A great location close to Manchester Victoria station loads of bars and clubs and niche shopping. Was here for a music gig the other side of the city but Uber there and back was very easy. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and fun and the morning breakfast was extensive and a good selection of most things. It’s a clean and surprisingly quiet hotel as it’s right on a very busy main road. It’s a budget hotel so not too many frills no fridge or iron but everything worked really well good bed and good shower and for me that’s the main selling factor of a hotel room.

Good base whilst attending a course in Manchester shirt walk from Train Station and Piccadilly Gardens. Standard plus room on 5th floor worth the small extra charge on this visit especially as allocated room at rear so no noise at all. Room lacks plugs, breakfast standard travelodge fare, one lift out of order led to short wait at busy times.

No soundproofing in rooms, bathroom was disgusting, mould on bath curtains, hair on the toilet, mildew smell in a room, squeaky flooring, no sockets next to bed, dirty carpet, all facilities are extremely outdated, could hear ppl above me doing whatever they were up to at midnight

Anna was fantastic, great service, couldn’t do enough for you with a smile every time. Only thing I could suggest would be less tomato purée on the pizza! Apart from that, 8/10, I wish you would add more Mexican food to the menu
