I stayed at the Marriott Puebla Las Ánimas during a business trip to México and booked the Classic King Room. The experience was smooth and professional from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed—perfect for unwinding after meetings. I appreciated the comfortable king bed, reliable Wi-Fi, and quiet ambiance, which made it easy to focus and rest. The hotel’s location is convenient, with nearby restaurants and shopping options. Staff were courteous and attentive, and the breakfast buffet offered a solid variety. Overall, a dependable choice for business travelers in Puebla.

Pros: The room was stunning, the lights are dim, the decor is gorgeous, the bed was comfy, it was clean and the location is fantastic. The service was great. The terrace views are gorgeous. My favorite part was the jacuzzi. Cons: My room was next to a terrace bar and on top there is another terrace bar, so if your plan is to stay at a quiet space to relax maybe this won't be the right spot. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water the whole morning on the day I was leaving so I had to wait until after the checkout time when they had it fixed but then I felt a little rushed to leave. Even though, the staff was very helpful, they were keeping me updated and they did try their best in a complicated situation that was out of their hands.

完美的住宿體驗！太喜歡這個酒店的風格了。 設計典雅用木質元素田園融合殖民風。房間的香氣非常好聞，休息得非常好，隔音好，房間寬敞乾淨嶄新！位置更是絕了鬧中取靜，步行可到周邊景點。酒店本身還有Spa體驗按摩還不錯的。服務人員非常熱心盡責，當我們離店等車時有乞丐靠近我們，酒店保安立即過來保護我們，很感動！大力推薦！

房間比較陳舊，最讓人受不了的是這家酒店的服務，我找酒店前台問他在哪裡能接一杯熱水，他愛答不理的告訴我讓我回房間打客房服務電話，在房間門口碰到一個打掃衞生的酒店工作人員，我説我房間需要兩瓶水，他讓我等我一下，結果一宿都沒人送水。

No me agrada que para llegar a tu habitación tienes que recorer medio hotel, la mayoría solo subes el elevador a tu piso y listo .. se pago el estacionamiento aparte , prefiero que si va hacer así que ya la incluyan en el precio del cuarto

Muy buena ubicación, pero, la habitacion que nos dieron era un horno, solo cuenta con un ventilador acomodado entre el closet y el buro, el baño tambien muy encerrado algo peligroso cuando sales ya que se pasa un poco el agua a la habitacion, desde que llegamos informamos que el tv no tenia señal y no pudieron solucionarlo ni ofrecernos otra habitacion, si lo requieres solo para llegar cansado y dormir, despertar y salir inmediatamente es esencial.

Good hotel close to supermarkets, shops, a ****** and more. Room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view but the window could not be opened. The breakfast was very good with a good choice of different kind of food. Unfortunately the pool area was under maintenance.

對這家酒店印象很好 性價比高 比墨西哥城機場住的又好又便宜。好吧機場是為了轉機沒辦法。墨西哥城機場有大巴來普耶布拉。大巴下來打車十來分鐘就到酒店了，交通很方便。早餐是當地口味 但是炒蛋和西蘭花非常適合中國胃 哈哈哈 水果非常新鮮。我們定的房間不含早餐 是早上另外刷卡的。服務員都很好，但會英文的不多，但基本溝通還是沒有問題的
