otelin konumu çok iyi, birçok yere yürüme mesafesinde. odalar rahat ve temiz. kahvaltısı oldukça zengin. çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverler.

Small rooms but lovely

The best hotel in Georgia. Have never experienced such a warm welcome from hotel staff anywhere in Georgia. Could be 5 star hotel if they had pool or gym. Would be back again on my next visit. P.S. Special thanks to Reception Manager Nino for helping us throughout our stay.

The helpfulness of the team at reception and room service is amazing. Anything from helping us plan where to go, to fulfilling any requests within minutes. Location is a walking distance from pretty much anything you want to see or any good place to eat. The best hotel in Kutaisi for sure!

Herşey harikaydı..personelin ilgisi muazzamdi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum..istekler anında yerine getirildi.biz aile suitinde kaldık.besik bile hemen temin edildi .. oda genişti.banyoda keyifli vakit geçirdi çocuklar 😊 Restoranda ki yemekler ve kahvaltı da hairkaydi.

Il Newport Hotel e’ una struttura molto bella, situato nel pieno centro di Kutaisi. La nostra camera era piccolina ma pulita e più che adeguata per una notte, con un bel bagno e un piccolo balconcino. Vicino all’hotel negozi di ogni genere, incluso un piccolo centro commerciale. Abbiamo cenato in hotel (la cena era compresa nel pacchetto di viaggio) potendo scegliere “dal menu a la carte”. Ottimo sia il filet mignon che i contorni, annaffiati da un ottimo vino rosso georgiano. Molto buona anche la colazione con possibilità di scelta sia per chi ama il dolce sia per chi preferisce il salato. 2 Bottigliette di acqua “complimentary” al giorno. Frigobar in camera. Struttura da tenere assolutamente in considerazione come tappa per visitare il cuore della Georgia! Nel complesso giudizio ottimo

Camere molto eleganti, pulite e confortevoli con tutti i comfort (buon wifi, cassaforte ecc.), bagno ben arredato, personale davvero al top in tutto! Ottima colazione a buffet in una splendida sala della prima colazione. L’unico problema (ma non è colpa dell’hotel) erano dei cani randagi che si trovavano nei dintorni dell’albergo e hanno abbaiato praticamente tutta la notte, ho dormito veramente poco.

We came to georgia on Holidays with family and made our booking done though DI travels on 27th &28th April 23. We would like share our experience and feeling during our stay in Kutaisi in Newport Hotel. Hotel rooms are nice and some of the staff are very good and helping... But we also had some bad experience on 2nd day our stay during breakfast... We wanted some vegetables rice from buffet menu but there was only less qty. left available which was not sufficient and that too was mostly vegetables(with very less rice) , so i requested newport staff available there to help us to get more veg. Rice if possible.... but its very said that staff started arguments with us and showing me the pot the still some veg is left...we were keep on explaining that available qty. is not enough and its mostly only vegs left with less rice. Later staff said kitchen closed... when time was 10:55am . When we checked in we were told by reception that breakfast available up to 11am so i am assuming at 10:55am staff suppose to provide breakfast if its requested by customers. We were really upset about all this because its not about only breakfast..its like staff was trying to have arguments fights and teaching us what is rice and what is vegs..... really.!! If he could have been simply told that vegetables rice is not available pls manage with available dishes than it would be appropriate and we are ok with that .... rather than teaching us ehat is rice and what is vegetables...i feel very sad and upset today and because of arguments our full mood was spoiled and lost my appetite and left without completing my breakfast. We also gave same feedback to hotal management...hope hotel will take some action to improve upon. Thanks
