I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Urban Royale. The property is well-maintained, clean, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff members were polite, professional, and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The food served was fresh and delicious too. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Hotel needs to focus and improve on their sound proofing of the rooms. Could clearly hear the next door room individual speaking on his phone and the songs played from the room. You can opt for the little more minimalistic designed rooms, view the rooms before staying in. Overall the room was clean and nice. Aman is very helpful on the reg. counter

The hotel’s about a 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, and there are loads of taxis and tuk-tuks right outside—super easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well. I didn’t really notice any noise issues. The room and hotel were generally clean, though I did see one small cockroach in the room. Just a small one. No hot water for the shower. Refridge worked great. One thing to watch out for: everyone seemed really focused on getting tips. Your room key stops working every day at noon, so you have to go to the front desk to reset it. Then someone will escort you to your room—and ask for a tip. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to ask the front desk for a password slip that only works for one device and only for one day. Each time you go back for a new slip, they expect a tip again. 環境還不錯，配套一般，早餐可選不多，價格偏高。服務很好，比較友好。酒店配置了wifi,電源插座可以直接用中國插頭，比較方便。

酒店位於aerocity，距離t3客運大樓地鐵1站、20分鐘路程，非常便捷。酒店周圍屬於新區，本地人少，遊客多，配套相當國際化，有點杜拜感覺。酒店的設施和早餐也很滿意。
