西班牙加泰羅尼亞的5 星級飯店

A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured. Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel. As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you. Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.

酒店整體衞生情況比較乾淨，前台有一位中文工作人員，很熱情，介紹了周邊美食，還幫忙訂了酒店的米其林餐廳，Caelis，就在酒店大堂樓上，從2018年開始連續8年的米其林餐廳，整體不錯，晚餐人均170歐，吃了三個半小時，有時間的話可以體驗一下。酒店位置不錯，距離車站很近，有A1、A2 bus直達去機場，趕早班機推薦住這裏。

首先讓我驚喜的是這個酒店對中國遊客非常友好，房間桌上竟然有慶祝中國新年的賀卡和水果。前台小姐姐也祝我們新年快樂～一進酒店幸福感就撲面而來捏。 酒店大堂整個設計的也非常時尚有設計感，也非常大氣，新潮。 房間內部有很多設計的小巧思我非常喜歡，拖鞋的紋綉非常用心，包括浴袍也是，上面很多刺綉的蝴蝶。酒店還在房間設有專門的化粧吹頭髮區域，這個我真的非常的喜歡，而且鏡子是不規則設計，非常漂亮。礦泉水瓶也設計的非常漂亮。到處都充滿幸福感的酒店。 酒店環境是完全符合五星級酒店標準的，但是有一些小細節可以再改進一下，比如淋浴頭的水有點炸開沒有維修，水流也比較小，洗澡洗的比較難受。還有就是對於客人的一些要求，酒店沒有應對解決措施。比如我想加熱一下外面帶回來的食物，酒店沒有辦法。我覺得如果是五星的標準，應當考慮並妥善解決顧客的需求。

Impresionante! El mejor Hotel de la zona sin ninguna duda. Infinidad de posibilidades para comer. Diferentes estilos de comida tanto dentro del Hotel como justo delante y de mucha calidad. El Hotel tiene cinco piscinas, con servicios de bebida, cama balinesa, animación, etc. Por la noche poder tomar un cocktail con la música en directo es una gozada (y si no te apetece, desde la habitación no se escucha prácticamente nada). Volveremos sin ninguna duda.

W酒店在巴塞隆拿海灘佔據最優位置。建議訂房的時候選擇高層房間。早上看日出非常好。酒店入住之後建議先去沙灘。酒店在負一層出去之後有自己的一小片沙灘，客人都是免費使用躺椅和浴巾。酒店0層的户外泳池超棒。大批歐美遊客在這享受日光浴。建議早上早點吃早飯，泳池兩側的躺椅數量不多。週日晚上酒店會有泳池派對，入住客人憑房卡是免費的，外來人員是要排隊收費的，泳池派對氣氛非常好

第二次入住豐碑酒店，位置真的很好，去哪裡都很方便，購物也都在附近，我們三個人訂了套房，住起來非常合適，迷你吧的飲料也很豐富，無酒精的都免費，酒店的工作人員也非常熱情，生日當天還送了蛋糕和祝福～ 酒店的早餐基本可以管大半天的胃，大部分是點單的，如果英文不好可以選擇中文菜單，好吃得非常多。 唯一不足的一點就是酒店的隔音真的不好，我們的房間在1樓，特別是到了晚上電梯上升轟隆隆的聲音有些影響睡眠，但是整體來説還是一次不錯的旅行體驗。

酒店位置很好，步行可以到達米拉之家和巴特羅之家，去感恩大道購物也很近。 酒店服務人員態度很好，熱情周到。房間雖然不大，但是很舒適。唯一的不足是我個人覺得枕頭太軟了。另外洗手池水龍頭距離有點近，稍微開大一點水很容易濺出來。 早餐是點單式，味道也很不錯。

按照性價比這種房間在中國衹能是四星級酒店，硬件設施無論如何不能和中國同價格的的酒店相提並論，但是酒店的服務絕對是五星以上的，尤其是客房的服務值得點贊，每天兩次打理房間，瓶裝水不停的送到房間，總之一句話除了價格稍微有點貴以為，其他方面比歐美的同樣價格的酒店要好多了，歐美的酒店住的太多了，同樣的價格難得有和這家酒店相比的。

設施看起來太舊了,不適合5星級酒店。甚至咖啡機也太髒了,所以我不得不洗很多次b4我用過。污漬很難脫落..位置明智,它離主要區域有點距離。還不錯。工作人員很好,但下次如果去巴塞羅那,我會住在靠近pl.catalunya機場巴士站的酒店,一路提行李到汽車站很累🫠

入住了酒店頂樓的套房，房間不大，但竟然有兩個小露台！一個用來享受熱水浴，另一個適合曬太陽。工作人員態度非常友好，不過沒有體驗酒店早餐。
