TLTR：這可不是一家四星級飯店。地理位置確實不錯，但其他方面幾乎都差強人意… 先說說這家飯店的兩個優點，反正也用不了多少時間。首先是地理位置。你只要從羅馬特米尼火車站北出口到馬爾薩拉街，穿過兩條街右轉——就到了！就這麼簡單 :) 另一個優點是早餐：雖然每天都一樣，但還不錯，比我預想的要好得多。 接下來是缺點…首先也是最重要的一點：浴室裡有黑黴！而且很多。為什麼說「很多」？因為四星級飯店浴室裡絕對不能有黴菌。 其次，床沒有床頭板。你知道四星級飯店應該有幾個床頭板嗎？你猜對了：至少一個 :) 床其實是兩張床拼在一起的（我倒是不介意），但沒有被套！說真的：床單只有一條，蓋在身上的也只有一條，還有一條毯子，毯子外面還蓋著一條床單！不用說，晚上睡著的時候，墊在身體和毯子之間的那條床單肯定會被拿走。而且，這三件套裝居然都塞在床墊底下，好像義大利的未來都繫於此似的！這他媽什麼鬼？ ！你在家會這麼睡嗎？我敢打賭你不會；那你為什麼要在四星級飯店裡這麼睡？ ！ 還有，沒有拖鞋，沒有微波爐，沒有桌子吃飯，沒有水壺，沒有熨斗，沒有浴簾，什麼都沒有！浴室裡只有兩個紙杯，僅此而已。這就是四星級飯店的服務水平，對吧？更離譜的還在後面！如果我們想要熱水，就得從四樓下去前台旁邊那台壞掉的中型熱水器那裡取熱水！親愛的四星級飯店客人，請別介意我太太在辦理入住和繳納旅遊稅期間去取熱水泡麵，沒關係。入境隨俗嘛… 第四，房間裡的一切品質都差強人意……說得委婉點兒。牆壁很髒，吹風機也很難用，浴室門底部都壞了。搞什麼鬼？ ！你們聽過資產折舊之類的嗎？太不地道了。我繳了稅，你們就把那破門修好，行嗎？ 最後，也是我最喜歡的…房間前門下方有一個很大的縫隙，導致飯店樓層裡發生的一切都像是在我們走廊裡發生的一樣。我不介意有人從我們門口走過，但感覺好像總有個陌生人在我們房間裡。因此我根本睡不好覺。而且我還要告訴你們，樓層裡某個地方傳來很大的**聲……我感覺就像一對情侶在我們走廊**一樣！這就是四星級飯店的體驗嗎？一點也不… 好吧，讓我來解釋一下我為什麼這麼強調「四星級飯店」這件事。問題在於，在義大利，飯店的星級根本毫無意義！我的意思是，星級只代表飯店擁有一定的設施、空間等等，但和房間的入住體驗完全沒有關係。說真的，我們在威尼斯住過一家三星級飯店，那裡的房間都比這家好很多！ 總而言之，如果你只是需要在火車站附近短暫停留，這家酒店還不錯……但如果你打算住兩天以上……如果預算允許的話，還是選擇別的酒店。如果預算有限：嗯，至少你還能享受到它的地理位置和美味的早餐 :) 附：特別感謝前台的亞裔和非裔女孩！你們是最棒的 :)

酒店離中央車站步行約8分鐘，出入很方便。附近也有很多餐廳葯房超市，很便利。酒店的房間很大，其實也很乾凈，但不知為何總有異味散不出去，而且也不清楚房間打掃的時間是否有限制？但酒店的早餐很不錯，服務員也很熱情。

