A special shout-out to Duty Manager Ramandeep Kaur and her incredible team of ladies at the reception—they were all fantastic at their jobs! Their warm smiles and professionalism set a positive tone for my stay. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern decor and a comfortable atmosphere. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, ensuring a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. The service throughout my stay was exceptional. Ramandeep and her team were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, and their attention to detail truly made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend Mercure Hotel Chandigarh for anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a top choice. Easily approachable location. smiling staff at the front desk. check in facility smooth. good clean room, white linen, clean bathrooms. quick room service. very well organized restaurant. breakfast full 😋 10 /10 marks. we were to check out late but the staff was very cooperative. one suggestion: guests may be offered a welcome drink. the stay was very comfortable 😌 👌
