快樂山公寓

We absolutely love this hotel & have stayed here anytime we come to Charleston. It’s nice because it’s away from the craziness of downtown and gives off resort vibes. The staff is wonderful. Tonya Williams at the front desk is always so helpful. She goes above & beyond to make sure her guests are completely satisfied & happy. Hotel Indigo is lucky to have her.

We arrived early (hours before check-in) at our hotel. Front desk employee Khadijah was our friendly contact who helped to check us in and place our luggage behind the desk while we awaited our room. She suggested local areas we can review via walking which included the pier. When we returned from our walking excursion, Khadijah asked if we were ok with a top floor and completed our room checking-in. We asked for additional bath towels and she was able to provide them immediately. It was less than ideal to walk in the hallway towards our room to see dirty linens in the hallway for multiple rooms. We had 2 queen beds with extra space which was helpful for our suitcases. Everything in our room was clean and refreshed. When walking throughout the hotel, the staff was always friendly and accommodating.

There was coffee service in our room. We used it one morning and left two dirty coffee cups in the bathroom. When we returned that evening the dirty cups were still in the bathroom uncleaned. Additionally the bathroom counter appeared not to have been cleaned by housekeeping. When I complained management apologized and provided us with a complimentary breakfast the next morning. We left the dirty cups in the bathroom and used the paper cups that were also provided for our coffee the next morning. When we returned that evening I was appalled to find the dirty coffee cups still in the bathroom. For two days housekeeping failed to clean the cups. They also did not replenish the coffee supplies. The hotel was lovely but housekeeping was terrible.
