在日本山梨縣，設有早餐的飯店

非常滿意酒店，服務好好，行李會搬上房間。晚上是獨立房間，食牛肉涮涮鍋，最早可以5:30享用晚餐，翌日7:30自餐助早餐，食物質素均不錯。房間冷氣好足夠，地方夠大，有富士山梳打水及啤酒作為drink，另外亦都有welcomedrink地方，就在check-in同一層，也有自助洗衣乾衣機。10分推薦大家入住。

入住了兩晚，地理位置非常好，富士車站就在對面，地理位置就在中間，向左邊和右邊方向正是河口湖和山中湖，我們自駕遊，去那邊都非常方便。 房間清潔和服務都滿意，不過酒店有點舊，特別在設施上沒有太多，早餐亦是簡簡單單，沒有太多選擇，但味道是OK的，不過在這個房價上就沒有太大要求。 最後想指出一些可以改善的地方，就是水龍頭比較舊式的那一種，用起來很不方便，房間裏亦沒有水供應。

酒店位置離芝櫻祭地點不遠，附近也有便利店、Depo及Daiso等商店，十分方便。酒店房間面積很大，可以好清楚望到富士山，房價連早餐及晚餐的性價比很高。

優點 1.房間很大！！ 2.通過陽台窗户可以看到富士山的全貌 3.職員超親切，有説中文的職員在 4.五樓的温泉分室內和室外。都可以邊欣賞富士山邊泡 5.酒店提供的早餐和晚餐都出乎意料的好吃。品種也挺多的。 6.提供河口湖站接送服務。但是要確認好酒店的接駁車上面印刷了三個酒店的名字。一定要記住酒店的英文名好好辨認。不然會在車站等很久 下次來富士山還會來這裏！！

I booked this hotel because the promotion made it seem luxurious, but the surroundings feel odd, almost like all the trees have been removed by purpose, littered with dry leaves and fallen branches. It feels dirty and poorly cared for. I was expecting a neatly landscaped area with grass and trees, but instead, the outside feels like a barren, lifeless space. That said, the inside of the room looks very good. The accommodation consists of two separate large caravan‑style rooms. They are not very spacious, but they are sufficient for a family of four. One of the rooms has slightly less living space because it includes a larger bathroom, with a full‑size bathtub. This is something you rarely find in Tokyo, where most bathtubs are quite small, so this was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, we struggled with the bathtub controls as it was written in Japanese, we couldn't use it after all. Also, the heating system are all labeled in Japanese, and there were no clear instructions in English. As a result, we didn’t figure out how to use the heating until the second night. We stayed for two nights in total. There is an outdoor spa area, which is interesting and enjoyable. We used it and found it quite good, although it is small. It works best for two people, three is a tight squeeze, and four would be uncomfortable. The sauna is decent and operates daily. Breakfast is served at set times rather than as a buffet, likely because the hotel only has 14 rooms. Guests must choose a time slot, such as 7:00, 7:30, 8:00, 8:30. We chose 8:30. Breakfast is a set menu rather than self‑service. Each morning includes a starter, a main dish, and some small item to finish, well enough for us. The first day was Japanese‑style, with a rice‑based dish. The second day was Western‑style, with a sandwich as the main course and fried eggs with pork belly. The food tasted good, but we would have appreciated more water. We did not ask for refills, as staff left the area after serving. Finding the hotel is a bit difficult. The entrance sign is blocked by a car park sign, making it very easy to miss. You need to drive very slowly, or you will pass it without realising it. We spent several minutes searching before realising this was the place. Be prepared to see a car park with two signs, where one directly blocks the hotel’s entrance sign.

因為天氣不好，所以升級到了一間超大的四人套房，估計有人取消了。不過，我對度假村還是很滿意。雖然只住了一天，但因為有各種便利設施（像是網球場之類的），我還是想多住幾天。說實話，地理位置不太方便，去鎮上需要搭計程車或預訂巴士。

服務：停好車服務人員已經在車旁等待幫忙提行李，入住當天有下雨還幫忙撐傘。 空間：房間很大我們訂的2人房可以睡到4人。 泡湯：房間內陽台泡湯、陽台有躺床、4人座位，風景佳（但看不到富士山）被樹擋住了。 房間很乾淨 晚餐：壽喜燒 早餐：套餐

非常舒適！ 位於山中湖的高級酒店，客人日本人的比例蠻高的！自助餐的晚餐也好吃！房間整潔乾淨，床鋪也非常好睡！ 溫泉可以直接遠眺富士山美景，晚上還有一個滿天星溫泉露天風呂，可以把滿天繁星盡收眼底！人生一大享受！ 唯一交通因為在山腰上無法自行走上去，飯店附有接駁車也很方便！服務很好！

1.飯店提供接駁，可以在車站的旅遊服務處，提供住宿資訊，請服務人員協助撥打電話。 2.除了大眾池（男女浴場），可以加價3000/hr,預約個人湯屋，個人湯屋可供4人（多人）使用。 3.訂購一泊二食方案，都是自助餐，沒有特別好吃的，就普通一般般。 4.適逢河口湖冬花火，飯店地點位於活動會場正對面，可以在房間內即可欣賞煙火，這很棒！ 5.飯店施設較為老舊，但衛生保持的很乾淨清潔！ 6.服務人員態度親切，回答許多問題！ 7.飯店販售的商品比其他伴手禮店便宜，值得在飯店採購！

預訂時已有跟酒店再三確認是有窗户直麪河口湖，同時有窗户可以看到富士山。進到房間才發現衹有一個窗，要側着身才看到一點河口湖。明明旁邊那個房間（X11）就有一個窗户是正面對河口湖，同時有另一個窗户可以看到富士山。為什麼沒給我們？房間可是五月上中旬的時候預訂的，且當天大概四點不到就到酒店。另外就是房間的衞生間小得可憐，不要説男生，普通女生也難進去後方便關門😂 這也是第一次在一家日式温泉酒店看到差不多80%的服務員是“非日本人”，難怪大多的旅客都是西方人🤣 這也是第一次在這種温泉酒店的温泉裏一點護膚品也看不到，難道是被“老外”霍霍怕了，所以完全不提供了？？🥹
