The hotel left mixed impressions. On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable. The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair. The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors. The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure. The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included. There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders die Lage im 23. Stock und der schöne Balkon mit der Aussicht haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Apartment war modern, geräumig und angenehm ruhig. Auch wenn die Wände etwas dünn sind und man Gespräche der Nachbarn hören konnte, hat uns das insgesamt nicht gestört. Das Bett war angenehm fest und sehr bequem, die Schränke waren groß genug und das Badezimmer war besonders schön und geräumig. Auch an kleine Dinge wie Zahnbürsten und andere Pflegeprodukte wurde gedacht. Die Hand- und Badetücher waren sauber, weich und schön kuschelig. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit Gläsern, Besteck, einem kleinen Messer usw., sodass man sich problemlos etwas Kleines zubereiten konnte. Leider fehlten allerdings Spülmittel, Schwamm und ein Geschirrtuch, was wir etwas schade fanden. Ein paar Dinge könnten bei der Reinigung noch verbessert werden: Der Boden war leider nicht ganz sauber – nach dem Barfußlaufen waren unsere Füße ziemlich schmutzig. Auch das Stoffsofa hatte einige deutliche Flecken. Am unangenehmsten war jedoch zeitweise der Geruch aus dem Abfluss im Badezimmer. Dieser war teilweise so stark, dass man sich kaum im Bad aufhalten konnte und davon sogar Kopfschmerzen bekam. Zum Glück trat das nicht dauerhaft auf. Abgesehen von diesen Punkten hat uns das Apartment wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Es ist ein schönes, modernes und gemütliches Apartment mit einer tollen Aussicht – wir würden grundsätzlich wiederkommen und hoffen, dass die kleinen Mängel inzwischen behoben werden.

Öncelikle tam bir f/p oteli otel oldukça temiz ,çalışanlar guler yüzlü ( gurcistanda zor bulunur) ulaaim kolay.merkezi isitma vs ***et yeterli. Cocuk oyun salonu , fitnes vb mevcut .Biz kaldığımızda off season olduğu için kahvaltı açık büfe degildi ancak size ***et yeterli bir menü veriyorlar, menüden seçiyorsunuz, omlet , pankek , peynir , kruvasan , bal , nutella, cornflakes , haşlanmış yumurta vs . Ayrıca otelde aparitif menüler ve çorba mevcut . Çalışanların tümü guler yüzlü ve ***et iyi niyetli. Eksi ise restaurant menusu cok dar ve oda servisi olmayışı diyebilirim. Bir daha gitsem tereddütsüz konaklamayi tercih ederim. Kısacası temiz , güvenli tam bir aile oteli

房間非常乾淨。我親眼看到打掃了三次（令人驚訝）。 房間每天都打掃。安靜寬敞。比起海濱飯店，這裡更舒適；外面交通不那麼擁擠，步行10分鐘就能到海邊，非常適合帶小孩。地理位置絕佳。 飯店設有免費游泳池、三溫暖和健身房。所有設施都維護良好，沒有破舊感。飯店也提供收費的兒童活動（VR***、兒童角落等）。餐廳的口味和價格都達到了四星級標準。 我們非常滿意。

每天早餐都給我吃的美美的 房間很大 也沒有吵鬧 可能我睡的晚+面朝牆壁不朝街區 早上一小時不間斷egg station 狂吃 雖然有點鹹 晚餐也十分美味 豆包+翻譯器 夢到哪裡吃哪裡 配上酒 醉了馬上回樓上睡覺 每天一邊吃早餐一邊每天看街邊那衹不怕被撞死創飛的狗 每天早餐都會在哪裡趴着打卡 另外地理位置很優越 出門就是歐洲廣場 麥當勞吃了一半不如國內安格斯牛肉堡好吃哎 不過能送餐到作為原諒它吧 警察到處執勤 每天逛到十一二點真的很chill！巴統很好！愛了！

酒店位置不錯，離開巴統的歐洲廣場和海邊步道都很近。酒店的服務態度非常惡劣，入住當晚9點回酒店，房間的門鎖故障打不開，整個酒店衹有一個工作人員，用酒店的卡也打不開，説現在沒有技術人員，提出給我們另外開個房間，明天上午解決。因第二天一早我們就要回第比利斯，時間安排比較緊，另外所有行李都在房間內，換個房間也沒法安心休息，所以堅持請酒店想辦法打開房門，但酒店一直推諉不作為。拖了2、3個小時，通過攜程協調，經理才來到現場，開始也不是本着解決問題的態度，説門本來是好的，怎麼現在會打不開。直到凌晨2點，才打開房門，替我們換了房間。整個過程，我們在室外整整待了5個小時，如果酒店早點處理，最多半個小時就可以解決問題的。這裏要感謝攜程，事情處理過程中攜程的海外酒店部門客服人員多次給酒店電話，給予我們很多的幫助。

落地窗，房間安靜，設施齊全且新，衞生間乾濕分區，熱水水壓很大，有配浴袍和身體乳，衞生捲紙都是壓花帶香氛的，好評 地理位置超級中心，步行可以去任何地方，周邊餐廳也非常多，推薦附近的一家烏克蘭餐廳，裝修精美餐品超棒價格實惠 可以讓酒店幫忙叫出租車，到火車站不到十塊錢 早餐是麪包咖啡沙拉等，牛角包🥐很好吃，整體食材比較新鮮，9點開始供應
