-night stay. Despite having made reservations almost a month in advance, they had oversold 2 of the 4 rooms. They didn't admit this immediately but claimed that the rooms ”weren't ready.” We went out for dinner, and upon our return (a couple of hours later), they informed us that they would upgrade them for better rooms. Regarding the rooms themselves, there were issues ranging from missing hairdryers or amenities to none of them having hand towels. The shower had dried foam and shaved hair. The shower water would drain back into the bathroom floor, resulting in a flooded bathroom. The coffee maker was never cleaned, nor the carafe rinsed. The noise was unbearable: All the noise from the floors above/below was heard clearly. Even when they took out the trash. Not to mention the plumbing; you could clearly hear when someone in another room used the shower. The ”Do Not Disturb” sign was not respected. In two rooms, we put the sign up because for conference calls and in both rooms, there was repeated knocking on the door, on behalf of the staff. As for the staff's attention: There was a clear lack of internal communication and clarity in policies/concepts. This was reflected in innocuous details like not following up on requests (despite staying there for 3 nights, hand towels NEVER appeared), to unprofessional arguments in front of us regarding the total amount to be charged. The most serious lack of professionalism was when, one night (at 10:40 pm), someone (a new guest) entered my room. Aside from nervous laughter, there was no response from management. They offered to ”invite us to dinner” (as if that were relevant) and discount the stay... no, the night... no, half of it... In the end, a week after my stay there, not a single cent has been refunded, nor will it be refunded. The excuse: Despite their refund form requesting a card number, ”what they need is the CLABE... oh, sorry... rather, the account number” (which is extracted from the CLABE, but they want me to confirm it...). All of this with a day in between each absurd request. Even after resolving all of this, the excuse is that ”the accountant is very busy.” 7 days there are still no results. The lack of attention and follow-up by the staff was such that every time a problem arose, they asked us to list all the observations we had about it. The culmination (and absurdity) of this was when they asked for a written report, which I provided on SIX pages detailing all the incidents. What came of that? Absolutely nothing. Zero accountability on their end. I haven't even mentioned the restaurant yet, but the ”service” there was also po

Recently we visited EDM as a golf group of twelve persons. We were warmly welcomed and all of our experience was exceptional. From the outstanding golf course and it's service personel to the villas and the comfortable rooms and great food.everthing was great. I never heard one negative comment from any of our group. Thank you to all at EDM for making our vacation great

參觀了Culiacan參加朋友的婚禮,在這家酒店度過了一個夢幻般的住宿。酒店很乾淨,房間很舒服。我不能說足夠的好東西關於前台工作人員 - 他們竭盡全力確保我們有一個愉快的住宿。工作人員每天給我們叫出租車,並在我們的航班計劃改變後安排了前往馬紮特蘭的交通。前台工作人員會說英語。Humaya餐廳很棒,特別是早餐!酒店的另一個亮點是M Club酒廊(Bonvoy Platinum及以上)。休息室裏備有美味的食物和飲料,服務員非常友好。我們會毫不猶豫地再次入住這裏。

I really liked my stay at Hotel Lucerna. Overall it was a very pleasant trip and the hotel was very nice. Unfortunately, the pool was not open due to it being the off season. At 93 degrees being our hottest day there, I thought swimming would be a part of out activities there, but the pool was ”closed”. The water was dirty and unkempt. The pool was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, but this is considered off-season for this area. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired. Room was a bit dusty when I first checked-in, but improved with subsequent days of stay. Staff was incredibly friendly and professional. room service was quick, friendly and tasty. Fitness room was very nice, but water dispenser was not working. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Culiacan.
