我強烈建議預訂高樓層的房間或套房,因爲從這樣一個有利位置,ulsoor湖得到了充分的公正。景色和設施真的很漂亮。自助早餐是廣闊和美味,然而室內設計提供了一個舒適,舒適但別緻的氛圍,讓你安心,與通常的過度刺激和喧鬧的大多數自助早餐服務的氛圍相反。我在檢查時的一個消極時刻,因爲我試圖聯繫酒店的前台兩天,要求提前入住,我甚至嘗試了他們很酷的iPhone消息功能,但我的所有信息都沒有得到答覆。當我的一個朋友終於能夠到達前台時,他們告訴她這樣的要求是主觀的,以客人或房間的類型。這當然不是最好的措辭。我很驚訝,當我終於到達時,通過我的住宿,前台總是由至少4名樂於助人的服務員來管理,所以我有點失望,知道我的電話和信息沒有被注意到。也許有一個婚禮需要所有的人在甲板上,因爲這是季節。無論如何,我會推薦康拉德酒店給任何人前往班加羅爾,家庭和商人。

From the moment I arrived, the hotel's lush, award-winning gardens, with their towering raintrees, offered a refreshing escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The room was a sanctuary of comfort and elegance, featuring modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, an iPad for in-room customization, and Ayurvedic toiletries that added a touch of luxury to my stay.
One of the standout features was the impeccable service. The personal butlers were attentive yet unobtrusive, ensuring that every need was met with grace and efficiency. The dining options were equally impressive, with a diverse range of cuisines that catered to every palate. Whether it was the sumptuous Indian dishes or the delectable Italian fare, every meal was a culinary delight.

投宿後10天后,存款也沒有退款。
這是一家五星級酒店,但這是一次非常不愉快的經歷。

算是很完整的設備以及餐飲，但是唯獨在中餐以及日料還有泰國料理，甚至歐式餐點上我覺得可以在增加，那絕對是一個適合中國人來入住的高級五星級酒店

酒店本身可以做一個坡道,我的意思是大堂區有點暗,只是增加幾個燈會有很大的區別。房間本身有點小,但它可以管理,浴室/淋浴是一個很好的觸摸。游泳池的一面是可愛的整體,它還可以,但是當其他人關閉房間門時,它的聲音很大,所以如果你想在好運中睡覺的話。

這是我們在印度住過的最好的酒店。它很新也很乾淨。所有員工都非常專業、樂於助人且友善。酒店周圍有很多不錯的餐廳和休閒場所。

訪訪客用戶我們在這家度假村度過了愉快的時光。最好的是有車到達這裏。酒店很漂亮,綠化很多。早餐很棒,有很多當地美食可以嘗試。服務無可挑剔,標準很高。房間很大,足夠我們3個人,包括我們十幾歲的孩子。每個人都很善良,很好。自然專家Harish給我們做了關於kodava人(當地人)和大象的精彩演講。他知識淵博,我們在火上做了這件事,很可愛。晚上涼爽的天氣,游泳池應該更暖和,特別是如果可以控制溫度。入住的工作人員很好,但他們試圖在我們不需要的時候出售升級的房間。我們在全球無數的Mariott酒店住宿,這是第一次有人試圖賣給我們升級的房間,我認爲我們在我們的預訂房間舒適,這是錯誤的。如果你想升級,你應該免費提供,否則不要試圖以虛假的藉口看到一些東西,因爲他們說我們可能不舒服,因爲我們現有的預訂。牀單也需要更好地清潔,因爲有很多污漬。清潔度有待提高。除了這次住宿外,住宿非常棒,我們度過了愉快的時光。感謝所有工作人員,從入住到馬車司機,到代客司機,再到早餐工作人員。客房服務在我們的房間裏也有特別的歡迎招待和歡迎設計。所以餐廳工作人員提供了告別蛋糕。

匿匿名用戶酒店在咖啡、胡椒種植園，環境非常安靜優美，圍繞中心湖建立了一些的別墅樓。酒店有3個餐廳，2個是露天的，四面通風，晚上有點涼。晚餐20:00開始。每天17:30種植園有免費導園參觀，學習了很多。衹可惜16:00以後有蚊子比較多，而17:30的遊園讓蚊子有了一頓美餐，如果遊園早上或者下午早一點就可以避免蚊子的問題了。房間硬件還可以，但是浴室、廁所設計非常不合理，進入廁所必須通過淋浴室，洗澡後，廁所地上都是漏進的水，非常滑，如果將淋浴室與廁所的門並排分開，就會解決問題。衞生還可以，枕頭太空棉比較廉價，與酒店價格檔次不符。

The service and cleanliness standards are impressive, and the heritage-style architecture adds a unique character to the hotel. However, the bedrooms are not very spacious and lack natural light, which might be a downside for some guests.
The breakfast area is bright and inviting, offering a diverse selection of continental, Indian, and Asian options, all of good quality. On the other hand, the gym is quite small, and using it can be a bit uncomfortable due to limited space when shared with other guests.
I also had the chance to try The Royal Afghan, one of the hotel's restaurants, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was rich and flavorful—authentic North Indian cuisine with high-quality ingredients. While the dishes were on the heavier side, the taste and quality made it absolutely worth it.
Overall, ITC Windsor stands out for its hospitality, comfort, and convenient airport access, complemented by a delightful dining experience at The Royal Afghan.

訪訪客用戶Good location near metro. Quiet rooms with good air-conditioning. Staff in the restaurant including the chef was always eager to help and the buffet breakfast as well as dinner were with plenty of varietis and were tasty.

訪訪客用戶At such a price point, we expected more from Taj. The TV didn't work even after reporting twice and the staff checking twice. Eventually all of us gave up. The AC was wonky and the bed creaked at every turn. Truly disappointed. Redeeming factor has to be the front desk staff. However, it's also disappointing that there is no schedule for the shuttle that runs from the front of the hotel to the airport. Only stay here if you're desperate.

訪訪客用戶We recently stayed at Taj Madikeri, Coorg, and had a wonderful experience. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The ambience is stunning, nestled in lush greenery with peaceful views. The Buddha Garden is especially calming, and we also enjoyed kayaking, which was a great experience. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean.
The Fern Tree offered excellent food; everything was fresh and flavourful, with the cottage cheese steak and chocolate marquise being standouts.
Overall, our stay at Taj Madikeri was truly memorable. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality in Coorg.
