英國肯特的4 星級飯店

This was genuinely a wonderful and most special place. The Rocksalt Rooms are in a separate building to the Restaurant - but you check in at the latter and walk you over. Note all the streets here are cobbled, which can be slippery when wet. They are a real BoltHole as they are described, and there are only four total. 2 on 1st floor, 2 on 2nd floor, with one per floor harbour facing. I'd definitely suggest that the upgrade is worth it. The rooms are compact but exceptionally well presented. I've odd little niggles, theres no bedside of any kind - floating shelf would work, where do you put your mobile? And the metal bed frame is ornate and was loose on the footboard. The biggest challenge is where to put things. There are a few hangers on the back of the door and a small set of hooks, but not a drawer or proper place at all. I get space is a real premium here - bedside with 2 drawers all you need! The wet room is compact as everyone says. You won't keep the floor area outside the shower dry, it's not possible. The sink is a corner one with no space to place things but there is shelf in the bathroom for all your luxuries. The body wash / conditioner / hand soap / hand moisturiser are great quality. Noise - it's by the Harbour so they start early, but for us it was part of the charm of the location, the fresh fish smell was totally incredible. Breakfast is not to be missed, across in the restaurant with the best view, it's harbour side. Loved the granola, yoghurt, compote starter. I had English Breakfast as I was hungry, it was great quality but disappoining - it was more style over substance. The bacon is cooked to crispy, not my style at all but great quality. He had the Salmon & Eggs and it won hands down. Local, fresh, decent portion, on wonderful Sourdough. Luckily I was saved a bite. A point or two more - the bedside light fused the circuit and the room was plunged into darkness. Looked for fuse box, could not find. Ended up in Restsurant. They had to get keys to a location they used to own but don't now (ground floor of the Rooms building). This took a while as the keys had to be obtained. I get how this used to work, but not now - the fuse box needs moving. The if we cant fix option was check out and refund - erm no!! There is the most incredible Team member behind the Bar/ Restaurant from Bulgaria whose name I have really tsckily forgotten. For which I apologise. She is truly wonderful and made the visit for me, id return solely to see her again!!! Overall we loved Rocksalt Rooms and would return, to have dinner in the restaurant too! 誤打誤撞定了離Dover碼頭半小時車程的Folkstone小鎮的酒店。 位於懸崖上面，有步道可以走到下面的海灘。 海景特別特別美麗。 建築是歷史建築，所以電梯什麼的特別小。但是服務和設施都對得起Voco這個等級 早餐超預期。在歐洲目前吃到的最好的早餐了！還支持半點單，班尼迪克蛋好好吃。早餐的紅茶配牛奶也很濃郁！ 性價比顯得很高

很棒的酒店。設施齊全的客房。淋浴的浴缸。有2個風扇。鐵龍吹風機和冰箱。房間2張雙人牀。充足的茶和咖啡。開放式接待區和價格合理的餐廳。很棒的游泳池。按摩浴缸。蒸汽房和桑拿,有免費毛巾。酒店乾淨整潔。工作人員很友好

我和我的妻子住了三個晚上來慶祝我們的週年紀念日。我們的住宿非常出色,特別是所有爲我們做得不夠的工作人員,微笑和幽默。服務和餐廳的食物一樣,我們三個晚上都在那裏吃,享受頂級美食,葡萄酒和啤酒。特別的觸摸是“快樂週年”石板,上面有幾顆椰子冰糖!早餐精美呈現,煮得完美,雖然我們發現培根略硬但完全可以食用。精湛的荷包蛋!作爲評論,新鮮魚在早餐時會是一個不錯的補充,儘管有薰三文魚。牀很舒服,房間一塵不染,大部分設施都是人們期望的。有一個防滑墊會很有幫助對於浴缸以及安全抓手柄。淋浴旁邊的肥皂分配器也會有幫助。由於夏天非常熱(2026年)空調非常受歡迎!水療設施也很可愛!

我們在這裏住了2晚,因爲它靠近Brands Hatch電路。房間很乾淨,但到達時很冷。然而,幸運的是,我們在衣櫃裏發現了加熱器。用餐體驗不好....菜單非常稀疏,服務非常差。他們只有一杯非常甜的玫瑰酒,我們不得不去酒吧買,因爲我們找不到任何人爲我們服務。週五晚上,他們似乎只有一個服務員值班,酒店已經滿了。當賬單到達時,仔細閱讀後,我們發現他們向它增加了服務費,我們沒有支付。後來檢查賬單時,我們發現他們給它增加了一杯葡萄酒,我們沒有。這不是一家便宜的酒店,但餐廳/服務與他們的願望不符。我們只留在這裏,因爲它的位置,如果有一個酒店,願意留在其他地方。

我們預訂了這家酒店的位置和水療中心。 酒店很可愛,但水療中心很髒,缺乏水療體驗設施。我覺得這應該作爲帶游泳池的酒店出售。 4*酒店的Spa體驗令人失望,感覺這家酒店錯過了宣傳設施。 在情人節下午6點之前,水療中心的快門關閉了。 在登記入住時,我們被告知,您將在水療中心獲得毛巾和長袍,最後進入水療中心的時間是晚上8:30。 當我們到達水療區接待處時,我們只得到了一條毛巾,並被告知長袍只適用於水療套餐的客人,這與我們在酒店辦理入住時被告知的情況相矛盾。 泳池區和更衣室很髒,池邊淋浴出故障,看起來有一段時間了。 按摩浴缸曾經被登上的地方,看起來已經很久了。 游泳池很冷,也很髒。

Compared to a 4-star hotel, the corridors and rooms were quite old, a little renovation would be a good idea, there was no air conditioning, only an old fan, it was a bit of an illusion destroyer. The SPA department closed at 7 pm and we wanted to swim at 8 pm, such a big full-house hotel that is not cheap, can't operate a non-stop SPA? At dinner, we had to wait more than 40 minutes for the food to be brought out. It was okay, but it won't be among my favorites.
