飯店付費餐廳的食物比我在外面吃的多數餐廳還要好吃, 附贈的早餐相當美味, 飯店服務人員態度相當親切友好, 還有人會講中文, 缺點是房間我覺得太小, 接待大廳也很小, 但我是特價時訂房的, 可能因為颱風造成樂園無法正常營運而降價, 以台幣1900的價位來說, CP值算很高

這家酒店令人驚歎,房間,景色,食物和工作人員都是5星級。Trang太棒了,幫助我們提出了城市去哪裏的建議,我們非常高興。他們毫不猶豫地多次爲我們換錢。幫助我們組織了出租車,總的來說非常樂於助人和友好。早餐很可愛,食物種類繁多。淋浴可能是我們在越南的最好的熱水壓力很大,一塵不染。

The hotel is brand new and very clean. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The area is still under construction. This (at the moment) results in a less beautiful view/environment. But I am convinced that it will be beautiful within a year. The hotel location is quite far from the city center and shopping malls. A car or taxi is needed. Or you can get bicycles at the hotel. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Special note to Tracy, she has served us several times with very personalized service. Couldn't be better! The 3 restaurants in the hotel are highly recommended. We stayed 6 days in an apartment in this hotel.

We stayed here towards the end of our trip. It was a great place to switch off and relax on the balcony, read a book, go to the gym, go for a swim in the pool etc. There are lots of kids around given it's a family friendly place. The buffet breakfast was really yummy with lots of different options (I'm gluten intolerant and there was still plenty to choose from). We paid for the buffet dinner one night which was nice however, I was expecting there to be some drinks other than water and tea/coffee on offer, you could buy drinks through the bar for an additional cost. Grounds are kept really well and the boat to and from the mainland was cool too.

酒店很大很漂亮，位於市中心，裏面的裝飾非常漂亮. 我和朋友去下龍參觀，沒有睡在酒店，衹是來嘗試一下水療服務。不過，接待員Ms.Ha還是很貼心地接待了我們，並帶我們走向電梯。所有的員工都很可愛、周到、熱情。我對這項服務感到非常滿意。下次我們來下龍灣，我們一定會入住Muong Thanh Center酒店。66666666 我詢問了天空酒吧，但它還沒有工作，希望下次我回來時它能工作。 最精彩最值得入住的酒店。很好。

Property was more or less what I expected, a new and nice but not luxurious property- more like a good four star than five star category. Front desk staff was helpful and professional and gave us some small upgrade due to BW status. The views from the Bayview room are excellent, with a nice little balcony and a door that opens to enjoy the fresh air. Location was not that great and had to take Grab to restaurants but it's cheap and easy. Very close to seaside promenade which is nice for a walk or morning jog. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive and pretty good quality, with fresh pho station. As in other hotels in Vietnam, they tend to put meat in every dish so vegetarians need to beware but they do have options. Overall I found this to be an excellent value stay- a western quality hotel with local prices which is a winning combination.

We needed an inexpensive hotel for a one night stay before our Halong Bay cruise. I have no idea how my spouse found this place but it was a great find. Located in a local neighborhood but close to shops, a great French bakery and many great restaurants. The only hick up we had, the cc machine didn’t work and I had to get cash from a nearly ATM. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom also was big and the shower had plenty of hot water. The bed was so comfortable after sleeping a week on hard wooden beds in the country side. The breakfast was to write home about but it was filling and the coffee was good…. The Aircon was good and the WiFi was AMAZING.

5/5 hotel, truly deserving of the rating. Everything was perfect. Spotlessly clean. Service is impeccable. Staff is friendly, accomodating, always available. Room was incredible. Seemless and sleek room design. Quiet rooms. All facilities are brand new. Abundant greenery and great ambience.

Clean and comfortable hotel with amazing views. Very fancy. The hotel has everything including karaoke rooms which were amazing. Most of the staff were helpful especially at the reception counter but unfortunately a couple of rude ones in the dining/cooking area. So much breakfast to choose from. Quieter end of town do very peaceful. Do not get your laundry done…. completely over priced.

I recently had the pleasure of sailing through Ha Long Bay with Dora Cruise as Doria Cruise not able to complete it time, but the company helped to transferred and provide some discount and it was an unforgettable experience! The Dora cruise ship was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They transferred us to the Executive Suite, with its spacious luxury and stunning views of the emerald waters. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They beautifully decorating our suite with flowers for my birthday, making it feel like a real celebration. And if that wasn't enough, they even surprised me by also presented me with a delicious birthday cake during dinner, complete with candles and singing! It was such a lovely touch and made my birthday truly special. The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of options for all dietary needs. The itinerary was well-planned, with a good balance of activities (kayaking, swimming, visiting caves) and relaxation time. Ha Long Bay's breathtaking scenery left us in awe. Overall, I highly recommend Dora Cruise for an exceptional Ha Long Bay experience! Their attention to detail, kindness, and commitment to making every guest feel special are truly exceptional.

If you travel to Vietnam, taking a Cruise to Halong Bay should be in your TO DO list. It’ll make your trip remarkable and special. We chose 2 days / 1 night trip to this amazing place with Peony Cruises. It was All Inclusive with 4 times food (lunch, dinner, breakfast, brunch). The staff was very kind and attentive. They even changed some of the foods for dinner, bcoz we didn’t eat seafood. That was so sweet from their side. Indeed, the food was appetizing. We went kayaking, enjoyed one of the most beautiful sunsets and admired the stunning views. Then we visited Trung Trang Cave which was so astonishing.

Very nice service and the stuff is amazing specially cici the butler ❤️

預訂02間豪華套房，寬敞舒適，服務人員周到。但房間內的設施仍存在一些缺點：馬桶陳舊、發黃；沒有拉出式淋浴間；電視訊號很差，主要是中文。早餐區域狹窄（必須坐在一起），食物很少；罐裝果汁飲料，不純；...

不錯的酒店,大玻璃窗,全鎮全景,牀很舒服。工作人員非常友好,早餐很好,附近有很多不錯的餐廳,到邊境大門只需300m。強烈推薦這家酒店給旅客

該酒店位於市中心,交通便利。房間寬敞,乾淨。友好的工作人員,當客人要求時,換成角落房間。酒店旁邊是一家卡拉OK結合的酒吧,因此如果您在01-04 尾房間,則會有點吵。

服務品質相當好，設施新，書籍好。早餐有多種食物。食物又好又乾淨。吃飯的人數雖然多，但食物總是備齊，不缺。
