We are not staying at Amara, but came for dinner at Saltrock on October 20th. Our server for dinner Lydia was delightful and took excellent care of us. We overheard her saying that she had been there all day yet she was very attentive and courteous. Amy, the hostess, handled a busy crowd with grace. The parking attendants ( didn’t get their names) were very polite and efficient.
We absolutely loved our time here at this hotel in Sedona! I am writing this review on our last night and I sit on the beautiful balcony admiring the views of the red rock mountains. The Hyatt is in the center of everything, walking distance to uptown, yet feels private and is quiet. The 1 bedroom suite was clean and had every amenity you would need. ( frig, dishwasher, small washer and dryer, kitchen Amenities etc) The bathroom and shower are large and the bed was super comfortable. We also had a large tub which looks inviting and relaxing although we did not utilize it. Anything you need ( towels, detergent etc.) you call and they bring it to you within minutes. We even called because a fire pit wasn’t working and they had it up and running within minutes. The views are spectacular! ( get a room with a view) They are doing a lot of construction right now but it did not bother us in any way. The pool area is also beautiful with ample amount of seating and umbrellas. I highly recommend Piñon Point if heading to Sedona!
