Definitely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in and the best hotel from Accor Hotels. I had accidentally booked the wrong dates for my stay. As soon as I realised it, I contacted the hotel. The staff helped me to change my reservation dates. While on my trip, due to the strikes in France and problems with the train connections I had to postpone my meeting online. I sent an email to request to check in early since I will be having my meeting at 1 p.m. Ms Wulff made the necessary arrangements prior to my arrival. On my arrival I was able to check in early and able to proceed with my online meeting. Without her help I would not be able to conduct my meeting. On the next day, I had another online meeting. Her colleague made the necessary arrangements so that the housekeeping team could get the room cleaned before lunch and my next online appointment. Till date I have stayed in a number of hotels from the Accor Hotels group. In comparison to M Gallery am Konzerthaus in Wien, Hotel Mondial am Dom in Cologne exceeds my expectations. Professionalism The staff at the reception were not only friendly and good at what they are doing, they are also willing to help and went an extra mile to make things possible. I would not have been able to get my work done if they did not help me. Even when checking out, the staff was professional and showed interest to assist customers whenever they dan. Splendid Location Situation a few minutes walk from the train station and the main city area, is this hotel definite one of the most strategic location in Cologne. View of the Cathedral I managed to get a glimpse of the cathedral from my room. Dinner I had dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was not only affordable, the service was impeccable. The waiter even suggested where I could sit so that I can get the best view of the area. Awesome! I would like to thank the remarkable staff for making my stay in Köln memorable und unforgettable. 玻璃頂，陽光非常好。酒店旁邊就是萊茵河和廣場，吃飯喝酒購物，散步逛街都非常方便，河對面就是展館，步行可到。科隆大教堂，步行街就在旁邊，非常不錯的選擇。

房間超乎預期的舒適，雖然歐洲酒店房間都不大。地理位置絕佳，去著名景點均可步行到達，而且對DB出行的人非常友好。推薦！

沒想到機場旁邊這家酒店竟然這麼好，又寬敞又明亮又舒適，大堂也非常敞亮。以前一直住的旁邊的喜來登，現在看來喜來登好差。。。

酒店位於區和中央車站的平靜街區,擁有自己的停車場(以付費),其入口和停車場很緊。我們到了下午;我們2個單獨的牀房的商業舒適已經準備好了。入住在小型的接待室裏進行快速有效的入住。房間裏有室,有室,有室,有窗戶可以打開。房間在街邊的第一層,很平靜,房間裏有咖啡,在接待處附近,大廳裏有充足的,可以提供早餐的自助餐。酒店5分鐘內通過車站走進市中心,有所有重要的景點,包括哥倫比亞大。周圍有足夠的餐廳;酒店沒有餐廳吃飯或晚餐。

Ich bin eine gebürtige Essenerin und kenne deshalb das Hotel schon ewig. Die Lage ist zentral, gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof und mitten in der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind je nach Kategorie geräumig. Ich finde es toll, das man die Fenster öffnen kann. Auch die Betten sind bequem. Frühstück gegen Aufpreis, dort gibt es allerdings Verbesserungspotential. Trotzdem 100% Empfehlung

We had 5 rooms during Orgatec Exhibition. Hotel was new, employees were kind, breakfast was good and in general it was a clean hotel. It is not in city center but really easy to reach Rudofplatz or Heumarkt with 2 Tram Lines and it takes only 5 stops. Also there were some restaurant and supermarkets around for our needs. Therefore we enjoyed our stay in hotel. Only thing which was negative, you need to inform reception each morning for cleaning rooms. Otherwise it was not cleaned. (we are not informed about this during check-in so we learned that after first day) Despite we informed that for each day, second day of our stay 2/5 rooms are not cleaned. Except this, it was all well clean

