1層房間新裝修的，風格很時尚，前台接待CARLA ZIELLO會說中文，幫我們叫的出租車，很nice的小姑娘。

我很喜歡這家酒店，當我回到諾拉時，又重新預訂了三天。飯店價格合理，有 24/7 櫃檯工作人員，可以滿足您的所有需求（如果需要）。飯店乾淨、現代，設有私人車庫，讓您安心無憂。 地點優越，兩側都有餐廳。味餐廳的食物價格公道，價廉物美。旁邊還有一家咖啡廳/酒吧/餐廳，提供深夜飲品和米其林星級餐廳。步行不遠還有一家深受當地人喜愛的正宗人氣披薩店。距離超市僅一箭之遙，這使得這家酒店的位置值得稱讚。

酒店很新，萬豪集團旗下的，地理位置也很好，旁邊就是商場，車停在酒店，可以走路去龐貝古城，離火車站也很近，早餐比較簡單，房間設施很新。

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo questo hotel, pulitissimo e confortevole, rimasti delusi della colazione e dell indifferenza del personale, la signora Leila è stata veramente fantastica, gentilissima e sorridente, ci ha accolti in maniera elegante e l'abbiamo ritrovata al check out con una professionalità ineguagliabile. 設施：有游泳池，不過冬天未開放，對於出差的人來説，房間裏面缺少辦公桌子和凳子，辦公有點不方便。 衞生：乾淨，搞衞生工作人員還是很負責的。沒有浴缸，淋浴房很小。 環境：離景點和市區都不太遠，周圍安靜，周圍沒中餐館。 服務：前台和餐廳工作人員都很熱情。

就是快捷酒店水平，回羅馬路上打個尖，圖個方便。剛從酒店出來的時候，四周黑漆漆一片，感覺特不安全。本來想去家樂福買點吃的就回酒店忍了。然後出門右轉，見路口左轉，奔家樂福走去。步行5分鐘左右，到了家樂福，街道也漸有人氣，壯着膽子又前行了5分鐘左右，進入當地步行街。剛好趕上周末，人也越來越多，找了家不起眼的餐館，結果越到入夜人越多，最後竟然成了一個當地年輕人宵夜的小酒吧。喝多回酒店睡覺，第二天吃了個酒店早餐，也是快捷酒店水準，殺回羅馬。衹能說湊合住，沒驚喜也沒太差勁。

Hotel itself is pretty standard as what you would expect from any big chain hotels, but service was definitely not up to par. We were told there would be valet service - there was none. The bus boys just told us to park ourselves. FINE. Then after I've checked in I asked if the luggage will be sent up to our room - reception then asked if I got a luggage ticket to which I told him we weren't given anything. The bus boys just stood around the entrance. He said they would be sent up shortly but given how they were just standing around we just took our luggage ourselves - mind you I am 6 months pregnant and obviously so but they did not offer any help. Once we got to our room the air conditioning was not working - we kept dialing it down but there was no air. Amazing to find out the AC wasn't working for the price we paid. The room is stuffy and even the hallway was cooler. Also during our stay there was conference - we were given a room on the same floor as conference participants and as expected they were loud and rowdy at night. We could hear them talking in the hallway at night when we called reception they said there was nothing they can do. So very helpful. Upon check out, the same bus boy stood around while watching a pregnant lady wheel 4 pieces of luggage out. I really just wonder what they do other than standing around all day hanging in the shade. Service is terrible here and I've had better service at small boutique or family run hotels than here. The only upside to this stay was that the rooms are spacious and clean and that's about it.

酒店停車方便，早飯也好吃，工作人員迴應也很快阿，酒店入住亞洲客人不少，一進去真是感覺好像到了國內某酒店，哈哈。
