飯店的景觀與日落點景觀相同，因此您可以在房間內欣賞日落景觀。 我第一次打電話是因為辦理登機手續的櫃檯是空的。 如果你有一個行李箱，可能會很困難，因為你必須爬上去餐廳等。 我太興奮了，拍了外面的照片，所以沒有拍裡面的照片，但裡面很寬敞，冷氣也很好。 這些天我沒有太多東西，但肥皂、拖鞋和便利設施都有。 我覺得可以選擇藍頂景觀和日落景觀，我對日落景觀非常滿意。 私人按摩浴缸很小，但是很熱，從樓梯上就可以看到，所以你必須帶泳衣。 公共泳池的景色是最好的！

酒店很美，特別是風景，屋子是地中海風格。酒店的服務也特別好，我在WhatsApp上聯繫客服他們也會及時有迴應。還有一個很重要的一點，聖島上很多酒店就是不同的房型會在不同的位置，所以要在機場下來之後就要聯繫酒店的人了，否則會很難找到位置。至於他們的早餐，他們會每天大概九點左右會派人送過來，記得沒吃完的話一定要放冰箱，否則會有很多的螞蟻（親生經歷）總體而言還算不錯的。

I truly don’t even know where to begin with Elizabeth… she is exceptional. Our stay at Theano Cave Suites was beautiful, immaculate, and exactly as pictured online, but Elizabeth is what made our experience feel genuinely 5-star. Before we even arrived in Santorini, she had everything arranged for us. A private driver was waiting at the port with our name, our room was ready early, and from the moment we arrived, we honestly didn’t have to think about a thing. She completely took everything off our plate. Every morning she prepared the most incredible homemade breakfast, at whatever time we preferred, and would help us plan our day… where to go, what to see, transportation, reservations… everything. She somehow made everything feel effortless while still being incredibly personal and genuine. My husband and I were completely blown away by her. We actually decided to stay an extra night in Santorini because of the experience she created for us.  The suite itself is beautiful, clean, peaceful, and everything you would hope for… but Elizabeth is what makes this place unforgettable. I can confidently say that if we return to Santorini, I would specifically return here just to have Elizabeth as our host again. If you are looking for a carefree, luxurious and truly special experience in Santorini… book this place. And if you have Elizabeth taking care of you, consider yourself incredibly lucky. She is truly one of the best things this island has to offer. 🤍

At first we enjoyed staying at the suite as it has a great view and a private location. It is also next to the Castle of Oia. However they arranged rather expensive transfers at 70 euros for transfer to the port and 60 euros for transfer to the airport. We managed to find much cheaper transfers online. By this we are talking about 20 euros cheaper per trip. We had to share a cab with other people for their expensive transfer, whereas we managed to arrange a private car online. What was the last straw was that the staff never delivered breakfast by the requested time over the course of our 4-night stay. When we asked for breakfast at 8, breakfast came at 8.30 even they knew we had a flight to catch and we had scheduled checkout at 8:50. What frustrated us the most is that, when we told them that breakfast was late, they started giving excuses like there are other customers who had early checkouts and requested breakfast early. It shows that they have prioritised other customers over us, without explaining why. They tried arguing and giving excuses before even performing their service or apologising. I hesitate to call this customer service. The least they could do was to apologise at first opportunity and make up for it, but this did not happen. What's worse? We paid more than 500 euros per night! So think twice before you book this place.

