印尼東爪哇省的5 星級飯店

I stayed here for 3 nights, and this is my honest review. The hotel has recently reopened after a complete renovation and rebranding. The staff were excellent. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Check-in took about five minutes because the staff member assisting me seemed new and was carefully following the procedures. I didn’t mind at all, and I was served a delicious welcome drink while waiting. After check-in, a staff member escorted me to my room. Pros: 1. The rooms have been fully renovated and feel modern. 2. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, even at 26°C. 3. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Everything I tried was delicious, especially the Indonesian dishes. What impressed me the most was that, even though the hotel was still very quiet and there were only a handful of guests during my stay, they still offered a full breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. Many hotels would simply serve a limited set menu or deliver breakfast to the room when occupancy is this low, but this hotel maintained a complete buffet from end to end. I really have to give them credit for that. 4. The location is convenient, with Superindo and Indomaret within a 3-minute walk and Pakuwon Mall only about a 9-minute drive away. 5. The lobby is spacious and looks luxurious. Cons: 1. The TV was by far my biggest disappointment. I stayed in a Deluxe Room, and the TV appeared to be left over from the previous hotel rather than replaced during the renovation. It was very small, around 32 inches, and wasn’t a Smart TV, which feels completely out of place for a hotel that claims to be five-star. The selection of TV channels was also very limited, and the picture quality was poor with noticeable static, making it quite unpleasant during my 3-night stay. The Executive Rooms have larger TVs, but based on the information I received, they are not Smart TVs either because I was told that only the Suite Rooms will have Smart TVs, and those rooms will only become available after the hotel’s grand opening. You can even notice that the hotel doesn’t include any photos of the TV in the Deluxe Room images on its booking page, which almost makes it seem like they’re avoiding showing it. Nowadays, it’s hard to imagine a genuine five-star hotel still using a 32-inch non-Smart TV in its standard guest rooms. 2. Soundproofing isn’t great. I could hear noise from the next room and the nearby mosque. 3. The Wi-Fi was very slow, and mobile signal inside the hotel was also weak. 4. The shower area had no shelf or storage space for personal toiletries, and the floor was extremely slippery. I almost slipped several times while showering. This is something the hotel should address, as it could become a safety hazard. 5. The power outlet next to the bed was already occupied by the bedside lamp, so I had to unplug it every time I wanted to charge my phone. 6. Although there were plenty of power outlets in the room, about half of them didn’t work, which was frustrating. 7. I wasn’t a fan of the pillow and bed linens. While the bed itself was comfortable, the bedsheets felt rough rather than soft. I even noticed that the underside of my arms became itchy whenever they rubbed against the fabric. 8. The hotel was very quiet during my stay. It seems many people still don’t know it has reopened, and I haven’t seen much promotion or any soft opening offers on its website and Instagram account. Overall: I enjoyed my stay thanks to the friendly staff, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, and convenient location. However, the TV and Wi-Fi were major drawbacks, and there are still several details that don’t quite meet the standard of a true five-star hotel. At the moment, I would personally rate this hotel as 4.5 stars rather than a full 5-star property. It has great potential, and with improvements to the TVs, internet, room details, and overall quality control, I believe it could truly live up to its five-star positioning.

這是我第一次帶寶寶開車遊，我們選瑪瑯美爵酒店是因為它口碑極佳，評價也很好。很高興這次體驗完全符合預期。 我們入住的房間乾淨整潔，還能欣賞到壯麗的山景。剛到的時候，我們被安排到的房間還在打掃中，但酒店工作人員很快發現了錯誤並立即進行了更換。我們還要求提供嬰兒床，酒店也很快就送來了，沒有任何問題。 浴室裡備有完整的盥洗用品，衣架也很多。淋浴水壓強勁，非常舒適。 入住期間，我使用了飯店的健身房和游泳池。健身房設施齊全，配備了深蹲架、全套啞鈴、拉力器和兩張臥推凳。游泳池水溫適宜，讓人感覺非常舒適。 我們的房費包含早餐，早餐種類豐富。整個入住期間，飯店服務人員都非常熱情周到。我覺得咖啡吧的咖啡師需要更多訓練來提升卡布奇諾的製作水平，不過目前來說也還可以接受。 以後我一定還會入住這家飯店。我還附上了一些照片，希望能幫助其他正在考慮預訂這家旅館的朋友。再次感謝瑪瑯美居酒店團隊提供的優質服務！

第二次入住。設施稍微舊一些，服務一如既往的優秀。門口安保嚴格，每一個服務人員都和你熱情的打招呼。房間每日清理。早餐很贊。周邊有一個高檔購物中心，裏面有中餐館，有一個美食街。購物，吃飯都很方便。

Hotel terbaik yang ada di Batu. Fasilitas lengkap banyak aktivitas untuk anak Ada jacuzi yg super nyaman Ada mini golf, berkuda, flying fox, bersepeda, dan banyak lagi. Lokasi juga strategis tidak terlalu di puncak yg tinggi Dekat dengan tempat wisata dan ada free shuttle menuju tempat wisata. Highly recommended

第二年住這個二房套房了，住了一礼拜，和去年不一样的是客廳小了很多，但是有廚房和洗衣干衣机，媽媽特別滿意👍印尼天氣热，每天回酒店还可以把衣服洗乾淨！這房間还包括一整天的lounge access, 下午可以去喝点咖啡果汁，特別喜歡他們的鮮榨果汁和薑茶！不想出去晚飯的也可以去吃点沙拉小吃，对付一頓完全足夠！非常推薦這個房型，有親戚朋友都可以上來坐坐！早餐也很豐富，環境很舒服！除了酒店有點舊以外，其他一切都很好！明年還會陪我媽過來探親還會住在這裡！

Very nice hotel with full amenities, clean and comfortable apartment style rooms. And another thing is that hope that hotel can provide salt and pepper inside the kitchen for some additional condiments. Other than that, everythings perfect.

必須吐槽一下衞生。這家店，兩張床有4個枕頭，其中有一個上面居然有尿跡！一股尿騷味。去前台，讓更換一個，卻一直沒送過來，我直接把它扔地上，沒用了！還有酒店的水質很差，我帶的過濾水龍頭。最後濾芯是一層黑的，幸虧用了過濾的水龍頭！ 看見我帶着小朋友兩晚的，也沒有額外給一些拖鞋牙刷之類的物品，其他店都會主動給。 還有，我們的房間在7樓。剛好是週日。早上4點5點的時候就開始禮拜，非常吵，吵得完全睡不着。去前台讓換一間房也沒有。安排到合適的房間，説都滿了，沒有辦法。最後硬撐了兩個晚上😓 酒店的自助餐倒是挺不錯的。也有一些本地特色的小吃，嚐了一下。還有游泳池是。無邊泳池，景色不錯。但遊的都是本地的小朋友。我們大人就沒有下水了。還有健身房也很完善。 附近去泗水最大的Shopping mall很方便，很近。樓下也是步行街。入夜之後挺多吃的，還有咖啡廳，酒吧之類的。挺好逛的 總的來説勉強可以，但有些底線還是得堅守一下，枕頭上有尿跡，這個就實在説不過去了，肯定是連枕套都沒有換！希望酒店能有改善
