選擇這家酒店,因爲它靠近機場,他們剛剛恢復了機場班車服務,這是一個加分點。然而,從新加坡起飛13個小時的長途航班,早上到達酒店時,房間還沒有準備好,這是可以理解的。等了很久,直到下午2點,我的房間還沒有準備好,而且只有3.30pm我拿到了房間鑰匙。令我驚恐的是,房間很髒,沒有打掃乾淨,到處都是髒杯子,垃圾桶也沒有清理乾淨,牀上還有巧克力屑,真噁心。我立刻下樓去前台要另外一間房間,而不是高樓層,而是被分配到一層。前台(我相信她是主管),她非常粗魯。瑞士招待真是可惜。不惜一切代價避免這家酒店。

商務出差,酒店門口有公交站台,離oerlikon火車站很近,11路電車可以去市區,交通非常便利。酒店很温馨,房間牆紙是草綠色的,讓人看着非常舒服。前台小哥和餐廳工作人員都很熱情。下次來蘇黎世還住這裏~~~

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, clean and modern rooms. We also enjoyed the fact that this hotel is just around the corner from the tram line making it a quick 10 min ride into downtown Zurich. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. There are plenty of restaurants nearby to enjoy as well if you want something quick without using the tram to go into Old Town.

I have spent 18 days working from JOYN Zurich so think this should be a fairly accurate review of my experience. For context, JOYN is new so may still be working through teething issues, but hopefully this is useful feedback. Pros; - Comfortable, well equipped rooms. I was in one of the largest apartments they offer and it is a good space to spend a lot of time - The kitchenette whilst small is workable and has most of what you'd need - Well located close to the airport and about 25 mins by tram to central Zurich - Nice bathroom and good shower pressure - Gym is good with nice new equipment - Very close to great supermarkets (Coop and Migros next door) - The communal spaces are lovely, including the central courtyard and roof gardens - Strong water pressure from the shower (although the drain didn't seem to be able to cope with the volume of water which meant potential overflowing of the shower unless carefully managed) - The room has a small dishwasher. There were two dishwasher tablets provided and these weren't topped up by the cleaners, meaning you'll need to buy more Unfortunately the cons are pretty significant though, particularly if you want to work from here; Cons - The wifi is atrocious. At best the speeds hover around 1mbps which isn't good enough for stable whatsapp or facetime calls, let alone Teams or Zoom work calls. I thought this may have been my room but is pretty much my experience in all the open spaces including the ground floor communal spaces (see screenshot from Speedtest). This makes it unsuitable for any work. - The cleaning services are a bare minimum. After one week they changed my linen and towels but didn't vacuum, sweep the floor, empty bins or clean the bathroom. After another 7 days they'd hadn't come to clean again and when prompted they said it would be cleaned that day (but it wasn't). On the 8th day I asked and again they promised to have it cleaned. Whilst I wouldn't mind cleaning myself, there is no vacuum cleaner, cleaning cloths or anything else in the room to clean with, so unless you want to buy your own, be prepared for it to get pretty dusty and the bathroom to get dirty. Cleaning also didn't include replacing the kitchen towels so you'll have to wash these yourself if you're staying for an extended period. - Other than the supermarkets nearby there is pretty much nothing else around Perhaps they're not used to guests having longer stays, but with cleaning services like this, it will become pretty horrible unless guests buy the cleaning products and do it themselves.

我們在入住的第二天晚上經歷了一次可怕的經歷: 我們早上出去城市旅遊,下午回來房間,我們的房間就像被搶一樣,4個行李箱中3個不見了,衛生間只有一半乾淨,陽台門開着,衣櫃裏掛着的大多數衣服不見了。我立即打電話給前台,我被告知,客房部發現衣櫃的門壞了,有摔倒的風險,所以出於安全原因,他們把我們的行李箱轉移到了新房間。 所以,以下是問題: 1.爲什麼只有我一半的東西被轉移到新房間?你要麼把我所有的物品都轉移到新房間,但不只是一半,當你回到房間時,它是如此可怕,就像犯罪現場! 2.豪華酒店未經客人許可觸摸客人的個人物品是否正常? 3.如果酒店發現房間內部存在安全問題,爲什麼還讓客人進房間?那種讓客人處於可能受傷的危險環境中! 4.酒店是否曾試圖聯繫客人,通過電話/電子郵件,在房間裏發生了這樣的事件?或者最壞的情況,阻止我進入房間,當我經過前台之前回到房間?沒有一個已經完成 總之,這對任何酒店來說都是不能接受的,不說Ameron是奢侈品牌,酒店風險管理差,這是我第一次使用這個品牌,我認爲不會有第二次機會,糟糕的經歷,甚至在退房日期,沒有人關心問我的住宿情況如何。

We stayed at the last minute in December, after our flight back to Heathrow was cancelled due to bad weather in London. We had to arrange somewhere to stay overnight (family of 4, 2 young children) and, after Googling like crazy to find somewhere we stumbled across this gem! They were perfectly accommodating- we booked and then turned up 5 minutes later! They let us in to our lovely modern room and turned it round into a family room in a friendly manner. It’s a central location, the breakfast buffet was great, staff friendly, modern rooms - so modern than there was music speakers in the bathroom and the walls of the bathroom were glass! The toilet walls were frosted though 😉! The area was fab and we made the most of our extra night by heading out into Zurich and visiting the Xmas markets and walking the area and river which is beautiful. If I were to return to this area I would happily stay here again.

我們從機場到酒店的時候是早上 9 點左右,本來是下午才能入住,正好有房出來,就能立即入住了,是個驚喜!酒店的前台 Victoria小姐人很好,很熱心介紹酒店情況,很貼心。酒店離車站有點距離,但不太遠,路上有雜貨店,可以買水果,水。周邊很安靜,環境舒服。早上吃過早餐走一圈,感覺很棒。

可能是雅高連鎖酒店中唯一最糟糕的酒店。他們宣傳自己的房間是空調,但不是。他們的房間裏有一個空調面板和一個通風口,但他們不工作,很可能是中央關閉的。當你問他們給你跑來跑去時,“它起作用了” “城市禁止酒店空調” “換個房間”但是沒有,它根本行不通。現在,這不是秋天,春天等的大問題,而是夏天的熱浪(33C),當一個房間是25-26C時,要求它條件爲生態友好型22C不應該是一個酒店本身4*的問題。但這是問題。這是3*物業,收費4*價格。公寓也很小,略高於宜必思的房間。但這是蘇黎世。我認爲雅高應該將此等級重新歸類爲3*價格,以減少投訴。這家酒店畢竟和宜必思(它是一樣的建築)一樣,唯一的區別是“公寓”有一張桌子和一個小廚房

蘇黎世機場–Radisson酒店提供往返機場的班車服務。To:CHF6/From:免費。需要預訂班車。酒店有餐廳,菜單有限-食物不錯/啤酒冷。房間非常舒適和安靜。我們從斯特拉斯堡乘火車到達蘇黎世機場,在早上7點的班車之前享受了美好的夜晚休息(因此,我們沒有早餐)。蘇黎世機場很大;允許時間。強烈推薦酒店。