這次意大利+梵蒂岡+希臘 全程自由行中最昂貴的酒店了 淡季的價格也在1300每晚 另外還需要付款9歐元每天的城市税 酒店的位置在Oia伊亞鎮上 打車前往的話收了我30歐元單次（價格給大家參考） 這一片就是聖託里尼明信片上經常出鏡的建築羣了 Nano酒店樓上就是這個島上大眾點評No-1的餐廳（另起篇幅 我覺得既不好吃服務也不算熱情 至於餐廳能提供的觀景平台還不如躺在酒店裡看） 酒店邊上就是超有名的藍頂教堂 其實我看這島上基本教堂都是藍頂的 如果你用高德查詢 衹能看到菲拉鎮上那座 酒店提供的是洞穴房（有點潮，但開着除濕機還行） 衞浴間比較矮 這點糾結 而且不拉鍊子 容易水甩在外面 房間空間是超級大的 基本算大空間的一室一廳一衞一廚樣式了 門口有個大的露天陽台（基本每個酒店都有） 可以坐着吃早餐 太享受了 有按摩水缸 可以泡着躺着看風景 這點享受太無敵了 至於門口人來人往的遊客 以及地上偶爾出現的馬糞 就當視而不見吧 沒有什麼是理想完美的 服務人員扛着行李接送（從鎮上唯一一個停車場過來大概300米的樣子） 可以做中介介紹出海遊艇 我們一個人105歐/半天/7人遊艇含BBQ餐以及下海游泳 看日落 超級完美

設施：入住時洗手間桑拿設施壞了，浴缸熱水一直上不來不能泡浴缸。 衞生：衞生打掃還是相當不錯的。 環境：環境還是要吐槽一下，地理位置相當不錯佔了整個懸崖，但是距離遊輪的穿梭小船太近太近，遊輪排出的廢氣會飄到我們酒店，導致空氣質量特別差，無論是泡私人浴缸還是私人泳池都要忍受廢棄味道。有點像對着汽車尾氣在泡澡，嚴重影響體驗，覺得酒店這一點配不上幾萬的價格。但是風景還是相當優美的，看風景不錯。 服務：服務過關，但我住過同級別上萬一晚的酒店，對比下來還是覺得這個酒店配不上上萬一晚的價格。提供豪車免費接送服務，這一點還是很不錯的。前台和服務人員感覺專業上不如中國大陸同級別上萬一晚酒店的服務人員專業。但是總體島上大概也是比較chill的風格所以應該是普遍情況。 個人認為我的評價非常中坑客觀，由於住過很多高端酒店，對酒店要求高，因此對比下來這個酒店整體沒達到預期。不過每個人心理預期不一樣，所以我的評價僅供參考。

酒店位置就在oia的風車下面，看夕陽位置絕佳，也很安靜，會有人幫忙扛行李。房間乾淨整潔，洗護是希臘品牌apivita很好用被種草了，還會送一套寶格麗的洗護。 前台小姐姐人美心善，給推薦了島上餐館，第二天早上得知我們要徒步去fira沒空吃早飯，讓餐廳加急準備了簡餐，第三天的早餐也是值得坐下來慢慢吃的。

非常好的房子！非常好的老闆！幫我們僅用大陸駕照就租到了車。 而且最近雅典老地震，它的抗震能力非常好。 老闆是個很有品味的人，房子的裝潢能感受到他的審美。 房間安靜，乾淨，細節很多。可以做飯，拉開窗簾能看到海，廚房紙也給的超級大方。 離中餐館溢香居是可送外賣的距離。 住的很舒服，優點太多了 自駕的朋友們沖這家，性價比很高。如果是靠公交的話，住這裏可能得靠打車了。

我必須說,這個地方位於finikia的黃金位置,距離停車場非常步行,提供所有所需的設施和安全性。市場靠近這個地方,交通便利。 最好的部分是從房間和公共區域的景色。非常美麗,放鬆和相當浪漫的同時。我們,兩者都必須欣賞乾淨,小,仍然美麗的按摩浴缸,擁有美麗的海景。 住宿經理非常樂於助人,他可以幫助您通勤,參觀周圍的地方,以及一個友好的自然人。每當你需要任何幫助時,他都會與您在一起。 我必須推薦這個地方在聖托裏尼度假度過。

這個酒店絕對令人驚歎。它位於日落街上,每天晚上都會很擁擠,但該物業爲您提供了遠離人羣的令人驚歎的屋頂景色。裏面佈置精美,舒適。樓下的游泳池/水療中心非常令人愉快,但不要指望隱私 - 窗戶打開到路人看的街道。 當人羣在晚上和早上消失時,位置是和平的,景色有增無減。 我們得到了友好的工作人員的協助,他們在車輛上遇到了我們,帶我們到酒店。他們有時反應有點慢,以迴應WhatsApp,但總的來說,溝通和幫助都很好。
