法國中央-盧瓦爾河谷大區的4 星級飯店

酒店好客方便,如果坐火車,到火車站去一分鐘2-3,到市中心去十分鐘。有以前的克,但酒店本身看起來很,有老年氣味,但如果這不讓你難堪(例如,我們是好的)-那是一個好選擇。早餐是好的。唯一的-房間裏是吵鬧的,最好帶上。

有好幾件事讓我很不滿意，如果預訂前就告知我，我肯定會選擇其他飯店。 辦理入住時，他們竟然要求我們提供信用卡，並預授權200歐元！我覺得這個要求簡直荒謬至極，你們似乎認定我會損壞飯店，所以想在發生意外時承擔責任。對我們兩個70歲的老人來說，這完全不可接受，我們只是住一晚而已。如果我們是一群年輕小夥子在參加單身派對，你們或許也能理解。但恕我直言……這太過分了。 我們到達時已經很晚了，很高興酒店裡有一家餐廳可以讓我們補充能量。但是菜單和酒單都非常單調，食物也沒什麼吸引力。我不會再去那裡吃飯了。 我們去了屋頂酒吧，那裡冷冷清清，比殯儀館還冷清，所以我們只好回到主酒吧繼續待到晚上。 電梯裡的指示牌讓人摸不著頭緒。外面的樓層標示顯示為1、2、接待處。但進入電梯後，按鈕卻是1、2、0+和0-。完全沒有提到接待處，結果我們當然是走錯樓層了。雖然只是個小問題，但很煩人，而且很容易解決。 我們也沒找到從房間到接待處的樓梯。我很確定，在發生火災時，樓梯是法律規定的，但我就是找不到。而且我找了兩遍！ 不過，第二天早上我們離開時，一位非常友善的小伙子幫我們辦理了退房手續。當我上車時，發現我的一副眼鏡的鏡片掉了。我回到飯店，剛才幫我辦理退房手續的那位行李員非常熱心地幫了我。我們在床邊找到了鏡片，並把它修好了。你們飯店把他安排在行李員的位置上真是浪費了他的才能。依我看，你們應該讓他擔任飯店主管。 我不會再來了。

酒店是個老建築，看上去很古典，但好像新刷了漆還是用臘打了地板，味道非常大。因為晚上用餐回去很晚，所以躺下才發現味道已經半夜，不好意思打擾，開着窗子坐了一晚，很無奈。

A very pleasant surprise. The location is next to Chartres station for quick access to the trains (but it is not noisy). The town is also compact, so walking to the main attractions such as the Chartres cathedral is only 5-10 minutes away, and there are restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was clean, and well-furnished. In my room, there was a small kitchenette for self-catering. Hair dryer was also provided in the room. There were two staff members (one in the morning and afternoon), who spoke excellent English and were very friendly and accommodating. Their attitude was no different than that of the staff members of a 5-star hotel.

The food was very over-priced and of poor quality. The room was way too hot and paying so much for a 4-star hotel room, having paper cups is not acceptable. The exterior of the hotel looks very shabby, the lack of a sensible location as it is very difficult to navigate to just added to the gaggravation. The staff were pleasant and some helpful but it is all over-priced for what you got. The eV chargepoints in the piravte car park were a welcome addition for an eV driver but the first one I tried didn't work so I missed the opportunity to get a full charge during dinner which gave me a lot of issues the next day.

I recently stayed at the Hôtel de Bourbon (the Mercure one) in Bourges, and honestly, it felt like stepping into a little piece of history while still having all the modern comforts you could want. My room was a classic double, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent—properly supportive after a day of wandering around—and the bathroom had a great walk-in shower with good water pressure. Everything felt freshly renovated (they did a big update around 2018), with a nice blend of modern touches and the old abbey character. Some rooms overlook the park, which must be lovely in summer.