This was my first time back since my military days and having travelled through Germany in the 3 years I was here, I haven’t changed my opinion that Cologne is the best city to visit. This time I was here for the FIBO fair and stayed at the Mercure for the first time. As expected it was first class and the hospitality of its staff was impeccable. The hotel is out to the west which means a 20-30 minute tram ride into the main area around the cathedral and river but once you master the payment system you will enjoy the experience, with the trams being on time throughout. The only criticism is that being a fitness person and witnessing others like me staying at the hotel, the gym was poor consisting of only 3 cardio machines in a tiny room. A small set of dumbbells would be a welcome addition and would have justified a 5 star instead of the 4 I have given. Otherwise well done to all the staff for a highly enjoyable stay. Sehr geehrte Leserinnen und Leser, als unzufriedener Gast möchte ich gerne meine Erfahrung in diesem Hotel teilen. Zunächst muss ich sagen, dass die zentrale Lage des Hotels positiv ist. Auch die beeindruckende Eingangshalle aus rotem Marmor im orientalischen Stil hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Mein Zimmer im 5. Stock war angenehm groß und bot einen guten Ausblick auf die Stadt. Leider liegt das das Hotel an der Kreuzung zweier Hauptverkehrsstraßen. Dies bedeutet, dass der Verkehr rund um die Uhr sehr stark ist und insbesondere nachts, wenn die Poser-Szene hier ihre PS-starken Autos ausprobiert, I wurde dadurch nachts immer wieder geweckt. Auch die Austattung ist einfach und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Gardine fiel mir sofort beim Aufziehen entgegen, da die Halterung defekt war und sich nicht mehr befestigen ließ. Das extrem hellhörige Zimmer war auch ein großes Problem, da ich jedes Geräusch aus den angrenzenden Zimmern hören konnte. Das Frühstück war eine große Enttäuschung, da minderwertige Waren verwendet wurden, die billigsten auf dem Markt erhältlich sind. Alles in allem war dies das letzte Mal, dass ich in diesem Hotel übernachtet habe. Am zweiten Tag bin ich morgens liebe in eine Bäckerei gegangen. The Courtyard Marriott of Cologne was clean, beautiful and a great location. It was a short walk to the Central train Station and near all the sights of Cologne. I was only there for one night and did not get to experience the breakfast as we checked out before it was served, but they did provide me with a lunch box which included a ham and cheese sandwich, a banana and a water. There is coffee and boxed water 24 hours a day in the lobby. The beds were super comfortable and the temperature of the room was ideal, as we had control over the air conditioner, whereas other hotels we stayed in the same week, did not allow us control and we were very warm. The room we had was a nice size and the view was of the empty courtyard which was extrememly quiet and definitely highly desirable. Front staff upon checking in, was not friendly, however after check in everyone else we came in contact with was very friendly. I didn't get the ladies name at the front desk, but she definitely didn't give us a positive welcome. Glad her shift ended and everyone else we dealt with, and passed was extremely friendly and that is what the experience should be like.

離開荷蘭糟糕的希爾頓逸林酒店，到德國科隆住入萬豪，住入酒店時候接待人員熱情仔細的給我解釋了我的住宿費已經在平台付款包含早餐，7—11點在前台後面餐廳用餐，離店時候衹需要付款城市税就可以，刷卡按金50歐。這家酒店房間温度舒適有24℃左右，衞生乾淨房間設施該有的都有。非常推薦！下次還會繼續入住萬豪。

Our flight returned around 3.30 am in the morning and we live 2 hours away, so we booked this hotel so we could sleep a soon as we landed. The welcome was not very friendly: he asked the name for the booking and then stared a few minutes at the computer without saying anything (”welcome, how was your flight?”). I always wonder what they do if they stare at the computer screen and click here and there with the mouse. I would assume the system is so easy that if you type the name, the booking is showed and with one click you can generate the key...? Anyways, we recieved the key and he showed us the way to the elevator. We wanted to go to sleep as soon as possible, but when we stepped into the bed, we discoverd there was only a one person blanket on the bed! Although we booked a two person room. *sigh* So we went downstairs to get an extra blanket (and towel), but there wasn't even an apology... The room was ok, although the curtain was too small to cover the whole window (?!) There was free water to make tea and coffee and a safe. We slept ok after we got the extra blanket.

