Had an early flight out and was looking for accommodations near Delhi airport, those in Aerocity are really overpriced so I looked a bit further away. Found this hotel which is about 20 mins away, reasonable price, paid USD90 for a night deluxe double room. The room is clean and well maintained, comfortable, with nice modern décor and Alexa. Everything worked as it should. Unfortunately the customer service was such a let down. When I checked-in the staff mentioned breakfast I let him know that I will be checking out early for my flight, he said they can do a takeaway breakfast box, I was quite impressed and let the staff know the time I will check-out. But when I checked-out and asked about it, the staff had no idea, which just made me wonder why tell guests you can provide something if you are unable to arrange it. Another thing is I needed to get a bit of work done and headed to their café, I was there for over an hour and there was only 1 table apart from mine during this whole time. I left my scarf there, but I had signed the bill to my room so if the staff had bothered, he could have brought it back to me or at least leave it at the reception. I only realised it when I was on the way to the airport, so I called them, they told me they have it but unable to post it back to me. The stay itself was comfortable and good value, unfortunately cannot say I was impressed with the staff and customer service provided.
