在英國德文郡，設有早餐的飯店

建築很舊,有美麗的怪癖。請記住,由於建築的年齡,你會聽到很多地板作響,其他房間的噪音。我的房間有一個浴缸,非常寬敞。可惜沒有冰箱,但我入住的最大問題是沒有WiFi,因爲我工作了4天。這個問題被經理和一些接待人員“管理”非常糟糕。問題從第一天開始,對我住宿的享受產生了很大影響。離開時與高級經理討論了這個問題,管理得很好。我只是很遺憾它沒有得到正確的解決,對工作人員非常失望。如果你需要WiFi,我會提前與酒店覈實。

As always we were greeted with a friendly face and smile at reception,we arrived before check in time but they always check to see if a room is available. On this occasion it wasn't but they happily took our bags in so we could go enjoy our afternoon without the worry of carrying them around. Check in was quick and simple and we were in our room within 5 mins of check in. Room was spacious clean and fresh. We were given a twin room this time which was perfect as I was traveling with a friend not partner. Bed was super comfy with great pillows. Shower was really nice ,decent water pressure and the shower gel provided was lovely too. Breakfast was a big selection of the normal cooked,everything was fresh and tasty,bacon was slightly over cooked but the rest was great. Nice selection of pastries too. Continental is also an option there. Fresh juices and hot drink available also. Overall another 5* stay in my opinion and as a regular user will be returning again in the nr future! Thankyou Hilton.

有一個問題,我預訂了三個房間,但酒店只能找到預訂的房間。向工作人員展示了我的預訂細節,他們可以看到我有三個。大約20分鐘後他們給我加了兩個房間,他們說會調查。真的很欣慰他們能夠很快整理出來。早餐真的很好。步行到海前只有兩分鐘。我們有機會進入網站25小時健身房和他們的水療中心。我媽媽是唯一一個去的,她喜歡它。肯定會再回去。

我必須承認，如果我以前有機會，我真應該選擇李奧納多飯店。現在我只能感嘆，沒能早點發現這個連鎖品牌。 不過，這都是題外話了。這家酒店遠遠超出了我的預期，這絕對是謙虛的說法。我的意思是，除了茶、咖啡、牛奶這些基本必需品之外，其他東西都準備得非常充足。考慮到我只住了一天，能有這麼多的供應，我真的非常開心。我住過一些連鎖品牌飯店，他們連最基本的服務都做不好，更別提提供如此周到的服務了。 另一個讓我印象深刻的地方是，床上擺放著各式各樣的枕頭。不像有些地方，如果枕頭不合適，你就只能勉強睡一覺，但在萊昂納多酒店完全沒有這個問題。枕頭散落在床上，我找到一個舒服的枕頭，睡得非常香甜。萊昂納多，這一點真的值得加分！總之，我還會再入住李奧納多飯店嗎？當然會！預訂時，我只期望住一晚。但沒想到，飯店的貼心服務遠遠超出了我的預期。 真希望我能多住幾天，謝謝普利茅斯萊昂納多酒店！

我被分配到4層閣樓的位置，距離電梯較遠，需要先乘電梯到達三樓在走到4樓，如果是有行李箱的話會不太方便，但我衹有一個包還可以。 房間空間大小適中。衞生間乾淨明亮整潔，設施齊全。美中不足是衞生間下水很差，水壓很小洗澡不太舒服。 酒店沒有提供洗衣服務，需要步行10分鐘左右前往附近的自助洗衣房，且會有機器全滿的可能性。 酒店區位因素很好步行可直達市中心和大教堂，安靜愜意又方便。

幾乎完美的入住體驗，清潔人員超級友好👍 酒店設施投入使用了一段時間，但整體狀態保持的不錯，特別喜歡前台的檸檬水。 唯一的美中不足是某次我點外賣的時候，酒店前台沒有容許外賣員把外賣放在前台。（我點過很多次外賣每次都可以放）我選了把外賣放前台就放心去做自己的事情了，錯過了外賣員的電話。導致我沒有收到我的外賣。 但總體很滿意！

很不錯，很好，家人很滿意。周圍有公交車去市中心。服務員也很體貼。真心不錯，順着河走路，很舒適，還會再去。看到很多人説停車場收費，但昨晚我們沒有收費，衹是在前台輸入訊息即可。點贊。

錢我們花 完美的位置和點與清潔 腳遠離海灘和大量的活動。 以後還會入住Abbey Sands Hotel。

Another wonderful stay. Reception staff warm and friendly. Upgraded to a sea view suite, lovely views over the bay, what a view to wake up to. Huge selection of fresh breakfast food, waiting staff very friendly and attentive.  Location is fantastic a few minutes walk down the hill to the harbour. Our 2nd stay at this hotel this year, 5 stays in total.

A last minute booking as we were passing through Exeter visiting family. The room was decent with a comfy bed. There was a little noise from the courtyard outside playing music at night which stopped about 10pm. No issue. Great central location and a relaxed night. No complimentary toiletries 🧴not even a toothbrush 🪥- which is just a pain to have to go and buy them. I asked at reception and he just shook his head. 🤷♂️99% of hotels we stay at have them - seems a little tight 🤣 - anyway no issues with the room or location so we’d stay here again if needed. 👍