我最近住在這家酒店，雖然有一些優點，但整體體驗令人失望，因為一系列被忽視的細節和令人沮喪的問題。 首先說說優點——員工很棒：友善、樂於助人、資訊豐富。每當有人需要幫助時，他們都會盡力提供協助，這份熱情好客讓我很感激。飯店位置不錯，搭公車到市中心約30分鐘。雖然不算市中心，但如果交通方便的話，還是可以接受的。 抵達時房間還算乾淨，但客房服務品質迅速下降。我不小心留在淋浴地板上的一塊乳液污漬一直沒有清理，客房服務人員沒有真正擦洗，只是蓋了一塊墊子——好像是為了掩蓋污漬。最初，房間裡備有兩套毛巾，但第一天之後，每套只更換了一套。雖然預訂的是單人房，但如果能保持原來的數量，會顯得更用心和更一致。 還有一些小麻煩，加在一起就麻煩了。例如，房間電話沒有電話簿，所以我不知道如何聯絡前台或取得任何服務。此外，前兩天空調壞了，原來是因為前一位客人要求關閉空調，但一直沒有重置。我花了很長時間才意識到，必須請禮賓部重新啟用。一家管理得當的酒店，空調應該會自動重置，為下一位客人做好準備，而無需提出要求。 歐陸式早餐也令人失望。炒蛋又乾又硬，而且顏色有點奇怪的灰色。培根和香腸都是冷的，柳橙汁是用塑膠杯裝的。新鮮水果很少，更糟糕的是，他們在早餐時間隨機放了一個揚聲器在地板上播放廣播廣告——對於一頓早餐來說，這種氛圍很奇怪，也很不愉快。我很慶幸我沒有為整個住宿期間的早餐付費，因為那絕對不值得。 飯店的Wi-Fi是我目前為止遇到的最糟糕的飯店之一。它經常斷線，即使連上，網速也勉強能達到5Mbps。對於一家位於遊客密集地區的酒店來說，這簡直令人無法接受，這明顯表明酒店對客人的需求缺乏了解——尤其是那些依賴Wi-Fi規劃行程或保持聯繫的旅客。 噪音是另一個主要問題。電梯開啟時發出刺耳的警報聲，每天早上都吵醒我。牆壁和門都薄如紙，很容易聽到外面有人走動或說話的聲音，而且關門時聲音很大，更添幹擾。 最後，雖然這不是酒店的錯，但酒店周圍住著一些無家可歸的人，這可能會讓一些客人感到不安，尤其是在晚上。 總而言之，雖然員工很優秀，地理位置也不錯，但還是存在太多令人沮喪且可以避免的問題——客房服務差、Wi-Fi 無法使用、早餐品質不佳、噪音問題嚴重，以及對賓客體驗基本要求的忽視。除非酒店在各方面做出重大改進，否則我不會推薦入住這裡。

硬體稱不上是四星的旅館，位置較為偏僻，早餐很不錯，相當豐盛，用料也很好。 另外，飯店的水不確定是不是要收費，飯店內無飲水裝置，僅有冰箱內礦泉水（小卡上寫要收費，但後來也沒跟我收，去櫃檯要水也免費給我）。 這次預訂時，trip和住宿方出了點紕漏，網站上照片房型與實際入住時的房間完全不同，後來也僅是提供自家平台coin補償，這點在預訂時要再三確認，實際入住的照片，跟網站上實在差太大了。 如果是在住宿昂貴的羅馬選擇實際入住的房型，相當不推薦，因為在市中心隨便住一個二星的民宿可能都比這好，無論是在交通便利性，還是床的大小上。

We stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

HiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment. The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot. Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours. The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions. HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place. All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

距離temini車站步行不到10分鐘，拖着行李箱不麻煩，出行坐地鐵很方便。周邊都是酒店，有很多餐廳，街角的washington cafe很適合我家胃口，連續吃了3頓。大堂和走道偏暗，工作人員很nice，房間每天打掃，很乾凈，會提供每天兩瓶礦泉水。早餐質量還算可以。

第一天晚上到的時候半夜了，是個老爺爺辦理入住的，爺爺英文不好，完全沒找到訂單，但是還是給安排入住啦，第二天攜程就把問題溝通好了，白天的工作人員英語交流無障礙，洗澡睡覺都沒問題，對面就是梵蒂岡博物館，每天看排隊多少人，總體來説還是很不錯的，裝修風格非常Roma，角落房面積很大。
