Liang Shiqiu's former residence, located at 33 Yushan Road at the foot of Xiaoyushan Mountain in Qingdao, has a plain appearance and is still inhabited by ordinary citizens. In the past years, Liang Shiqiu sent out a sigh of "this (Qingdao) gentleman's Kingdom also" in this courtyard. It's always quiet. Located at No. 33 Yushan Road, Shinan District, it was built in 1928. In the 1930s, Liang Shiqiu lived here when he was teaching in the Department of Foreign Languages of Shandong University. Chinese and Western mixed architecture, brick and stone structure, covering 546.69 square meters, building area 447 square meters, two floors above ground, one floor below ground, granite wall foundation, red tile slope roof, hall entrance south, there is a platform above the second floor gate. Indoor boards and floors, without carvings. The whole building is simple and practical.

梁實秋故居，建於1928年。20世紀30年代，梁實秋在山東大學外文系任教時居住於此。中西混合式建築，磚石結構，占地546.69平方米，建築面積447平方米，地上2層，地下1層，花崗岩牆基，紅瓦斜坡屋面，廳門南向，二樓大門上方有一挑台。室內木板地，無雕飾。整幢建築簡樸而實用。
現為市民私宅。

Liang Shiqiu's former residence is a double-deck German-style building with a stone nameplate "Liang Shiqiu's former residence" embedded on the front wall of the courtyard. Mr. Hu came with his wife and children and rented and lived on the second floor of the building. There was a balcony on the floor, with a study and a bedroom on both sides. Although the family was simple, it was neat and warm.
