CCindy Y.The hotel is pricey for what it offers. Modern architecture with glass, beautiful hall with a classy Christmas tree and restaurant that fullfil 4 stars. But the king room (more than 200 euro per night ) was like 3 stars max.. Basic interior and materials. Slippers were missing which the receptionist promised to bring but didn't happen. The bathtub was scary, black pieces came out when we turned on the bubble function. After the water drained, we saw what was there...
The swimming pool had a sewer smell where there were holes for water...
Would not return.

0013GPremium looking room. Big TV, mini-fridge, spacious and beautiful bathroom. Welcoming drink on arrival.
Bed mattress is too soft. 2 small pillows are too small and uncomfortable to sleep on and should be replaced for bigger and better ones.
Air conditioning is practically non existent, some noise and not sufficient cooling. When the weather is hot outside, the room is like a sauna and torture to sleep in.

訪訪客用戶We verbleven 2 dagen in het hotel. Zaterdag op zondag pas om 0300 uur kunnen slaap aanvatten door lawaai van omliggend café en luid roepen in de straat. Ontbijtbuffet werd niet regelmatig aangevuld. We moesten vragen om bv fruitsap, charcuterie en/of ander beleg. Als het dan werd aangevuld werd het gewoon met de handen op schaal gelegd rechtstreeks uit de plastic verpakking. Niet zo hygiënisch dus. De nacht van zondag op maandag zeer goed geslapen daar nabijgelegen café toe was. Ontbijt was beter.
