酒店位置不錯,衞生條件也還好。與工作人員交流中,感覺前台辦手續的工作人員的熱情不是很好,比如手續辦完過後去哪裡坐電梯上樓這樣的事情都沒有一句指引。還有,網上銷售頁面上沒有提到的收費,到店後才提出來,每個房間每天要額外收40美金的什麼餐飲、spa等項目硬性促銷體驗的費用。房間裏擺了很多飲料和巧克力糖果之類的小零食,全是收費的,連一瓶免費的礦泉水都沒有給你的。更別説像有的高級酒店送點零食,水果之類給顧客的了。房間裏的送餐到房間的餐單標識也不明確,個人直觀感覺是送餐上門的價格,但實際上不是。剛入住時點了一個餐單上標價20美金左右的漢堡,送上門來後給我的付費單據是要30多美金。而且,在客房裡打電話點還不行,還必須下樓去告訴前台,然後再由前台通知送餐的給你送到房間去。住過很多四星、五星級酒店,感覺這家酒店的服務真的達不到五星級的水平,服務比較差。

As people who travel regularly, we place a lot of emphasis on other reviews when booking. I was rather concerned reading previous reviews of this property, but having stayed at multiple other Ritz Carlton’s (Singapore, Koh Samui, Dalllas, Melbourne etc) we hoped the brand would live up to expectations and great experiences at other properties. IT DID NOT! Strongly suggest avoiding this property at all costs. Look at the low ranked reviews, they all make sense to me after staying. This property has us questioning if we would ever stay with this brand again. Amazing isn’t it, how one property can tarnish a brands reputation. We have been overcharged after checkout after settling the bill when leaving (unresolved at this point but will get to that later). The first room we checked into had air conditioning so loud you could not hear the TV. It was also dirty with marks and dust/grime on every surface and excess dog hair on the floor. I went to the front desk and the best they could do was “send someone up to check the A/C. The property was practically empty. This was not good enough! I was fortunate enough to speak with the GM who remedied the room situation immediately. We then dealt with Daniel (who was on loan from Santa Barbara Ritz Carlton) he was a great reflection on the brand. He upgraded us, which was appreciated but not expected, just a room with a reasonable a/c would have been fine. Rooms are very average, worn and not clean. Linen was stained, towels so old some had tears and holes in them. The majority of the staff seemed like they would rather be anywhere else than at the Ritz Carlton South, can’t say I blame them but really let the place down. When dining they would bring the bill before we had finished dining over and over, at times even advising their break was about to start so needed to provide bill, how about you get another staff member to do this… Upon checkout I paid with an alternate card than I used for the security deposit (to avoid international transaction fees). I settled the bill of approx $450usd and away we went. A few days later, a charge of $390usd (approx) appears on my original card used for security deposit (along with an international transaction fee). This charge is absolute rubbish and was not warranted, everything was settled and paid on check out. I rang and rang and rang all day to the hotel and the phone was never answered. Finally I had to call and international call centre where the wind noise in the background was so loud I could hardly hear. I was then told the extra was for bar charges (not ours!) we had one whisky and a coke at the bar which was on my bill at checkout. I was then told they would try to contact hotel and hopefully in up to 2 weeks they would respond to the call centre, and sometime after to me. This from Ritz Carlton? Disgraceful. We then got lucky and got the US call centre. This was much more helpful and the agent advised the hotel would call back the same day. Still no call back from Hotel, no explanation of why my card was charged… no invoice, no receipts. Now I need to go through the process of disputing the transaction with my bank. Really? The old saying one bad apple spoils the cart, couldn’t be more true of the Ritz Carlton South Beach. There were many other disappointing things that happened during the stay that isn’t even worth going into. Such an epic disappointment from this brand. I am hoping this property reaches out as promised but it holding my breath. Do better Ritz Carlton South Beach! Not wanting to end on such a sour note. Daniel (from RC Santa Barbara) was a standout for guest service as was Noela at the Valet, both embody what guest expect from RC.

