The hotel left mixed impressions. On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable. The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair. The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors. The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure. The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included. There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

地理位置非常好，可以説是巴統的地標之一，就在希爾頓旁邊，跟希爾頓是同一個開發商開發的，外形完全一樣，衹不過一棟樓給了希爾頓，一棟樓給了這家。這個樓裏面有一半是住户，還有一半是出租，還有兩個公司來收了業主的房子來作為酒店經營。首先，風景特別好，正對大海，其次非常安全，第三，最關鍵的是作為長途旅遊的一箇中轉，有洗衣機。另外，旁邊的希爾頓的頂層的那個餐廳酒吧可以好好利用。還有一點價格也不貴，性價比極高。

整體來說是普通的飯店，地點不錯。缺點： - 預訂時說停車是免費的，但實際上是付費的 - 附近有一個建築工地，早上你會和建築商一起醒來😁 - 鄰近飯店的早餐很一般，我甚至會說不好吃 - 抵達後，我們花了很多時間在飯店系統中搜尋付款方式 - 早上停水了

早晨從白俄羅斯飛來,沒能早點定居,但定居速度非常快!舒適,乾淨的房間,大道和海景很好。一天2-3清理房間,換了內衣,毛巾!住在24層,從來沒看到電梯上有大排隊,據說是“著名的高地”。非常方便的地理位置,到商店,到海邊,到停車場,到普希金街(餐廳街)在體育場附近找到了租車,非常方便!從電話到接到都過去了大約30分鐘。一次卡停了下來,2分鐘,問題解決了!整天的Resepschn!非常滿意住宿)推薦

Öncelikle tam bir f/p oteli otel oldukça temiz ,çalışanlar guler yüzlü ( gurcistanda zor bulunur) ulaaim kolay.merkezi isitma vs ***et yeterli. Cocuk oyun salonu , fitnes vb mevcut .Biz kaldığımızda off season olduğu için kahvaltı açık büfe degildi ancak size ***et yeterli bir menü veriyorlar, menüden seçiyorsunuz, omlet , pankek , peynir , kruvasan , bal , nutella, cornflakes , haşlanmış yumurta vs . Ayrıca otelde aparitif menüler ve çorba mevcut . Çalışanların tümü guler yüzlü ve ***et iyi niyetli. Eksi ise restaurant menusu cok dar ve oda servisi olmayışı diyebilirim. Bir daha gitsem tereddütsüz konaklamayi tercih ederim. Kısacası temiz , güvenli tam bir aile oteli

首先要特別感謝攜程！因我原定酒店處於裝修無法正常接待，攜程主動聯繫我，為我免費更換了附近的酒店，全程差價由攜程承擔，服務非常貼心。對比多家備選後，我最終選擇了這家位於巴統老城的英迪格酒店。 辦理入住時，酒店經理為我詳細介紹了酒店的歷史底藴：這座建築由百年歷史的巴統國家銀行大樓改造而成，承載着城市的金融記憶與時代印記。介紹完建築故事後，經理也明確告知，作為歷史保護建築，酒店全域禁止吸煙，這一規定我完全認同，也為酒店守護歷史建築、營造舒適環境的用心點贊。 入住期間，我真切感受到了巴統的多元文化魅力：大堂裏色彩斑斕的馬賽克彩窗，以萬花筒般的光影訴説著黑海地區的藝術傳承；客房內手工編織的格魯吉亞地毯，用繁複紋樣與濃烈色彩，承載着數百年的編織傳統與文化底藴；還有保留完好的歷史拱門、復刻的天文鐘元素，每一處細節都在潛移默化中傳遞着這座城市的歷史脈絡與人文温度。從原國家銀行的金融印記，到融合歐式優雅與格魯吉亞風情的設計，這家酒店就像一座微型博物館，讓我在入住的同時，沉浸式讀懂了巴統的故事。

酒店位置非常OK，出門正對面就是黑海海灘。距離歐洲廣場、摩天輪和“情侶裝置”都很近。便捷指數很高，前台服務員態度很不錯！百年酒店，算是不錯的。

酒店位置不錯，離開巴統的歐洲廣場和海邊步道都很近。酒店的服務態度非常惡劣，入住當晚9點回酒店，房間的門鎖故障打不開，整個酒店衹有一個工作人員，用酒店的卡也打不開，説現在沒有技術人員，提出給我們另外開個房間，明天上午解決。因第二天一早我們就要回第比利斯，時間安排比較緊，另外所有行李都在房間內，換個房間也沒法安心休息，所以堅持請酒店想辦法打開房門，但酒店一直推諉不作為。拖了2、3個小時，通過攜程協調，經理才來到現場，開始也不是本着解決問題的態度，説門本來是好的，怎麼現在會打不開。直到凌晨2點，才打開房門，替我們換了房間。整個過程，我們在室外整整待了5個小時，如果酒店早點處理，最多半個小時就可以解決問題的。這裏要感謝攜程，事情處理過程中攜程的海外酒店部門客服人員多次給酒店電話，給予我們很多的幫助。
