住過那麼多酒店，這家真的讓我眼前一亮！剛踏入酒店，就能感受到它獨特的魅力。大堂裝修精緻大氣，燈光柔和温暖，營造出一種温馨舒適的氛圍。 走進房間，第一感覺就是乾淨整潔。床單被罩沒有一絲褶皺，衞生間也沒有任何異味，洗漱用品擺放得整整齊齊。房間的佈局很合理，空間利用得恰到好處，讓人感覺非常舒適。 酒店的服務更是無可挑剔。從辦理入住到退房，工作人員始終保持着熱情的態度，臉上洋溢着真誠的笑容。有一次我不小心把東西落在了房間，工作人員發現後第一時間聯繫了我，並妥善保管好我的物品。他們還會主動詢問我的需求，提供貼心的建議，讓我有賓至如歸的感覺。 酒店的位置也很優越，周邊交通便利，購物、餐飲、娛樂一應俱全。無論是旅遊還是商務出行

浴室裡的毛巾架和保險箱位置太高，像我這樣身材嬌小的人根本夠不著。 第二天，我要求他們把毛巾放在我能拿到的地方，但我沒用過保險箱。 椅子也太高了，而且不能調節，坐起來很不舒服也很危險，所以我也沒用。 我晚上很晚才到，而且訂錯了日期，所以那天沒有我的預訂記錄。 接待我的女員工態度很差，很粗魯。 最後，多虧朋友幫忙，我才得以入住，不過其他員工都很友善。

酒店工作人員非常友好且樂於助人。酒店非常乾淨，很現代。位置非常中心，距離機場和市中心都很近。我唯一遇到的問題是他們不允許空調溫度低於 21°，晚上房間裡就會很熱，我問了前台，他們告訴我這是一般標準。除此之外，住宿非常愉快，早餐菜單也很棒。

SSS05*Review: One-Night Stay at Kenilworth Hotel, Kolkata* I recently stayed for one night at the Kenilworth Hotel in Kolkata and would rate my overall experience as a 6 out of 10. The hotel has a lot going for it, especially in terms of its location and general ambiance, but there are also a few aspects that could use improvement. To begin with the positives, the hotel is situated in a very convenient and well-connected area. Being close to central Kolkata, it’s easy to access various parts of the city, whether for business or leisure. The immediate surroundings are pleasant and relatively peaceful, which added to the comfort of the stay. The room provided was decent—clean, well-organized, and equipped with the expected amenities for a four-star property. The bed was comfortable, and the room had adequate lighting and storage space. The bathroom was functional and clean, although not particularly luxurious. In terms of comfort and upkeep, the room met my expectations. One feature I particularly appreciated was the hotel’s gym facility. It was clean, well-maintained, and had a decent range of equipment for a quick workout. For a short stay, it was more than sufficient and a welcome amenity for anyone looking to stay active while traveling. However, one significant downside was the dining experience. The biggest letdown was the limited food choices, especially in the set dinner menu. While the staff were polite and the service was timely, the menu lacked variety and felt quite restrictive. For a property of this category, I had expected a broader range of options, including some regional or seasonal specials. The lack of flexibility and limited appeal of the dinner options certainly took away from an otherwise comfortable stay. It might not be a dealbreaker for everyone, but for those who enjoy exploring a hotel’s culinary offerings, this can be a sore point. The check-in and check-out processes were efficient, and the staff at the front desk were courteous and helpful. There was a general air of professionalism throughout the hotel staff, which contributed positively to the experience. In conclusion, Kenilworth Hotel offers a reliable and comfortable stay with the added benefit of a good location and useful amenities like the gym. However, the lackluster food options—especially in the set dinner menu—stand out as an area that needs improvement. With a little more attention to dining and guest preferences, the hotel could elevate its overall appeal. GgerardVery friendly staff and good location. Although 3 stars is a bit high. It is rather 2,5 stars. Breakfast was a good start of the day, continental and Indian. Room was small and old, ac noisy. But who cares; you don’t go to Kolkata to stay in your room. On the roof was a terrace where you can eat and drink. All in all great stay. Will definitely come back next time

JJason2023位置很好,適合旅遊景點,但如果你不喜歡附近道路上不斷髮出鳴笛聲的噪音,那就很吵了(不確定在印度是否有可能逃脫)。在說10.30pm和早上8點之間確實好轉了。火車(立即在酒店門口外)經過但不頻繁,遠處可以聽到船發動機的聲音但就在一條河上😅。在一些晚上,它有點派對船(如果有活動,大聲和晚迪斯科噪音)。噪音在晚上9點左右停止,但在另一個晚上晚些時候繼續;如果你的房間靠近酒吧,這可能是一個問題,對我來說不是太糟糕,因爲我使用耳塞。最刺激的噪音,信不信由你,是人在走廊裏大聲喊叫或大聲交談。房間是3*,護照,現金,卡等沒有保險箱。枕頭,牀罩和地板打掃得不是特別好。我不得不從走廊裏自救,因爲他們沒有被清潔工頂起來。無論如何,非常短暫的住宿可能是一次很好的體驗,也許一晚。我很高興有經驗,儘管有不足之處,但可能會推薦它作爲一次獨特的體驗,一兩個晚上。早餐非常好,有可愛的河景和寒冷的氣氛。
