我們在塔加祖特凱悅酒店的體驗非常棒！ 最令人印象深刻的是飯店員工的友善。每個人都非常熱情周到，讓我們享受了最優質的服務。 我們提出要求後，飯店甚至為我們升級了房間，讓我們的住宿體驗更加完美，房間的景色也美不勝收。 早餐種類豐富。 Yassine 周圍的員工，特別是像 Asma Amaray、Chaimae 等女員工，以及其他所有員工，都讓我們感到賓至如歸。他們記住了我們的喜好，並確保提供一流的服務。 飯店位置也非常好，就在海灘邊。無論是在泳池、早餐區或房間裡，都能欣賞到迷人的海景。 步行前往塔加祖特鎮非常方便，可以選擇沿著海灘或小路，小路在夜間也有照明，大約需要 20 分鐘。 房間非常乾淨寬敞，適合兩人入住。床也很舒適。 總而言之，我們強烈推薦這家酒店，而且這絕對不會是我們最後一次入住。 也要特別感謝飯店經理 Hicham Hriouad，他給了我們極大的幫助，並隨時解答我們的疑問，使我們的住宿體驗非常愉快。

我在這裡度過了非常愉快的時光（這是我人生中第一次全包式假期）。 雖然第一晚簡直是一場噩夢，因為持續不斷的嗡嗡聲（可能是管道或主空調😢）讓我們睡得不好。不過，在我們向前台反映後，他們立即主動提出幫我們換房間。 食物選擇雖然很多，但每天都一樣，所以住幾天後可能會覺得無聊。 工作人員非常友好，樂於助人。我參加了他們提供的活動，玩得很開心。 （阿拉伯語課程和有氧運動）

美麗的海灘，但附近除了大海和海灘之外什麼都沒有。房間裡有你需要的一切，但有點破舊。工作人員很棒，對於摩洛哥來說速度相當快。早餐是標準的，但玻璃杯和馬克杯很快就消失了。飯店90%的人都住了，但還有足夠的隱私空間。酒店裡的餐廳很貴，但這是希爾頓酒店，你不能去附近的其他地方。晚上有現場音樂表演，可以直接在房間裡聽，很放鬆。

The staff are all amazing really friendly. Hotel location is great close by to everything probably a 10 - 15 min walk to the beach. Place was clean but only issue I faced if I’m honest is the room I was given the lock chain was broken and door lock was broken I have provided pictures below. Was a bit scary knowing I couldn’t lock my door and did ask them to fix it but they didn’t. Other issue is this hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel but did not feel like it, other then having a fridge in the room there was no basic amenities like a kettle to have teas or coffees and no iron or ironing board. I would expect those at least for the price paid for the hotel. The breakfast was quite poor also very limited options. The reason why I’ve ranked this hotel high is the cleanliness and staff service but if they modernised and added more amenities this place would be amazing

Wonderful resort with great location on the beach, and good service from the staff, thankfully they speak English well. Short walk (15-20 min) to Taghazout village.

Professional, polite and very caring and willing to help. Need a taxi to get to the main promenade, or it’s about 45-60mins walk along the beach. Exceptionally clean! Great buffet breakfast Lots of seating, private and open Heated outdoor pool, but not warm enough Welcome and checkout was easy Housekeeping staff are AMAZING

It was my first time in this hotel room was amazing food was amazing waiting time was long because I came from other hotel at 12.30pm room was not ready so I was tired waiting till 3.00pm I order chicken tajeen was nice and burger meal was very nice food room was amazing but I don't recommend the view as the sea is not clearly visible like atlas amadil hotel has only thing was nice everything was brand new in the room that was standing out

這次入住真的讓我心裏畫了一個很大的問號。 説不上差到不能住，但也絕對談不上一次舒服的度假體驗。 環境本身是不錯的，風景挺好，看得到很多奇奇怪怪但很有特色的非洲樹木。海灘上的工作人員也都比較友好，和他們相處是輕鬆的，衹是他們也一再強調自己並不屬於酒店。 酒店本身的服務衹能説一般，態度不算差，但也完全沒有讓人覺得被好好對待或者被照顧到。 最讓人失望的是吃的。 真的很難吃。 不管是哪家餐廳，菜看起來都很好看，但吃到嘴裏的味道完全跟外表不成正比，有些甚至讓人懷疑是不是調味出了問題。更無語的是，有幾家餐廳預約非常難，每天衹接待很少的客人，我們住了五天都沒約上想去的餐廳，最後乾脆放棄。 最離譜的一次是，好不容易約到了一家牛排館，結果到了之後被告知因為我們“換過房間”，所以不能進餐廳，這個理由真的讓人震驚，也很難理解。 唯一讓我在吃這件事上有好感的，居然是餐廳裏切好的橙子，那是真的好吃。 總體來説，價格確實不算貴，但體驗也就停留在這個價位。有優點，也有不少讓人困惑甚至無語的地方。如果對餐飲和服務有期待，可能會失望；如果衹是圖便宜、看看風景，那還能接受。
