Achterstallig onderhoud. Airco is buiten bedrijf gesteld, ongezellige ambiance, personeel is goed.
Alles hangt zo een beetje los, raamklink, badkamer douche ophanghaak. Verder ontzettend veel lawaai door de afzuiging van het gebouw. Mijn kamer 160 lag er pal naast. Hierdoor heel slecht geslapen.
Niet aan te bevelen.

酒店非常有地方特色，是地方蘑菇屋的格局，能夠充分體驗地方特色建築的居住感。酒店非常別緻，各種可用品和設施設備都別具用心，非常細緻。特別好的酒店。

Then pool was okay but the birds kept on flying in and drinking from it so I got out of there to avoid avian flu which would have destroyed my vacation. They need to really keep the birds out of the pool.
They also don’t have a clothing steamer or irons so you might need to wear your wrinkly clothes or pay them and they return it back ironed the next day.
The toilets had low water pressure so sometimes to took like 3-5 flushes to get rid of all the toilet paper and poop.
The location is about 1 km from the city centre and a bit further from the Leece station.
The breakfast was comprehensive and had the standard things like hams, cheeses, pancake machine and ice creams and gelato for 15eu . This is probably a good value since a pasta is about 10-13 eu nearby anndni nthe city centre including the taxes.
I don’t know if I’d stay here again.

一個在歷史上和的酒店,尊重它的建築和當今的最大舒適度,房間,但完整,非常舒適。
它有一些麗的空間,比如一對 terass,可以用優美的景色來或從酒吧裏一些東西。
非常友好的工作人員,有低成本的停車和待旅館,因爲歷史中心無法車,奧斯尼是不可的。

Bella struttura. Ottima la colazione. Buono il ristorante. Un po' piccola la piscina e la spiaggia è per lo più un terrazzamenti di cemento. Parcheggio gratuito custodito. Ottimo per l'aeroporto

Splendido week end in una gran bella città che non conoscevo. Hotel praticamente nel piazzale antistante la stazione. Struttura che ha mantenuto gli standard classici ben curati. Hall spaziosissima e con vari ambienti con salottini con arredamenti classici. Stanza spaziosa con ambiente separato guardaroba e bagno ampio e ristrutturato. Colazione continentale ben assortita. La scelta è stata dettata dalla vicinanza con la stazione FS ma dovessi tornare a Lecce è qui che tornerei. Personale cordiale gentile e professionale. Qualità prezzo convenienza: eccellente. Complimenti a chi cura tutto questo. Francesco Ricciardi - Roma

我們的第一個房間很舊,有臭味,而且很糟糕,冰箱壞了,水壺不能插上,油漆脫落。
第二個房間有3種不同的油漆顏色暴露的火災和一個浴室,每次淋浴時都會洪水。
天花板上有洞,接待處除了1名年輕女孩外,沒有工作人員。
房間有最便宜,最基本的設施。洗浴用品是您在2星級酒店所期望的。
沒有nescafe機器,如果想要sn expresso,必須支付€3.50。
酒店已經破敗不堪,顯然管理層只爲錢。
私人客人信息存儲在公共櫃子裏。維護被忽略,早餐基本。
啤酒廠主要由準備的甜點和蛋糕組成。
一小杯四包橙汁我們5歐元
如果你想熨衣服,你需要在牀上或地板上熨衣服。
酒店沒有酒吧經營,沒有4-star酒店的雨傘或舒適度,服務爲零
酒店僅提供早餐,不提供午餐、晚餐或客房服務。
但最令人擔憂的是酒店不遵守消防安全,如果這家酒店發生火災,客人簡直就是喪生。
在第二和第三節
天花板的部分已經塌了。
警方因嚴重關切工作人員和客人而逮捕了這家酒店。

SSamuel Yu Hin房間很乾淨,早餐,健身房和游泳池都很棒。但是,前台本來可以更細心和熱情。如果他們解釋設施在哪裏,如健身房,游泳池和免費自行車租賃,那會很有幫助。他們也有硬幣洗衣店,但沒有硬幣交換機,接待處不會爲我們更換硬幣,即使他們顯然有一些。總的來說,感覺我們必須追逐本應很容易提供的服務。

ZZumre一切都很完美。特別是早餐!!我強烈推薦預訂含早餐的住宿。房間也乾淨。管家每天打掃房間。牆壁比我預期的薄,但相當ok。另外酒店在酒吧贈送了歡迎飲料,如果再來巴里,我一定會再次入住這家酒店!🥰🥰

In second room there were no air so we ask to move to another room ( in that room was pregnant women), they asked us to wait for day after, and they changed, but by the end they asked for change 20 euro
And in the third room we noticed that the close room can look inside the bath room . We complained about it and they said the they are not the bosses .
I refused to pay until the boss will came but he ignored us.

PPAULORCAMPOSThe hotel is too old. The room was smelling cigarette.
The shower is old with little water.
The elevator quite small and also old.
The swimming pool was full with water green color different than the pictures you see in the booking site.
The hotel is located very close to the road, the windows are not well isolated, therefore you can hear the noise of the road.
The worst is the dangerous to way out the hotel by car because there is no scape before you get the road.

訪訪客用戶Les chambres sont très modernes et très propres, le petit déjeuner est bon, l’hôtel est bien situé à côté d’une plage de plus il y’a plein de bus qui mènent vers la ville. La navette de l’hôtel vers la vieille ville est gratuite, c’est top.
On as beaucoup aimer la piscine, les frites de patate douce ainsi que les mijotos à déguster au bord de celle ci.
Le personnel est parfait , et mention spéciale pour Vito , le pool boy extrêmement gentil et très serviable