There was no air conditioning (AC) even though the hotel advertised as having it. Their excuses was that it was too cool at night to operate the AC for the hotel even though it was actually very warm outside. Translation: the entire hotel is either on heat or AC, they are too frugal to allow use of the advertised AC, or their system is outdated and does not actually work properly. Very hot and stuff room. The odd thing was is that the hotel lobby seemed to have AC. The hallways and room were uncomfortably hot. Upon checking in there was only a little bit of toilet paper was left on the roll. Fortunately there was an extra roll provided. Only a few sheets of Kleenex were in the box. Also, the hand soap dispenser was nearly empty. It seems not much care is given to the rooms between guests. On our last day the housekeeper knocks on the door early in the morning even tough the “do not disturb” sign was hung on the door. It was a basic room with furnishings that included a desk, a small round table, 2 small nightstands, a desk chair, and one sitting chair. There was no usable refrigerator, just a mini bar. The was only one suitcase rack situated in the closet. We had to use the sitting chair for our other suitcase. The beds were not too comfortable. Also the pillow case did not completely cover the pillow, so your head might rest upon the exposed portion of the pillow where the lasts hundreds of guest placed their heads. Bathroom was OK but a bit smelly. The shower had low water pressure. Some water will leak out under the shower door to the floor. Stepping over the high tub with a slippery shower floor is a bit precarious. Internet speed was 3.81 Mbps in both upload and download, with 8 ms latency. The location is near the chocolate museum and a good pizza and pasta restaurant is nearby. The cathedral is less than a mile away. At almost 400 euros a night, it was very expensive for a poor experience. Perhaps HN stands for “Not Happy.”

I stayed at this hotel for two days when visiting Düsseldorf with my family. The hotel is well located, at the end of Königsallee, the city’s main shopping street. A subway station is located just across the street. There are also a couple of restaurants across the street and two supermarkets behind the hotel. We stayed in a twin room on the top floor which was clean and reasonable in terms of size. The sink was broken but water didn’t leak. The breakfast buffet has few options for a 4-star hotel, there is hardly any fruit and milk alternatives are not available in the buffet, you need to order. Be very careful with charges to your credit cards. The hotel blocked 350 euros on my credit card upon arrival and this amount was not released when I paid for my stay. It’s been a month that I stayed at this hotel and they are still withholding the amount.

I had a very nice stay at the NH Dusseldorf City. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of food and beverages. The hotel is located withing a 15 minute walk from the train station with a subway station conveniently located very near by. My room was cleaned and well maintained. The wifi was quite good. I recommend the NH Dusseldorf City

Amazing experience from A to Z Arrived at Hotel with fantastic parking spaces and ability to charge the car. Receptionist upon check-in have been super accommodating and professional, she was helpful, smiley and very complimenting thank you Pauline!!! Room was immaculate, contained very sustainable material with amazing and spacious layout and fantastic view. Huge thanks to all housekeeping staff without exception. They prepared baby cot to our daughter with bathrobe, slippers and shampoo, conditional and lotion with some wonderful toys as well!! During the stay, they did a wonderful job day in day out with refreshing and preparing a very welcome room. Huge thanks to the F&B team at both bar and room service. They placed amazing fruits basket upon arrived with a lovely letter. Bar staff, they were smiley, professional and very accommodating, playing with our daughter and asking always if we needed help etc and making the best food and drinks with special shout-out to Eike for being amazing dusting our visits! Breakfast staff were very nice despite how busy the area is during that weekend and they have ensured to seat it somewhere quiet and prepare baby seat for our daughter, they were attentive with coffee, eggs and everything else, thank you for your hard work! Lobby, wonderful and luxury layout with amazing atmosphere, concierge / bellman Bashir or Rachid ( please excuse my spelling) was a very wonderful guy, he was chatty and funny even our daughter was running toward him, you are so kind! Lastly, we had to checkout after amazing stay to be helped by one in a million receptionist her name is Paula if am not mistaken on 28th May around 13:00! Location is fantastic, hotel is wonderful and everything else is spot on. Suitable for families, corporates and leisure!! Thank you to all the staff!!!!

