切爾西老教堂

Behind the brick exterior lies a treasure trove of monuments and plaques covering fascinating periods of British history. It is one of those strange buildings where, as you enter the door, the interior seems bigger than the outside. Parts were bombed in the Second World War, but mercifully much was saved including the More Chapel area with it's links to Sir Thomas More. There is a Triumphal Arch, Chained books and much else to see. Do not miss the excellent statue of Sir Thomas in the grounds. We will certainly return for a more detailed viewing and strongly recommend you make time for a visit.

Chelsea's old church is related to the history of the Tudor Dynasty. The church was almost destroyed by German bombing in 1941. The church's history was built in the early sixteenth century. The small park adjacent to the church used to be the site of the church orchard. Mass was held at 10 a.m.

I live next door, I haven't been to a church, I don't know if it's free or not. I'm not really interested in church culture, but it's a pleasant place to come for a walk. There's a Chelsea Physical Garden next to it. It's beautiful. Gordon Ramsey's Michelin restaurant is also next to it. Then I cross Albert Bridge, which is Battersea Park. There are lakes and birds in the center of the park. Swan, I think that although it is smaller than Hyde Park, there are not many tourists, the photos are beautiful, and King's road is also in this area. From the church, there are many restaurants, dessert shops, The Ivy Chelsea Garden is also here, and there is a small restaurant called L ' & ETO, dessert is too delicious and a little expensive, but it can be. Try it. There is a market every Saturday in the small square just outside Sloane Square subway station. Take a day to come here, pure walking, there will be a lot of beautiful harvest.

The Chelsea Old Church, located on the North Bank of the Thames, was founded in 1157 and belongs to the Church of England.
