Excellent hotel, even worth a detour to stay. Beautiful location. 5 stars service. Buffet breakfast and dinner exceeded expectation. Beds are comfortable and clean. Changing the curtain gives this hotel 10/10.

This room has two windows, one is in the bedroom and this one is on your picture, Second window is In living room and has a direct sea view, no wall view. - This is not a sea view. This is a view with a little bit of water in it. I ask you to visit rooms with true sea views and you will notice the difference. The people viewing reviews online can judge for themselves. 2. We are suprised by your claim about constant noise during the night because of cleaning activites and general foot traffic in the reception area. First because you didn't mentioned it during your stay and during check-out, and second reason is because we never clean during the night and only one receptionist is in the reception area in this time and there is no possibility of any traffic on the reception. - There are c. Four rooms next to reception. The halls echo. To us it sounded like cleaning. If it was not cleaning, then I advise your staff to be more quiet at night. 3. Puteus Palace is situated near the main church and as Croatia is catholic country so the local habit is that church bell are ringing every hour from 6 am – 11 pm to present time of the day and on Sudays they ring longer to celebrate mass. As you came on Sunday evening to the reception and claimed about bell ringing it was explained it to you that on Sunday the bells ring a bit longer during the day. - it was explained after check out. I advise you inform guests prior to check in. 4. Our receptionist offered you twice assistance with the luggage wich you refused as well. - I would not have provided this feedback if it was not true. It appears that you are calling me a liar which I take great offence to. No assistance was offered. I am appalled that this is your reply. I would have been fine to carry my luggage but you let my girlfriend carry her luggage alone without assistance. I do not expect any compensation for what was a hugely disappointing stay. Your email has magnified what are glaring inadequacies in your offering. Thank you for taking the time to reply but I find your reply totally inadequate and inaccurate.

入住辦理並不開心，攜程和酒店兩邊都有待改進。攜程這邊，能不能把海景房改成側海景房啊，我訂的海景房，看出去是馬路和樹木，站在陽台角落伸出頭去能看到一個角落的海景。我原本以為攜程顯示的海景房是低區海景，至尊海景是高區海景，結果不是。建議攜程把“海景房”改為“側海景”，“至尊海景”才能稱為“海景房”。第二，這是掛在攜程上邊的第三方公司提供服務，訂了有沙發的大床房，酒店説我訂的是家庭房，房間面積不變，把沙發放平鋪成床，我兩個人入住，不需要那麼多床。然後跑去前台吐槽，明説我要加錢升級海景房。酒店前台一個戴眼鏡的小個子女人很虛偽，明明有空房間，卻反覆強調房間滿了，加錢也不行，就是不想給我換房。我打開攜程APP，質問她要不要我現在就下單訂一個海景房？如果你解決不了，請讓你們經理出來，這個戴眼鏡的小個子女人這才重新操作，最後加了200多人民幣給我換到海景房，過程比較不爽。後面問她幾個附近旅行問題，一概不予回答，面帶微笑給我推薦門口擺攤的檔口，讓我去哪裡諮詢。前台這小個子眼鏡女不像是熱情的克羅地亞人，像捷克人或波蘭人。還特別強調房卡不能丟，丟了要賠10歐。門僮兼車庫引位與代泊，服務周到，要點贊。其他諸如餐廳之類的服務人員都還蠻熱情的，就是這個前台讓人不爽。這家酒店更多地主打親子路線，有多個游泳池。我訂的是含早晚餐的，晚餐也是自助餐，飲料需另點，晚餐品種還是蠻多的。網紅拍出來的圖片唯美，調高了我的期望值，現場實景不算差，但也談不上驚艷。

很棒的酒店,設施很棒,工作人員友好禮貌,我們的房間有一個非常好的碼頭景色。我們住在這裏慶祝我男朋友的生日,他們給了他免費的生日蛋糕。

Hvar島上最高級的酒店，房間大小適中，海景房正對港口，可以看着船隻來來去去。酒店旁邊非常多餐廳，但晚上依然非常安靜 出酒店大門右轉，就有好幾間網紅餐廳，也有能通往山頂城堡的小路，酒店旁邊走路3分鐘就有小超商，生活機能方便 船靠岸，酒店都會安排接駁車協助搬運行李，一下船尋找拿着酒店牌子的酒店人員就對了

Great location, good equipments, very nice view from the restaurant and pool, good service, good breakfast, staff is nice. The hotel is a bit overpriced for the size, comfort and view of the room. Drinks and meals are also expensive. Prices are unreasonably high all around the city actually.

離老城區權利的遊戲取景點不遠，走路就能到，比較方便。房間乾淨衞生，還送了水。唯一需要注意的是，記得聽清楚房間號，否則衹看寫在卡上的，容易認錯，可能是不熟悉歐洲人寫數字的方式，把4認成了，7和9，進不去房間，回到前台詢問才找對房間號，笑死。

是克羅地亞之行最喜歡的酒店 havr本來人也不多。這個度假村又遠離主城區，非常非常安靜。是真的是個獨家休閑的。有全世界最頂級的跑步機的健身房，平時很難體驗到純木製機械的跑步機的感受。 酒店的spa也很不錯，也是他們特色，有聲音療法，馬殺雞的手法有很多是專業的康復理療的，雖然是女生按，但酸爽程度真的嗷嗷叫。 酒店早餐也不錯，可以自己點，也有自助。 酒店侘寂風格，設計很前衞，米色窗簾打底，條紋窗紗做為主要呈現。真的超越國內的室內設計幾個level了。