5分推薦,我是一卧的房型,卧室兩張床,一家人住的非常舒適,客廳很大,可以自己煮點東西吃,餐具齊全且非常新,入住期間還送了一瓶酒,如果選擇不打掃房間免每天可以贈送兩杯drinks,如果下次來邁阿密,我還是會選擇住在這裏

早餐默認不包含的,可以單點早餐,沒有自助。入住交幾十刀destination fee,可以包括五十刀credit的laundry服務,三十五刀credit的餐飲額度,不能用在paradise bar或者mini bar. 服務態度非常體貼入微,room service誇張到送個水也端全套托盤,放着蜂蜜,砂糖,保鮮膜封口包好的茶杯。門口boy提行李,送傘,看到你手上拿着空飲料瓶,紙團,會主動問Do you want me to help you get rid of the trash? 這種小費給起來簡直太開心。

這是邁阿密我最喜歡的酒店!位置在布里克爾中心,就在商場旁邊。所以可以四處走走。我喜歡位置!設施很棒!我喜歡游泳池,我喜歡健身房和餐館和酒吧。房間超級乾淨,美學優美!整個酒店聞起來很贊,看起來豪華,也很贊。可以免費租城市自行車,陽台上景色令人驚歎。房間寬敞。工作人員非常親切!到目前爲止,我在邁阿密最喜歡的酒店!

很新的度假酒店,房間裏設施很新很乾凈,室內空間也很大,早餐品種豐富可以點餐或者自助。院子裏有很大一片湖,很多水上項目可以免費玩,距離迪士尼樂園很近,有免費穿梭巴士接送,下次去了很會選擇入住。

房型應該是全酒店最貴的,入住延遲到下午五點半,客房大床床墊塌陷一半 我有投訴酒店 但沒有及時換床墊,之後發現客房一樓推拉門鎖不能鎖門 當晚沒有修好 第二天上午來換鎖,再來咖啡杯沒有清洗乾淨 可以非常清晰的看見咖啡漬掛杯 客廳圓桌沒擦乾淨 上面黏膩的東西沾我電腦上很噁心 總的來説下次我不會再預訂這家酒店 失望

性價比不高,酒店不大,網紅成分高,房間雖整潔也不是面面俱到,吹風機把手臟,粘了異物。酒店的特色是提供品牌的洗護用品,但是個人很不喜歡那個味道,也並未覺得好用。沒有去迪士尼環球的巴士,衹能自行打車前往。收拾房間也沒有更換拖鞋。總之,酒店小,接待也不太熱情,整體消費高,不考慮價格的話可選。

訪客用戶The resort was very beautiful and well maintained. The cottage we stayed in was spacious and we really liked the decor and how soft the beds were. The food was good but a little pricey. We were not impressed with the cabana rental. The cabana was not ready when we arrived. We had to wait for it to be cleaned and set up. The cabana was not labeled and we were confused on which cabana was ours as there were 2 next to each other. We asked when service would start and we were told 10am, then we asked again at 10:45, then went to the front office at 11:30 and when 12pm rolled around with no service we decided to leave and get our money back on the cabana. At that point all we paid for was a chair and towel which did not meet our expectation when spending $250.00 on a cabana for the day. I would recommend several things for the cabana. 1. Number the cabanas so you can clearly see the number. Telling us Cabana 2 does not help when they are beside each other. 2. Stock the min fridge with water. 3. Clearly explain on the cabana rental that food/service will not start until a certain time. We expected to at least get something to drink while in the cabana. 4. Install a call button or app that you can be in contact with someone when you need something. There was a significant delay on getting our refund. And we do appreciate the Manager helping us on Friday get that resolved before we checked out on Saturday morning. All in all, the resort was great. We loved the vibe and updates made to the property. The rooms were comfortable and fresh, and we loved the beds as they were very comfortable, and the sheets were so soft. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. We most enjoyed fish like a local with Patrick. We found that the pool in the middle of the property was less used and felt more quiet and more private therefore we spent our time with a good book. I would give the stay at 4.5 out of 5. Highly recommend trying out Three Waters Resort.

Yyuna82我也使用了私人海灘!請注意,游泳池和海灘將於17:00關閉。房間裏有一瓶可以補充的瓶子,能夠在建築物的各個地方供水真是太好了!因爲它比PET瓶更環保。升級到寬々的小型套房,這是一個很好的答案!它可以被4個家庭成員廣泛使用。浴室很大,有獨立的淋浴和椅子。便利設施也很香,◎ 從機場很容易到達,我乘坐優步約15分鐘,價格約爲3,500日元! 從房間,我可以看到隔壁的塔式公寓和海灘。
