A notre arrivée, la première impression était assez mitigée. Les abords de l’hôtel sont tristounets..., cela mériterait quelques aménagements mais ce n'est peut être pas la priorité. Surprise à l'intérieur: établissement très soigneusement agencé, réception accueillante, la chambre spacieuse, propre, salle de bains et WC séparés, petit balcon et literie super confortable. Connexion Wifi correcte. Nous sommes resté 3 nuits, pas de bruit, endroit très calme. Petits déjeuners corrects, nous n'avons manqué de rien mais nous étions en saison calme, l'été, c'est peut être différent . Beaucoup de visites à faire depuis l'hôtel mais la voiture est indispensable, pas de soucis pour le parking, il y a de la place et il est gratuit. Pour la restauration, il y a ce qu'il faut dans le quartier mais je recommande ”Le Hangar” pour le soir, un lieu atypique et festif, regarder toutefois les heures et jours d'ouverture. On peut aussi accéder à une grande surface directement depuis le parking de l’hôtel . Une mention spéciale pour le personnel de l'hôtel, aimable et compétent. La personne du matin nous a bien arrangé une situation mal gérée par notre agent de voyage, félicitation à elle et surtout merci

我們最近於 03/09 至 10/09 住在拉羅謝爾由 Jacky B 主持的 Les Muguets。飯店佈置傳統，乾淨且維護良好，地理位置優越，方便前往拉羅謝爾（La Rochelle）市中心。儘管因為航班延誤而遲到，傑基還是到機場來接我們，他還好心地提出在我們住宿結束時帶我們回去。雖然我們的財產附屬於業主，但我們獲得了花園的經營權，並被鼓勵幫助自己種植西紅柿等。附近有當地商店、麵包店、肉店、咖啡館和小超市，鎮中心有餐館，老港口和海灘距離酒店僅10 分鐘步行路程。我們在這裡度過了美好的一周，並會推薦給任何人住在這裡，但照片並不能反映它的真實性。

Catastrophic. I'm really not a fan of writing reviews, especially negative ones, but I'll have to force myself. Above all, for the positive points, the hotel is quite pretty, trendy, with a very young and smiling team, in line with the other Eklo. Unfortunately, being young is not enough in the hotel industry for a quality or simply satisfactory service. As soon as we arrived, there was confusion surrounding our reservation, it was nowhere to be found despite my reservation voucher. The team leader intervened, told us that the staff would manage and that we simply had to pay the tourist tax. Cool, we take the opportunity to take the late check out option (€8) to sleep well. A few minutes later, we were told that our ad had finally been cancelled, by a site other than that of our reservation. Strange, no email or refund notified. Then it gets worse at night. The room building faces the alley, but is accessible for anyone who simply wants to climb over a small hedge. Not very secure... The rooms are not insulated, you can hear every door slam in the building. A possibly tipsy guest tries to enter our room for several minutes. A little scared at the time, because it could very well have been someone from outside the hotel. A commotion ensues for a long hour. Barely managed to fall asleep again, when the cleaning staff then came knocking on our door three times, then the hotel staff between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. to check that we had left (despite our paid option which allowed us to stay until 1 p.m.). I also received three calls with messages in the morning from the hotel. I don't know if they ever check their room software, or simply communicate within the team, but this is the first time I've seen such blunders within a hotel team. Anyway, we left with big dark circles and 100€ less. The staff, apart from offering us a small coffee for the road, did not even offer reimbursement for this late check out option. I nevertheless perhaps recommend this hotel for backpackers who don't care much about resting, but for all others who just want to rest normally, it is probably better to go to the hotels opposite, where security/calm/professionalism prevail (I imagine, it couldn't be worse) over a young and smiling team.

