西班牙加泰羅尼亞的5 星級飯店

大廳有個張着一張馬臉的女經理態度不咋地呢。 房間還是很滿意的，浴室很棒，床鋪也算乾淨。 交通方便，可以打車可以地鐵，走到地鐵站差不多6-7分鐘。 還好還選早飯，我們自己外出覓食看到餐廳大排長龍😅 按金大概兩週內會退還。

A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured. Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel. As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you. Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.

【認真生活，好好點評】 研究了很久訂的酒店，位置很方便，就在沙灘邊上，離着地鐵站也不遠，走路大概5分鐘 酒店對面有一個餐飲綜合體，裏面選擇還挺多的，海鮮餐廳，西班牙local餐廳等等，選擇還挺多的，人均有點高 我們訂的是豪華大床房，有個大沙發被我改成了小朋友的小床，不過聖誕節期間溢價真得太誇張了，要4000一晚 酒店有組織小朋友的活動，還有班車到加泰羅尼亞廣場，還是很方便的，整體好評

地理位置絕佳，就在港口邊，可以觀賞船隻，四周環水。房間寬敞，床很舒服。服務一流。

本來對火車站門口的酒店是沒有沒有報任何希望的～完全衝著最後一早去趕火車站方便～但是很不錯呢～門口的保安大叔給人滿滿的安全感～可能是位置關係，大堂的工作人員壯漢偏多～拉行李一個比一個迅速～房間比較寬敞～歡迎點心是旺旺仙貝…據説是日本人的酒店…日本人也喜歡旺旺麼～早餐全是自助，但是品種跟質量都還可以，房間位置較高，景觀也不錯，露台跟早餐廳都可以遠眺在建的聖家堂～

Sin palabras ,se puede mejorar pero estoy muy contento con todo! Es la 5 ves que voy ,cada vez me asignaron habitaciones diferentes y sin comentarios !! De seguro repetiré 🥳🥳

説實話這酒店性價比不是特別高，感覺偏貴了。地理位置還不錯，附近環境也比較安全。我們住的時候，有很多國航的空姐和機長也住這裏。前台服務態度還可以但也説不上特別好。房間有點小，整個酒店跟國內的洲際肯定沒法比。早餐的話加分，很豐盛了。

這是很值得下榻的飯店，8天7夜裡深深感受到文華東方員工們親切熱忱的服務，房間布置整潔順暢，飯店早餐很棒，初嚐伊比利火腿，佐以鮮嫩的青菜，美味無窮（這是我們夫妻倆的吃法），此外點餐部分的許多亞洲餐做的也頗地道。在次特別謝謝Ana的水果盤以及兩盒精美的巧克力伴手禮，也谢谢room service送我们一朶漂亮的纸摺花。

設施：淋浴間不知道是哪個天才設計的，進門發現木地板翹起來了，洗了果然水漫金山。全部溢出來了。如果附近放了行李箱就糟糕了。另外評論説酒店提供了拖鞋和一次性牙刷。2026年2月入住衹有拖鞋，我們前往前台詢問，説沒有提供牙刷。但在我們居住的第三天又給我們放了一次性牙刷，所以我也不太明白到底有沒有一次性牙刷提供了。 不過酒店很特別的是每天有兩瓶免費的礦泉水，在歐洲酒店非常難得。 環境：酒店離巴特羅之家，米拉之家很近，步行可到。去聖家堂也不遠。酒店靠近地鐵，雖然方便，但是經常感受到震動，也有點不方便。 我們的房間沒有柱子，但是靠近街道，晚上在街道是可以看見房間內部的。 酒店打掃效率也有些不明，早上前往米拉之家前要clean，下午三點多回來還沒有clean。第二天又顯得正常。 但總體來説體驗還是不錯的，工作人員也比較熱情。附近也有停車庫。

打球入住這個酒店，立球會非常近，可以接送去球會，非常方便，唯一好像就是早餐比較單一…可能是從西班牙飛過來的原因，西班牙酒店的早餐都很豐富。公共空間裝修的很有格調。唯一不足的就是，我們入住的房間安排的是殘疾人房間，説是衹有這一間房了，衞生間和淋浴都是開放的。所以到處是水。但是換房間，又不給我們免費升級，額外加收60歐。作為攜程的黑鑽會員，希望得到相應的賠償。
