My family and travelled to Niigata at the end of April 2023 and had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Okura Niigata. Prior to the trip, I had reached out to them via email to inquire about coordinating a van + driver for us (6 of us) so that we could go visit some sake breweries and to make dinner reservations for us at a nearby restaurant. The concierge team was amazing and booked a large van (jumbo taxi) and driver for the day. they also ensured that the van could accommodate a folding wheelchair for one group member that needed it. The van and driver arrived on time and was quite reasonably priced. Great experience that was made possible by the hotel team! Upon return to the hotel, we realized we had left some items on the van - the hotel called the taxi company and coordinated the return of our items. Beyond these experiences, the hotel itself is a bit older but rooms are comfortable and fairly spacious for a hotel room in Japan. Location is great and the breakfast buffet was one of the better ones we had on this trip. If I should ever travel back to Niigata, I will most definitely be staying here. The hotel and team won my business by going above and beyond...even for Japan standards of customer service! Domo arigatogozaima****a!!!

舒適的住宿。工作人員有禮貌和細心,作爲IHG鑽石會員,我選擇早餐,早餐傳播良好,美味(他們旋轉菜單以米飯,湯,所以早餐期間一點也不無聊)。房間很好,很舒服,甚至浴室都是新的。肯定會回來的。謝謝

性價比很高的一家酒店，已經147年歷史了，是新瀉最早的西式酒店，直至今日依舊保持着高水準。在長岡花火大會期間來入住的，房價比平時高一些，但優質的服務、便利的交通和美味的餐食依舊讓人感覺物超所值。到新瀉站乘坐公交衹需4站，走路到公交站也就幾分鐘，還可以從很有歷史感的地下街走過去，夏日裏很涼爽。打車去火車站也就1000日元。酒店周邊有不少寺廟、神社，還有當年的各國駐日領館的舊址，離新瀉美術館步行8分鐘。從酒店房間可以直接看到日本海，走路到海邊也就一刻鐘。出門就是新瀉著名的花街，餐廳、酒館和會所比比皆是。酒店早餐很豐富，咖喱飯，煎蛋卷和酸奶很不錯。馬可波羅餐廳和螢餐廳很棒，還有一家有名的中餐廳。房間浴品是pola的，浴鹽是DHC的。非常有特色是被罩，是用日本和紙纖維製作的，非常舒適。

這是一個易於理解且方便的地方,就在路邊車站和洗腳池對面。 清潔是完美的,我能夠度過一個愉快的時光。 食物也很好吃。特別是自助早餐很好。 我認爲這是一家不錯的酒店,具有良好的性價比。 大型公共浴池很大很高興,但是由於溫泉無味無味,因此我個人希望溫泉是一種習慣更強的溫泉。
