We absolutely loved this hotel!! Sofia was warm and friendly, and the breakfast was abundant. There is a swing on the third-floor balcony, where you can enjoy beautiful night views. The dog by the entrance is lovely as well. The hotel is not far from central Kutaisi, which is super convenient for self-driving guests, and parking is available right at the front door. We hope to visit again sometime.

Highly recommended hotel stay, though its like 10 mins away from main area but it adds to the quiet stay, it was extremely clean comfortable and friendly staff specially the manager, definitely q must try when in Kutaisi

В целом, особых претензий нет, но надо предупредить, что на 4 звезды отель не тянет никак. Не ждите многого. Все скромно, но достаточно для пары дней. Есть тапочки, много крючков в ванной, но нет халатов, нет пасты, есть мыло, шампунь, гель. Салфеток нет, молока/сливок нет. Завтраки хорошие в кафе на 9 этаже с панорамными окнами. Ходила ужинать туда же, приготовили невкусно.
