It is really a good hotel located in front of the beach, beautiful view, friendly staff, modern and cozy decoration, clean and spacious room! The breakfast was fantastic with many voices of breads , hams and cheese! Only two little things need to be improved : 1) the coffee machines in the breakfast restaurant, there was a button for cappuccino, but it came out the chocolate milk not coffee. I believed something wrongly set to the machines! 2) the english standard of the staff, we found only the reception staff could speak english very well, but when we dialed the extension to the bar and room services, we needed to wait someone who could understand and translated to the related dept.! Other than that, everything was perfect! Highly recommend to my friends and sure we will come back again next time!

Perfectly located in the middle of the old city, just in front to the Alameda Praza de Compostela, with modern, fair sized and well equipped rooms with jacuzzi, safebox, minibar, bathrobes, sandals, etc. Every member of the staff has been kind and helpful, therefore our two-nights stay was really pleasant. Certainly we will return to the Nagari in any future trip to Vigo.

Amazing property, very impressive grounds and structure. The fine dining restaurant and front desk staff was great. In addition the room was good, but they did not give us a queen or king bed. Not sure why? But the reason for my lower score, was the AWFUL service and attitude by the breakfast staff!! They were RUDE, UNFRIENDLY and AWFUL!!! Also for this type of accommodation they should have fresh orange juice and NOT from concentrate !! This morning the gentleman and the lady that served us this morning had this attitude that it was a favor to have us for breakfast and they scolded several guests that were being served, in addition yesterday the guy was in a terrible mood and even broke several plates due to his attitude. That experience gave us a very bad impression of the hotel, shame because the other staff was very pleasant..

Clásico hotel de los años 80/90 algo desfasado pero manteniendo un glamour que le hace atractivo. No tiene rampas para subir las maletas y resulta francamente incómodo porque tiene muchos escalone como se aprecia en una de las fotos. y pese a ser un 5 estrellas no tienen a nadie en la puerta para ayudar. Habitaciones amplísimas como ya no se ven. Wifi potente. Desayuno algo caro para lo que ofrecen (18€) y parking público en el mismo edificio. Precios razonables aunque lógicamente en función a la demanda y temporalidad.

The rooms in the older part area a bit on the dark side, those located in the modern building are beautiful and bright! The breakfast is superb but a bit expensive though. Very nice spa and little pool outside . Great possibilities to park your car outside and in their spacious underground parking. Their Italian restaurant on the floor below is not to be recommended .. anyway, a very nice experience in Paso l'os Escudos !

I had a very pleasant stay. At the reception Ida welcomed me in perfect Dutch. Better than mine!!! She helped me very kindly with all the things I forgot to bring along. Later she double checked if everything was ok. The gym next door is brilliant. It has a salted, hot water, outside, 50 meter pool open all year around. The gym is part of the Metropolitan chain, presumably the best around in Spain.

正如其他人所說,這家酒店缺少5星級的豪華房產。接待人員不是特別友好,沒有提供關於設施的信息。被歸類爲高級的房間是他們的基本房間。臥室面積挺小的,浴室也不錯,但是沒有洗澡的時候很失望。我們不得不要求穿長袍和拖鞋,清楚地顯示在他們網站的照片上。二樓走廊沿線確實有一股奇怪的氣味。我們下去使用了水療中心,發現桑拿房和蒸汽房沒有打開,只好等他們熱起來。早餐很好,種類繁多可供選擇,但門口沒有人迎接你。我們點了新鮮的煎餅,但是當供應給我們時,它們很冷。

I mostly enjoyed my two nights at this hotel. The staff was professional, the room was clean, and breakfast was a beautiful spread. The only thing I wish my ground floor room had was a little more privacy. I wanted to read in my room during one afternoon but the curtains made it too dark and the only other option was the black-out curtains. I wish there had been a sheer curtain option because when I left the doors with no curtain, the gardeners walked by and could see into my room. Not relaxing at all. I did like that the hotel was close enough to walk to the cathedral and the city center but was far enough away to not hear a lot of noise.