Very nice hotel. Excellent service. Location was ideal, rooms were well designed and very comfortable l. The food during our stay was very good during the medical tourism conference. The chefs are to be commended. An added specific compliment here for the employee, Zoe. She is one of the restaurant managers. She worked both days of our trade show as her time was needed at our conference. She did an excellent job, was most helpful to me and other guests, was busy all the day, translated from English to German for some of the other staff in the kitchen and was smiling all the day asking how everyone was doing. She is a excellent employee and a representative in the hotel to seek for assistance. Her English is perfect. Excellent attitude and work ethic. Also, the check in by Mr. Koch was also very good. He helped me find a pharmacist quickly before it closed, printed the directions and showed me where to walk. There is a most helpful man working in the lobby. I spoke with him a long time. He is from Nigeria. I travel to Africa often for my work. This hotel has exceptional service, amenities and staff. Well done Zoe, Mr. Koch (cannot remember his first name) and my Nigerian friend in the lobby. The lobby of the hotel is quite attractive. Worth spending time there relaxing.

Ich bin eine gebürtige Essenerin und kenne deshalb das Hotel schon ewig. Die Lage ist zentral, gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof und mitten in der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind je nach Kategorie geräumig. Ich finde es toll, das man die Fenster öffnen kann. Auch die Betten sind bequem. Frühstück gegen Aufpreis, dort gibt es allerdings Verbesserungspotential. Trotzdem 100% Empfehlung

每次都是入住這個酒店，酒店的前台服務非常好，但是室內清潔令人不滿意，第一天沒有清掃，一周都沒有洗衣液。這個有待提升，酒店的位置好，早餐也不錯。希望下次來衛生會搞的好一些。

哇。這是埃森·斯皮爾公約的旅行。我們運氣好,預訂了一間房間,真是一家很棒的酒店。一切都是一流的。我們得到了二樓的房間,就在226號房間的電梯對面。那確實超級方便,因爲隔音,窗戶總是關着,我是個吸菸者,所以這讓我的戶外吸菸區之旅變得輕鬆。房間裏的一切都是應該的。有很多插座可以插上我們的電子產品,一張桌子可以把我們的會議用品放在上面,並制定第二天的計劃。淋浴時水壓很突出,所有的肥皂自然地放在分配器裏,每天裝滿。早上打掃房間時非常細緻,當我們偶然發現他們時,清潔人員很好,很細心。我們遇到的所有員工都超級好和友善,儘管我們總是用煩人和瑣碎的事情來困擾他們。酒吧和接待處的晚班確實盡力滿足我們煩人的要求。他們忍受我們,我感覺我們確實考驗了他們的耐心。儘管我們盡了最大的努力或者最糟糕的但無意中誠實讓他們生氣,他們甚至都沒有失去他們的微笑。幹得好,每個人!上面的櫻桃是酒店決定打開一個大房間,裏面裝滿了桌子和椅子,讓斯皮爾與會者在展覽日結束後過夜。真的很周到,這也是那些贏得人們喜愛的小細節之一。我期待着明年回到大會,我相信我會在這家酒店預訂一個房間,旁邊還有我的飛機和會議票。保持下去,GHOTEL!

I stayed here for a month whilst working in Essen. Receptionist friendly helpful and spoke excellent English. I was upgraded to an executive room, which was dated but clean and spacious and included a fridge. I was thankful for the air conditioning as the weather was hot at the time of my stay but would have preferred a sheet instead of the thick quilt. Breakfast was the standard offering but a rip off at €21 - you get a far better and cheaper breakfast at similar hotels. There’s a bar and an evening menu but this wasn’t always open however when it was the barman was great to have a chat with and get some local knowledge. There’s power sockets by the bedsides and WiFi was good. Location is good being just a 5 min walk to the underwhelming and disappointing city centre. It’s also only a 5 min walk to the metro which offers great value and for a fee of €9, gets you anywhere, although this was during a summer promotion. As a resident you get access to a gym across the road. The house keeping was at times quite poor with surfaces not wiped down. Overall a convenient place to stay but in need of modernisation which I think is a possibility in the future.
