All doors and windows must be closed and locked whenever you leave the home. Weather: No refunds will be given due to weather-related incidents including but not limited to canceled flights. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Roads are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four-wheel drive, at the very least all weather tires, and/or chains or snow tires during the winter months. We do not refund due to road conditions. **Please be aware of the Colorado Traction Law during snow storms: During an active Traction Law (also known as a Code 15), motorists must have either snow tires, tires with the mud/snow (M+S) designation, or a four-wheel/all-wheel drive vehicle. Snow Removal Service Provided- If it snows please park in the garage or on the street to allow the plow to clear the driveway. Not responsible for any damage caused by snow removal equipment. At the sole discretion of the host, an additional cleaning fee of $100 can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.Accidents happen, please report any damage immediately and do not try to repair it on your own.
