Great stay. Bob, the agent at the desk, was excellent. Very personable. Conveniently located next to the station if arriving by train.

它靠近車站，提供洗髮精、護髮素和沐浴露。淋浴間和衛生間很多，隨時可用。浴室配有洗手液和吹風機，這點很棒。早上8點左右浴室會比較擁擠。他們提供浴巾，這點很好。這裡有可以存放大行李箱的置物櫃（需自備鑰匙），以及可以使用卡片鑰匙存放的置物櫃，所以不用擔心太多行李。不過，身材矮小的人爬到吊艙頂部比較困難。入口處有一隻可愛的貓咪。

房間非常乾淨，床也很乾凈，整個酒店是這次在歐洲旅行六個城市裡麪最好的一個酒店。位置好，就在中央火車站旁邊走路10分鐘之內就可以到，去哪兒都很方便，坐地鐵也很方便。服務也不錯，我們是兩個人定了一張大床，雖然沒有辦法幫我們升級為兩張雙床，但是提供了一床單人被酒店大堂還有水果和檸檬水同汁是一家很專業的很舒適的酒店。房間設施也特別完善。

挺好的，前台妹妹服務如沐春風，不會過份熱情但是恰到好處，長得也好看。 就是地點不好找，導航到了樓下一直轉圈，找了很久才發現在商場三樓。馬賽克大樓裏。 首頁那張圖，其實不是，很容易誤導，雖然就在幾分鐘路程在。

I stayed here while visiting Utrecht for a rave, and honestly, it was the perfect choice. After an incredible night out, coming back to such a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel was absolute bliss. The bed deserves a mention — it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! Especially after hours of dancing, it felt like laying in heaven. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the whole place had a really calm, relaxing vibe. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recharge after such a great event. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Utrecht — especially if you’re here for a night out and want somewhere peaceful and pristine to crash afterwards!
