Very clean with variety of breakfast buffet choices. Staff is also very polite and ready to accommodate guests. Nice and stylish reception area. Good security system at the gate with every vehicle checked before entering the premises.

Location of the hotel is good. We booked this hotel from make my trip. It was clearly mentioned that complimentary late check out is avaialable. We checked in late in the night after having a site seen. Upon requesting late checkout , we were denied even though rooms were avaialable. Front desk staff was rude. Hotel manager was too nice. He handled our special request nicely and went out of the box to prepare food for us.

Excellent staff and service. Tea anazing by Vishnu. Service too good by Afreena Ishfaq Sajad, Majeeb, Tanveer. Abid. Food qualty and hygeine levels excellent its like treated like a king gym and spa for fitness freaks also good we wewre lucky to witness snow fall

We stayed at the radisson collection from 16-17 jun e 2024. We arrived at 11:00 am and the check in was smooth and rooms were allotted quickly. The rooms were near and clean. They have indoor and outdoor swimming pools, but we did not use them. The gym, though small, has all the equipment for regular workout. The highlight of the stay was the buffet breakfast experience. Good spread to cater to everyone and the chef was eager to meet our special requests. There is river jhelam riverfront walk in from of the hotel, which is good for morning and evening walks. Memorable stay and would like to visit again.

This was by far the best we stayed at Kashmir. Its a new hotel. The hotel staff were very sweet enough to upgrade our room. The suite was royal ( not exaggerating ! ). The interiors of the room are very tastefully made with a plush sofa, a big TV and their rugs are to die for. The ambience of the dining area is also very good. Food was good and they staffs were very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay at Srinagar.
