訪訪客We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. We started with a little problem, but once brought to their attention, they took care of us. There is an elevator to the 2nd floor. The other option is 2 flights of stairs... With heavy cases, it would be challenging. There is an onsite restraunt and the food is good, a Mcdonalds close by and also a diner. Im not sure if it would be possible for them to make some changes, but here are some things we noticed. There is no ice machine. Had to ask at the bar for ice. It could do with a coin-operated washer and dryer. I tried to use the phone and was told it wasn't working for out side calls, needs an alarm clock in the room, larger extractor fan in the bathroom to remove the steam when showering, there was some mold on the ceiling because the fan could not remove the steam gast enough. The water pressure was not good.
