The Hotel is great and service of F&B and Housekeeping is superb. However the sore point is the Front Office Staff who probably are more like headless chickens running around all over the place. It seems that they don't have a proper shift handover. Even after giving clear instructions they were all goofy and confused at most times. They are operating with some chaos in that section. However the other members of the staff are attentive to the details, the staff at the Lounge in the 7th floor was impeccable and attentive and very hospitable. Even the housekeepers and concierge staff were super. Good buzzing place to stay while Indore!

The hotel’s location was ideal, close to key attractions and convenient for exploring. Overall, a lovely stay, and i’d gladly return.

Spacious rooms. Nice room-service provided. Beautiful resort. Although rooms were almost identical category-wise, not much difference spotted.
