Студия в современным апарт-отеое на берегу. Суромно, но чисто. Заселили раньше. Есть кухня. Немного посуды. Микроволновка. Стир. машина. Утюг, фен, телевизор. Кондиционер в декабре работаем на нагрев. И есть ещё конвектор. Так что сначала холодно, потом помещение нагревается. Но конечно всё уставшее. И бельё с сильными потёртостями, и приборов недостаточно, сильный запах химии от уборки. Но за цену что мы заплатили это не страшно.

The hotel left mixed impressions. On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable. The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair. The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors. The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure. The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included. There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

Öncelikle tam bir f/p oteli otel oldukça temiz ,çalışanlar guler yüzlü ( gurcistanda zor bulunur) ulaaim kolay.merkezi isitma vs ***et yeterli. Cocuk oyun salonu , fitnes vb mevcut .Biz kaldığımızda off season olduğu için kahvaltı açık büfe degildi ancak size ***et yeterli bir menü veriyorlar, menüden seçiyorsunuz, omlet , pankek , peynir , kruvasan , bal , nutella, cornflakes , haşlanmış yumurta vs . Ayrıca otelde aparitif menüler ve çorba mevcut . Çalışanların tümü guler yüzlü ve ***et iyi niyetli. Eksi ise restaurant menusu cok dar ve oda servisi olmayışı diyebilirim. Bir daha gitsem tereddütsüz konaklamayi tercih ederim. Kısacası temiz , güvenli tam bir aile oteli

酒店位置不錯，離開巴統的歐洲廣場和海邊步道都很近。酒店的服務態度非常惡劣，入住當晚9點回酒店，房間的門鎖故障打不開，整個酒店衹有一個工作人員，用酒店的卡也打不開，説現在沒有技術人員，提出給我們另外開個房間，明天上午解決。因第二天一早我們就要回第比利斯，時間安排比較緊，另外所有行李都在房間內，換個房間也沒法安心休息，所以堅持請酒店想辦法打開房門，但酒店一直推諉不作為。拖了2、3個小時，通過攜程協調，經理才來到現場，開始也不是本着解決問題的態度，説門本來是好的，怎麼現在會打不開。直到凌晨2點，才打開房門，替我們換了房間。整個過程，我們在室外整整待了5個小時，如果酒店早點處理，最多半個小時就可以解決問題的。這裏要感謝攜程，事情處理過程中攜程的海外酒店部門客服人員多次給酒店電話，給予我們很多的幫助。

落地窗，房間安靜，設施齊全且新，衞生間乾濕分區，熱水水壓很大，有配浴袍和身體乳，衞生捲紙都是壓花帶香氛的，好評 地理位置超級中心，步行可以去任何地方，周邊餐廳也非常多，推薦附近的一家烏克蘭餐廳，裝修精美餐品超棒價格實惠 可以讓酒店幫忙叫出租車，到火車站不到十塊錢 早餐是麪包咖啡沙拉等，牛角包🥐很好吃，整體食材比較新鮮，9點開始供應

窗外的景色很美! 只有一個物種才值得定居! 45樓可以看到海,海,新老城 房間不錯,全都吃,餐具,茶,冰箱 乾淨的白色毛巾和牀單, 舒適的牀. 驅逐後,他們把手提箱留在房間裏,留了一段時間 謝謝🙌

房間很乾淨, 他目擊了, 洗了三次洗 ( 驚喜 ). 每天打掃。安靜寬。住得比第一線酒店好,窗下沒有這樣的引擎,同時海上還有10分鐘步行,孩子們一起。位置非常好 ) 酒店有免費的游泳池、桑拿和健身房,一切都很好,沒有受苦。兒童娛樂(VR機器、兒童角落等)但每日飯店,按口味和價格,4號餐廳。 他們仍然很滿意。

Самое удачное месторасположение, море с одной стороны, озеру Нури с другой, близко Старый город, остановка автобуса рядом, номер с кухней, поэтому завтраки готовили всегда в номере, магазин Спар на 1 этаже. Уборка номера платная. Стоимость адекватная. Были с 14 апреля. Искупался в море два раза. Рекомендую.

Свежие апартаменты, чисто, уютно. Немного теснее чем кажется на фотографиях, но для 4 взрослых подходит отлично. Расположение на первой линии с отличным доступом к центру Батуми, но немного шумно от автомобилей с громким выхлопом и караоке прямо под окнами. Сервис хороший, но инструкции по заселению и поиску апартамента желательно добавить в описание или направлять заранее.

性價比極高的飯店。我獨自旅行，想證明高品質的假期也可以很經濟實惠——多虧了折扣，五天的住宿非常划算。這是我第一次透過Twill預訂，一開始我對付款方式（預付還是全付）有些疑慮，但他們的服務非常有效率。 房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔。我很喜歡房間的裝飾：配備了熱水壺、全套餐具（包括玻璃杯和茶杯）、冰箱、空調和方便的電動乾衣機。飯店也提供一次性盥洗用品。因為天氣溫暖，我們不需要毛毯。 優點：空間寬敞，一塵不染，有陽台，房間內處處體現貼心的設計。 缺點/建議：缺少微波爐，陽台上缺少幾張椅子和一張桌子，方便享用早茶。 總評：近年來性價比最高的飯店！