I had a worst stay here. I arrived the hotel near 10:30pm, I saw there was a man using a piece of paper to block the door of entrance from locking before he left the premise. He was holding many beer bottles as well. We looked at him but he stared us back, since both of us are girls so we dared not to have eye contact with him anymore cuz we didnt want to get ourselves in trouble. When I arrived the room, the appearance of it is totally different from the website I booked it. They have two hotels around here and they used the photos of the nicer hotel to attract you to book the cheaper hotel!! IT IS A SCAM! Don’t believe the photos that the website provided you. If I have seen the actual photos of the room, I believe I wont book this hotel from the very first day. There were small cockroaches in my room too.. the cleanliness of the room is terrible too.. you can feel the oil from the handle of the fridge, and I cant help myself doubting if they had cleaned the room before letting residents in. Worst of all, I had to fear the man I saw earlier will come to trespass my room, since the lock seemed to be not stable as well.. I wanted to leave but after going through all these it was already midnight.. no chance to change to other hotels.. so I stayed up all night.. and the next day, i told the lady from reception I had to do early check out and I told her what happened, she denied any of it without checking the CCTV. Well fine, I wont come back anyway! For those who will come to Bordeaux, avoid this hotel!!

這家酒店位於波爾多老城區的中心位置。波爾多老城區是沒有地方停車的 且路邊警察非常敬業，到處是被投訴出警清理違停車輛的警察。我們選擇這家酒店有自己超大停車場，需要付費。但是非常方便。我們在波爾多完全步行就把整個老城區逛完了。車子留在酒店停車場。這家酒店還有小廚房，可以自己做飯，或者簡單微波爐加熱。但是波爾多的牛排太好吃了。我們都在外面吃的。

公寓和公共區域非常乾淨整潔。公寓對我們一家4口來說很棒,大小真的很好,我們需要的一切。早餐令人失望。沒有水果,選擇很少。然而,我丈夫確實去請他們補充食物,因爲碗裏裝着十字和疼痛,所以他們是空的,他們確實做到了。現場沒有餐廳,但朝機場方向(3km)方向,沿主路選擇挺多的。水牛燒烤。總體來說不錯的住宿。

像酒店一樣便宜。酒店周圍垃圾很多,停車場有被盜的破車。我們住的房間很寬敞,而且比較乾淨,除了牆壁非常髒,小廚房有你需要的烹飪,但沒有海綿和碟子液體來做菜。還有好多其他國家的工人住這裏,在外面逛。早餐挺不錯的

Location beside the train station, but 10 min walk from it, not really close. Room is very small, no place for sitting. Also the hotel is quite new and clean. Pillows were very uncomfortable.

It was spotless clean and all staff was very helpful and efficient and spoke good English. In a very convenient location, 2 minutes away for the tram stop and 35 mins away from the airport. Breakfast was adequate but can be boring after the second time so maybe a bit of variety within the same layout and budget would be good to consider. The room price was vfm given the prices in Bordeaux and the mattress, pillows and duvet of high standards and new. The only downside was the very small room, contrary to the official Hôtel website that shows a much more spacious and pleasant room. What we all had, 6 rooms in total even if had booked the triple and the double rooms as sold, we all got tiny bedrooms that you could hardly pass through if you are a bigger than average person. When I asked the receptionist about it he very abruptly said I can refund you right now and go find another hotel if you like.I actually felt offended and undermined as an Accor client which I book a lot around the world and trust. I even felt sorry the hotel staff that have to put up with these complaints from most guests as otherwise they were all polite. I would appreciate if the hotel photos were updated to realistic photos. We stayed for four nights, 6 rooms so that was not addressed properly rather than suppressed and ignored. We expect better than this and an official reply please. I also found it very disturbing to not be able to book under another person’s name on the official Hôtel website so I had to keep all 6 rooms under my name and credit card and spend more than half an hour upon check in to sort out names and payments for each. I could have easier booked vie other third party providers but they were sold out for our given dates as the Accor site still had rooms available. Mille merci

Tres bel hôtel, les chambres sont neuves et spacieuses. J’ai été bien accueilli et renseignée sur les transports et ce qu’on peut faire à Bordeaux par ce temps pluvieux. Le petit-déjeuner en bas était gourmand et bien garni. Personnel aimable, rien à rajouter. Un petit plus pour les gestes éco responsables et le recyclage expliquée ;)

非常乾淨標準的房間，服務態度很好！位置裏中心教堂，商業區都很近，價格適中！
