Beautiful childfriendly hotel! Initially it seemed that earlier negative reviews were confirmed especially in the area of being understaffed: our room wasn't ready in time probably mainly because of not enough staff. Later though we had very good experience with how the room (we stayed in a family cottage) was cleaned daily. 1. The location is really excellent: close to the sea, with a big swimming pool, close to the harbour and walking distance to the village centre with shops & restaurants. 2. So the cleanliness only get 3 of 5 because of what mentioned before. 3. Service gets 5 as we found that the staff was very helpful. At breakfast we could order omelet and scrambled eggs (not part of the buffet) and we could order some extra other specifics that was more fit to our Western food wishes (pancakes without green food colouring!! ;). Friends that came over were initially asked to leave the pool but when we explained that we assumed they could stay for a 50K fee pp (like we've seen other hotels deal with this), they allowed us. A broken lamp was fixed immediately upon arrival. When we asked for extra toilet paper or shampoo they would bring it immediately. When we asked where we could buy bread for lunch for our kids one of the staff got 2 loaves of bread for us and they didn't charge us extra for that! Breakfast was served earlier upon request (earlier than 6.30) since the ferry left early. 4. Facilities 4 out of 5: fairly new, straight forward, practical. Only some broken things like tiles here and there that were broken and at reception, the ceiling had a hugh hole. So in general, we found this a very very good hotel where the staff made our stay very pleasant, we would like to come back one day!

Waktu liat di review nya, banyak yg komen bagus & stlah kita coba emang okee sihh.. hotelnya sih nggak yang luas banget, tapi cozy 😄 pas check in, kita disediain free welcome drink & snack, kemaren dapetnya bir jawa ( taste good, love it!!). Trus kamarnya jg oke, ada balkon & jendela yg bs dibuka buat sirkulasi udara. Pas breakfast, makanannya enak2. 2 hari kami disana food stall nya ganti2, kyk sushi station, tepanyaki, ledre, ice cream.. paling favorit buat aku sih tengklengnya yaa, sama wedangannya, mantull 👍👍👍 trus smpet ada playstation corner, sensory toys buat anak2, jdi lengkap lah.. next klo ke Solo, bakal nyoba ke Canting Londo lahh ( katanya driver kami sih, Mas Gibran sering makan disana hahaha) kemaren cm smpet nyoba kombucha nya aja, enakk 😁thanks Solia Zigna!!

Small room with 1 large bed and 1 small bed for 3 adults, I could barely opened my suitcases, and the room is too small. The room also smells bad. The cleaning management is poor. That’s why the rent price was so cheap

衝著諾富特品牌訂的飯店，加訂了一天，但覺得房間有一點老舊，衞生間馬桶在角落，夜裡去衞生間很容易磕碰。在地理位置優越，旁邊就是大的購物中心。服務員們的工作態度不錯，點贊！

到達已是晚上，有職員協助泊車位置，check in 手續很快，還替我們安排好第二天清晨的打包早餐，職員很有禮貌和耐性。因為只住一個晚上，所以沒有享受酒店設施。房間十分簡單，但仍有齊沐浴用品、拖鞋、咖啡茶包等。最喜歡是他的拖鞋，十分舒適，還可以進入浴室洗澡而不會跣滑，讚！不好是房間牆十分薄，隔聲功能較弱，保養較舊，而且我們被安排下一層樓的樓層，感覺不太舒服，但只住一晚來說，這個價格又包早餐，性價比十分高了！另外見到酒店附近都十分熱鬧，有很多餐飲商店，晚上還未收舖。

其實酒店不錯,第一次住在這裏只有不好的體驗,我直接訂了浪漫晚餐到這家酒店cp,我確定是私人的,沒有與別人分享。但是事實是ZONK。在H當天我入住了,我不知道游泳池附近有單身 organ,我也想唱歌。我告訴我已經是H了幾個小時。說真的,我已經付了很昂貴的錢,但卻很匆忙,那裏有很多人,禮物也一樣,就像那天剛買到,即使我已經預訂了夜宵的餐桌,DR 幾乎是一天。還不錯,價格1jt,但是如果服務員這樣😥 開始19.00 - 21.00 ,他說,但是tbtb在17.00-19.00 點被迫。如果我不說我不會接受,我將在17.00 點吃晚飯,之前說19.00 。但是除此之外,還可以,幸運的是賣海景。請改善服務。我只是感到失望,我應該得到浪漫的晚餐,甚至是人們的聚會,想拍照,很多人路過。晚餐只住了1個小時,甚至要求帶到房間休息。很可惜要付1萬

我不知道給一星的是什麼問題,但是酒店對於一家人來說足夠了:))房間很小,但是真的很夠:))爲了祈禱還是可以:))這個地方在市中心,所以你想去哪裏:))想吃東西也很近:))所有員工都很友好:))風景還可以:))
