芬蘭中芬蘭區的4星飯店

Hotel is located next to a pedestrian street, which makes it great for short walks and cocktails on terraces. There is a bar and a restaurant right next to reception, so not a long walk needed. Staff was friendly and professional. Everybody greeted. All went smooth. We had a Superior King room. View to lobby. Looked really nice, clean and modern. Spacious. Comfy bed. Good pillows. Air conditioner. Minibar. Coffee/tea/cocoa set. TV with chromecast. Bathroom was large and included everything you need. Products by Lumene. Breakfast was fine, nothing special. Coffee was bad, tasted like filtered coffee with double water. I would do some improvements, add some fish and some more egg options? We were there on easter and special points to staff wearing different easter themed items. They even designed boiled eggs :) Overall experience 5/5 and highly recommended.

我在Verso酒店住了很多天。我的房間非常乾淨,早餐也很棒,基本上只是用當地產品做的(但是爲什麼沒有新鮮水果?)。我發現我的房間很暗,這讓我很失望,事實上,所有的窗戶都能看到一個購物中心的走廊。在芬蘭這樣一個以夏天的白夜而聞名的地方,整天被迫開着燈是不能接受的。然後,在接待處,每個人都很友善,但完全不瞭解一切。例如,我問了一些關於當地公共汽車時刻表的基本問題,而我得到的卻是錯誤的信息。接待處的一位女士告訴我下午4點以後沒有車了。這聽起來太奇怪了,我寧願在R報亭(一種同樣出售公共交通票的報攤)裏反覆檢查,在那裏我得到確認,幾乎每個小時,每天都有公共汽車。然後,我發現不能接受的是,我房間裏的電話不工作,所以我無法給接待處打電話。一位客房服務小姐告訴我,電話被阻塞了,要解開它需要一個puk碼(在電話顯示中,我可以讀出一個奇怪的信息,例如“插入puk碼”或類似)。她解釋說更換設備不是解決問題的辦法,問題會一直存在。在她看來,要得到一個能用的電話,我需要換房間...難以置信。老實說,根據我讀到的關於這家酒店的評論,我期望能多得多。我確實很喜歡這個地方,但還有很多地方需要改進。

Nice, very friendly staffs, cozy and clean room. I went with my family and we enjoyed our stay, a bit disappointed that the kids playroom was out of use at that time, but it was overall a good experience. The staff ; Monica was so friendly, helpful and made our experience all the better. Thank you.

Room was big (and old), but the level of service varies. Some served well and some did not. The cleaner didn't come all week. The hotel's operating system changed during the week, which caused difficulties with invoices and unjustified overdrafts on payment cards. The location of the hotel is good, but the hotel facilities need renovation. The plus side is that the hotel offers plenty of different activities, such as bowling, a spa and an escape room.

Hotel was pretty good. Rooms are clean and nice but would need small update i guess. But nothing huge just small signs of wear here and there. We were still very happy with the room. The service at the lobby was very kind and this place had awesome breakfast. 5/5. We checked the gym and it had all the basic things you can imagine to do a good workout. Parking lot was good also.

Good hotel for business stays, especially with the together dinner at event center Paviljonki right next, train station on 1 and nice walking area by the waters on the other side! Decent breakfast, service and in-room facilities in all. Recommended!

算不上真正的酒店。像私人住所。沒有服務員。

我們在這個可愛的小屋只有不到2周。設備齊全,漂亮舒適,非常友好的主人。謝謝 !

Nice big house. Unfortunately with insufficient support from the host (worst since 5 stays in Finland)

The Owners are very nice, the chalet is very well located, we had temperatures of -32 outside and the interior comfort was excellent, looking forward to returning there this summer to discover different landscapes
