What a wonderful hotel ,we had a beautiful room with everything in it that you could wish for. The staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful .An amazing Spa plus a hairdressers too. The food in the restaurants was wonderful with superb choices. As for breakfast there was everything anyone could possibly want and the service and attention to detail was superb.

We only stayed one night, and it was a last minute booking as we missed our ferry, so it is hard to fully judge the hotel. The room was spacious and had a great view, but it was slightly disturbing to spot a couple pieces of trash on the balcony, including a muselet. The breakfast was decent enough, though I prefer a buffet to waiter-service for breakfast and the restaurant was the quietest one I have ever been in. The Channel Islands seem to specialize in staff who are grumpy and truculent, and this hotel seems to have collected some of the worst examples - as one example, we wandered through an open door into an empty space, looking for the reception when we first arrived and were barked at by two members of staff.

10/15 minutes walk to the beach, pubs, restaurants, shop etc. With buses passing right by us its easy to reach anywhere on the island or of course by car and making use of our large free car park.A courtyard with tables and chairs to the rear and lawned garden to the front About pets:No pets allowed.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
