早餐一般。房間很小，不能加牀。適合帶孩子。酒店旁邊靠着兩個大的shoppingmall，可以逛街，還有家中餐館。有停車場。就是說好的19平，為什麼還是那麼小的房間。兩個行李箱都放不下。

距離班加羅爾坎佩高達國際機場僅5-6分鐘路程。由於我到得很早，所以我辦理了入住手續，只是托運行李。前台工作人員非常友好，並幫我準備了房間。我的房間在8樓，安靜明亮，設施齊全，讓我可以毫無壓力地休息。早餐不含，所以我在前台加了（可以在餐廳或前台支付，但不知何故前台的收費便宜了約10%）。我想喝薑茶，於是要了新鮮的薑，他們很樂意為我準備了。前台、餐廳和入口處的保全都面帶微笑，訓練有素，讓我度過了愉快的時光。飯店周圍環境有點擁擠，前面有火車經過。有一些小吃攤和小商店，但沒有餐廳。

早餐雖然豐富，但是蔬菜類及肉類非常少，大部分都是米飯、馬鈴薯，甜點區豐富。房間乾淨、明亮，飯店附近走約5分鐘左右有捷運站。

該物業位於外灘花園地鐵站附近。它有一個溫度控制游泳池,大小合適。蒸汽和桑拿也非常棒。健身房開放24/7,所有機器都很好。早餐很棒,廚師parana非常好。房間大小很好,有完整的觸摸控制開關和電視,包括Netflix和Prime在內的所有頻道。浴室也很乾淨寬敞。沒有後悔過。一定會再來的。

房間整體乾淨,但一些傢俱似乎越來越舊,房間裏的地毯上有很多污漬和難聞的氣味,非常不舒服。
令人印象深刻的觀點。
餐廳的食物還可以,但雞尾酒時間的食物在課堂上非常低。
與前台有很多賬單問題很不幸,因爲他們向我收取了額外的金額(在我指出後他們逆轉了),但這樣的不幸並不指望五星級酒店。
總的來說,我建議在城市有多種泰姬陵連鎖選擇,可以以相同的(甚至更低)價格提供更好的服務

SSS05Fariyas Resort in Lonavala is a gem of a getaway, combining scenic beauty, excellent amenities, and warm hospitality to create a memorable experience. Nestled in the picturesque hills of Lonavala, the resort's location is one of its standout features. Surrounded by lush greenery and serene views, Fariyas offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.
Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service.
The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The well-curated menu of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensured there was something for everyone. The bartender’s recommendations were spot-on, and the ambiance added to the charm of the evening.
A special mention must be made of the resort's Christmas décor, which was absolutely delightful. From twinkling lights to thoughtfully arranged festive displays, the entire property exuded holiday cheer. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable.
Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a solo getaway, this resort has something for everyone. JJainIsha我們晚上凌晨1點入住,之前我們和酒店的人談過話,我們第二天下午3點退房,因爲我們下午3點就要離開,當時工作人員說,好的,你下來,然後我們幫你解決。我們一到這裏,他們就完全否認他們幫不上忙,但我們還是明白他們的話--我們告訴他們--至少爲我們提供了一種空間,讓我們保持他們給我們的營養。有一次我們回到酒店,問接待人員,他能否提供我們1小時的房間,因爲我們想休息,我們準備支付他完全否認的相同費用,沒有,我們沒有房間,整個酒店都空着。至少酒店服務應該有基本的禮貌,讓客人最難忘的住宿,而不是破壞行程。
可悲的體驗。而且他們房間內基本沒有垃圾桶的臭氣,他們的衛生水龍頭壞了,他們甚至也不提供基本的洗漱用品。
幾分鐘後我們又去找他,問他1小時的收費是多少,他要求Rs.600,我們訂了850年的這家酒店,住了幾天!逗逗喜歡認真的人?

CConstantin Andreas WernerThe warm welcome at reception set a positive first impression, with staff making us feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas.
The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay.
The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience.
Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort.

匿匿名用戶金曜日、土曜日と2泊した。1階がクラブで、20時くらいから26時くらいまでかなり爆音で音楽が響いていた。クラブ好きにはおすすめ。
インド門や各観光名所には近いため良いが、寝不足では辛い。
部屋の窓は鍵がない。容易に侵入可能。
バスルームはシャワーの水圧はほどほど、窓は完全に閉まらないタイプ、網戸がなく虫が入りやすい。
トイレットペーパーはない。歯ブラシはない。ボディーソープ、シャンプーはある。コンディショナーはない。
朝食は種類が豊富ではないが、まずくはない。
朝食会場はかなりわかりにくいところにある。
朝食会場スタッフはぶっきらぼうだが、気が効いて親切。
朝、部屋の入り口には新聞が置かれていた。
ホテル廊下や階段は比較的清掃されている。
PC作業デスクはあるが、椅子が高い。

KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.
