早餐非常好，適合帶孩子，酒店位置無可挑剔，可以說最好。 英國朋友推薦，價格比其他賓館都貴，看了網站圖片也沒感覺有特別之處，但還是相信朋友，就訂了。 入住是晚上，從前台接待到引領到房間就體會到賓館工作人員的專業，熱情，無微不至的服務。 房間就不用提了，有賓館經理親筆歡迎致辭，服務介紹盒子，明信片，歡迎甜點……在陽台上感受海灣的微風夜景，喝點紅酒，太棒了。長途飛機后，在經典高雅的浴缸裏泡一個澡，甜美如夢。 早上7點，太陽還沒出來，在靜怡的加溫泳池裡迎接新的一天 如果喜歡海水，可以在兩個海水泳池裡游泳，特別是海邊別具特色的piscina pool,讓你放開想象。 早餐是驚喜，每一道餐都是經過精心準備，食材千挑萬選，品種豐富，提現當地特色的食材很多，餐具考究，在泳池邊就餐，體會旭日東升的感覺。早餐經理很棒，能記住每位客人的名字，倍感溫暖。 賓館的花園，作為園藝專業人士的我，衹能Wow,流連忘返，不忍離去，看圖吧…… 最後，特別感謝Joana，你的專業 熱情 幫助，讓每一位客人都會come back again and again

我們在馬德拉的住宿選擇非常棒。酒店坐落在一個天然植物園裏有些人會把這算作一個負數,但我不同意。我們到達時,在2AM-Bolt成本是25USD(31kms)。 服務周到,很乾淨,有很多活動和友好的工作人員。 完全推薦。

酒店有年紀了，位置還是非常好的，我們住塔樓，晚上可以看到落日，早上陽光明媚。早餐廳很不錯，我們在室外就餐，很喜歡。早餐品種不少，質量也不錯。泳池有室外泳池，膽大的可以直接下海游泳。

The Royal Savoy undoubtedly occupies the best location for the leisure traveller. Since 2004, when it first opened on the site of the original Savoy Lido, this hotel is popular with all ages, newcomers, and regulars year after year. Recently refurbished the hotel fails to disappoint

A beautiful beachfront hotel that is perfect for romantic getaways and a cheaper alternative, yet still luxury, to standard 5 star hotels. Location wise the hotel isn’t great as it’s very remote from the strip/city centre and taxi prices are not particularly cheap in Madeira. The rooms are spacious and stunning, well worth it with a great selection for the breakfast buffet and plenty of restaurants/options for dinner. A lovely love band/musician plays every night which is also great. Overall a wonderful stay with much friendly staff, however if you are looking to do much sightseeing in Madeira, this hotel is not the best option unless a significant amount is left for travel.

Beautiful location. Splash pool and sauna unfortunately still not ready when we visited. Other services great though. Good selection of bars. In general good selection of food although we found the different restaurant a bit disappointing; it was mostly the same food as the buffet, only presented nicely. Apart from the check in where the reception kept accusing us of booking the wrong room for a family (we didn’t) generally great service.
